Route 66 was lonely
Except for the two of us
We stopped and took some photos
If we ever make a CD
One of those photos will be on the cover of it
A bumpy road in the middle of nowhere
turned the red car brown
It was veterans day
And the romantic desert sunset
was interrupted by the wild turkey
We talked to it
It responded
We laughed
Back at the cow camp
we put longhorn burgers on the grill
Except for the sparks from the fire
it was completely silent
I've never felt such peace before
I've never seen such a black sky before
Despite the warning signs of diamondback rattlesnakes
I slept like a baby
And when I woke up
I caught the most beautiful sunrise I've ever seen
And once again
It was interrupted by
the Wild Turkey

Gobble, gobble

When you shut me out,
my soul just shudders,
at the thought,
a thought that my sole to soul
match could be gone,
forever,
where I will await your face again,
beneath the beautiful earthly loam you bury me in.

This place that
I have lived
Always brings
The long buried
Me to myself
The most
Distant i am from

So lost
The debris i need
To clear are piled
So bad, it breaks
As my spine flakes
To wash me off
Myself that i am not

The chills in the air
Fills by heart so bare
The leaves of maple
Weaves me a cradle
The black smooth tar
Glides me so far
In this place of care

As life cuddles me
How it’s meant to be
I want to be a child
Just to be loved mild
A search for my soul
To find thee my goal
In this place so bold

Being loved is a solace
To the wound i embrace
Of being me not myself
With the debris gone
Wish the sanctity lives on
What never fails me
Is this place so glee

you're watermelon on a hot summer day.
you're the warmth I reach out for when tears stream down my face.
you're the long, sleepless nights that are worth every second.
you're a sappy rom-com on a rainy Saturday.
you're the face I want to look at when I go on an adventure.
you're my coffee in the morning with a little extra sugar.
you're my favorite tune that I lose myself to.
you're the excitement that I feel when I discover something new.
you're everything I've ever wanted,
and you've got no clue.

No one but no one should not have love

Whoever they may be.

They don’t deserve it

Who would like to miss out on laughs
and tears
fights
and wars going on in the head.

Roast beef a la mum,
turkey Sandwiches a la dad
and- if lucky- break fast in bed.

Ball
With your brother from another mother
All those sisters
who will always come before those  misters.

And
if there is
one thing
you should
know:

Love is the epitome of war.

Shakespeare ruled it,
but was he a no one?

And we sometimes
-not always-
forget.

A no one is a some one.
Who  has a beating heart.
So make sure no one has no one,
Now
Is the time to start.
Let's all have someone.

Humans

We are humans
Born to do many a thing.

To climb mountains
And see the world,
Winning trust
With those they say we should hate

But we
Are the masters of ignorance.
No cry unheard.
Stone unturned.
Love
Which should have been given years ago.

You are human
And for reasons I cannot deny
I hate you.
For what you have done to them.
To him, her, and every other child
Warrior mother father cousin
I hate you.

I am human.

All I can do is hate myself
For not caring
Or giving a second thought.
Feeding off the hunger
Of sickened bodies that lay
But I wish to do nought
For another day.

Love myself
For quenching your thirst;
The bait of sin is desire
For reading your story;
Mine was much better
            And.
   For loving you

But in the end.
         We are Human
And that is what we do.
This is what we are. Aren't we?

Let us be like the oceans that travel the world;
Borderless like the sea,
Vast in knowledge and mystery,
Through the waves that crash towards one another.

Let us be azure, gleaming with the light
In the sky, where Mother envelops us
The Earth our bed,
Amidst the stars we shine.

Have you ever met someone who has an irrational fear?
Of course you have
Well, my irrational fear is love and I know
It sounds like a line someone would say but, it's not.

I reeled you in, not that it was difficult and
then I told you to go.
I realise now, this was not the way I should've conducted myself.
I'm sorry for that.

I clawed my way back to you, after swallowing my pride and
I fell again, harder this time.
How dangerous, how scary, how thrilling.
I faced my fear and I see now that you can't be scared of love.

But now you're scared of me.
Please Come Back.

Smile away and cover your tear,
by laughs you may hide irony.
You may suffer through the spear,
the ruthless Fate a tyranny.
Just talk to me for these shall clear,
you may cry for fears are many.
But don’t push me away let me near.
Cause you are always my Money, Amany!
'Money' here is sweet nic-name of Amany my Precious friend

A label is the weapon of Hate
Written swiftly to defend those worthy
And quicker still to condemn the unworthy

A label is to confine within a spectrum
To be anything but it to be exceptional
To be anything but it to be forgotten

When two men of evil intent strike
But one is white, he is called by his trades
But one is black, he is called by his crime

When two men of good save the day
But one is white, he is a hero
But one is black, he is gone with the wind

This narrative of Hate's design
Sets in place a story void of fact
But a story which becomes fruition

This sinister tale becomes a holy book
For which people stake and claim lives
A fairy tale with real and cruel consequences

These labels, while beautiful in diversity
Simultaneously enforce the war of US vs. THEM
Compliance in such a story, is Ignorance's Finest Hour
