He waited and waited and waited for her
She dated and dated another

Lonely nights
Staring up to the sky
Looking to the moon
Thinking about words
I need to say
To the mars
When will i meet with those brown orbs
Will i talk to you again dear
I miss you
And
I need you
It's been a thousand times of 20:25 pm
And
I'm still waiting

I’m only willing to wait this long for you.

Only for you I will wait for the end of the day to kiss you goodnight.
For we met in the morning, so I shall have to wait.

I’m only willing to wait this long for you.

Only for you I think what would happen if we met at night.
For if we met at night, we wouldn’t have to wait for the day to pass.
We wouldn’t have to wait for work to be done.
We wouldn’t have to wait for time to tick.

I’m only willing to wait this long for you.

It would be too easy to meet at night.
For there’s no waiting, no work, no time.
I still wait for sunset, whenever that shall be.
But I have waited before and I will again.

I’m only willing to wait this long for you.

His texts are shorter.

The replies are few.

Clinical.

I'm now waiting restlessly.

That's new..

The distance feels longer than ever.

No sign of him.

As the minutes pass by my heart sinks.

Is there someone else?

All winter waiting,
glowing warm inside,
with welcoming windows,
defying tide, wind and snow.

Trolls maintained a loathing
malicious watch from icy
mountain galleries above
for mishaps - so called accidents.

Then house fronts sprang to life
in rainbow colours
strung like bracelet charms
around the bay, beckoning
ships whose rigging pierced the spray.

How could one yearn so badly
Yet not strive for said desire ?

My purchases are less of a luxury
But more of a dependency

And my heart is set on a necessity
So, as much as I will cry in wait,

I will need assistance in motivation
Please help me save (for) myself
We all need help sometimes

a breath catches on my teeth
as it tries to escape, and it snarls
as it claws at freedom.

my teeth are a prison's gates;
my duty is to maintain the silence.

while the confinement holds,
my words die, discontent;
the scratches on the wall continue to wait.

They call **** soul ******;
what would soul **** be?
I believe it's when another,
forces you emotionally.
when your heart needs the slow,
but that pace doesn't satisfy,
then they expect your sun to glow,
but inside only clouds can cry.
because you cannot force the clouds to part,
or change the weather with a glance,
nor should you rush a work of art,
or rely on a silly rain-dance.
