Through a torn visage, I see the flame
One torch, by day, reflects ages hence
That spark, they say, can't be to blame
But many, still, keeps shoulders tense.

Man, sincerely, calls for homeland
But flame to mirror rends reflection bent
When man, in jest, sets sparks to woodland
The forest, torn, its visage now rent.

You were just a spark.
Your flame not yet ignited.
Then he came into your life.
This boy,
he ignited you.
Your spark now a burning flame.
His smile lit it up with admiration.
His laugh made it flicker with excitement.
And his jokes made it roar with passion.
Soon enough he was your spark,
your flame,
your burn.
He engulfed you with fire,
he was your fire.
Little did you know that one day he would cause your flame to become dim.
He would feed your fire not with love,
but with hate.
And soon he was just a boy again.
And soon you were just a spark again.
Waiting,
waiting to be set on fire once more.

You lighted up my world like a spark for a while,
how unfortunate I was I thought the day has arrived.
I mistook you for sun that was me being naive,
you burned my world and said "I was just being polite".

so often
we feel so deeply
that it feels like nothing at all
so i will pour some gasoline on a spark
just to feel some warmth
and i will set myself on fire
because you told me i was cold
so excuse me
if i keep my thoughts to myself
i don't have
any more matches to light for you

Lost in the moment,
With only daylight between us
Letting the spark ignite

Hey lights

You look so bright

Just wanted too look, At you

And got lost

In these magical lights.

You and me

Just cherish this sparkling lights

And in the late nights Just starring

you with the

Stars of that magical lights.

Wants to hightlight

A rhythm speed

Of the car headlights, Though wise

men at their end know,

Dark is right.

Because

their words had forked, no

lightning They, do not go gentle

Into that good night.

Look what happens with

a love like that, It lights the whole sky.

And the skylight

lets the moonlight in!!!

With

the shining nights of the sparking

lights.

A New light in the dark
A Small spark of hope
The sudden Warmth on a cold lonely day
A smile on a sad face
A star in the bare sky
The first bird of spring
A new friend
I dont know, I have lost inspiration and motivation. I cant put my thoughts and feeling in words right now. I cant even understand my own feelings or thoughts...How do i write about them?

She gave off a blinding light
He stood amazed by her sight
As the dark swallowed the night
To him she shone, ‘twas a fright

With her brilliance she walked free
As though not hearing him plea
To him her gaze rest and see
Heartache, if she let him be

Though he hasn’t got a clue
What she thinks out of the blue
The spark igniting her true
Was him, though he never knew
Could-have-beens or sucker punches, same difference.

You were a shining star
Times passed,
Memories forgotten,
Hopes gone...
Why did you fade away
Can you sparkle once more?
My friend paint with shining stars before and asked me to make a poem that fits it. Her work is full of hope but all I have that time were words of doubts and aches likes this one.
So many desire endless drugs and women
I just see you as the only woman near my milky way
Don't let the spark go away
Always having to participate a parley
Looking for a smart way
To fight off the troubles at my beach
