I count the minutes that pass by on the clock,
smiling at how stupid I was,
for letting you in, when you were false
after all, I'm young
and can't make decisions;
I can't even decide what to wear on the first day back,
to a hell hole that makes me depressed
And it's not like anyone will care
but i still want your approval anyway
Kinda like flatsound

Standing under stormy clouds as they pour rain
Washing my thoughts down filthy a drain
This is where I find myself invisible
They can no longer see my physical
Tucked away, this energy no longer gleams
It's gotten lost inside my illogical dreams
In the velvet midnight sky
The illuminated moon hung high
Crickets chirp their melancholy songs
As though the night gave out a sigh

Grim clouds cover the moon
As if with gloomy grace;
Trickles of rain descend
Soon downpour like a race

Rainfall beating like a drum;
Creating a frantic orchestra,
Shooing crickets into fright
Arising ambivalent glum

Suddenly rainfall and grim clouds depart
Leaving its soaked mark on the earth
Refreshing the velvet midnight sky
As though it never occurred
Meaning: What sparked the inspiration for this poem was while sitting on my bed in silence with my window open during a rainy night and hearing crickets and having a fascination towards to moon altogether put this poem into creation.

For just one day
Could the rain clouds cover the entire earth?
Could the rains wash the weariness of another Monday away?
And connect our hands, our eyes, our hearts?
To tip the glass and spill the words out, quietly
Until all is spoken and soaked in happiness
And the doubts have all been washed away
Into the flooded pasture of memories

For we are such on such a day
But even more so now than ever
That is, if the clouds could cover the entire earth
In which case we could look up and see
That the same old rain falling down upon us, you and me
Smiling as it hit the ground
Until the splashing molding droplets
Are just a memory to be relived

Let the clouds cover and the raindrops flow
To ever be
Rain day!

Forget not
That at the lowest part of the humble path
Resides the divot
Which concurs and divides
Not passing feet
But yearns to keep the honest truth
Which is bestowed upon the earth
By means of rain
Teeming with life and oxygen
How it tries to keep itself within
Both without fail, and with inevitability
Because the water will certainly soak or sway
But the divot itself will forever stay
Embedded in the earthly clay
Beneath our walking feet
So forget not to tread lightly, ever so
On this, the placid soil underneath
Because the rain is a blessing. Ever to be appreciated.

It’s a lovely morning
Though the clouds hang low
The world a grey canvas
And sprinkled with snow

It’s a lovely midnoon
Though the plants are gone
And the birds flown south
Along with their song

It’s a lovely evening
Though the air is cold
Darkness taking over
The setting sun grown old

It’s a lovely nighttime
Though the stars do sleep
And the howling wind
In every crack it creeps

It’s a lovely fam’ly
In this cozy home
Laughing by the fire
Where seeds of love are sown
Wrote this is geometry class awhile back on a rainy, dreary day. It's not my favorite, but I like the pictures.

Rainy days in Cleveland look like regret
They take the joy out of a 70Degree day
Like an empty Christmas present
It’s about as romantic as an ex Boyfriend’s third chance at failing you
But if you look closely
The rain drops aren’t committing suicide
They are sky diving from the clouds
Awaiting their first impression with the grass
They yearn to be soaked up by the Earth
The same way my eyes freeze in yours like a game of tag
Did your heart feel mine tap its shoulder when I whispered you were it?
Are you tired of how good I am at hiding? No matter how long you count
How I appear to be invisible then suddenly I touch base
I rarely ever play games I haven’t studied the rules of…
But sometimes love is like a fake leg cramp in a basketball game
Between a pro athlete and his little sister
Sometimes love; knowing it can beat us, humbles itself so we too can feel like winners <333
