My depression

       Only flows with tears

Of regretful consequence.

Do you know what warm tears
                Taste like.

The sorrows of what lays still.

    Im sorry, but I couldn't let

              Another drown with

My irreversible mistake.

Swim far, so I didnt sink,

          I want to swim,

With you all, family are together.

As we go on our journey
We      Crawl
              Walk
                Run
                 Race
                  Swim
                   Hike
                    Bike
Through what we call life
There are things we must do
There are things we must avoid
There are things we must finish
When we arrive here we have no clue
As we get there we will learn
We will
               Make Mistakes
                Fall in love
                 Get a job
                  Lose a job
                   Find a mate
                    Learn what it takes
                     Get older
And then it's over....
Have some fun while doing all of this

What I'd do for him

If he were the sun
I'd gladly embrace him
Even if it meant I'd burn

If he were an endless ocean
I'd swim until I drowned
Just to be with him

And if he were the sky
I'd live my entire life learning to fly
Just to reach him

I think this is my favorite poem I have written so far

at once i ran

all my love is within reach
all my paths and futures
i told death come swim with me
or drown on the shore in disbelief

nothing in the space between
there was nothing to fear, nothing to doubt
death alone could swim with me
where there’s nothing to fear, nothing to doubt

i asked the devil what do you see
all his paths and futures
he jumped into the river
and at once i ran to the space between

without any delay
i jumped in the water
my lungs were burning,
screaming for oxygen
but I couldn't back out
not until i could pull you out
safely with me
for some time, all I could see
was the infinite gradient blue
of the ocean
i could swim away
but i rather drown with you
