I can see your want to wrap yourself in me,
I can feel the amaze radiating from your body;
The tingle you feel when my waves touch the tip of your toes,
How you mesmerize your soul with the beauty I behold
But that's just the brighter side to this green-blue field that I am.
Beneath the blanket of foamy waters are dangers;
The ones you should beware of while walking on my banks.
While the birds elatedly chirp overhead me,
I smile to ingest the humanity within me.
For the love of creation, beings add to my aggravation.
I hold under my claws your tempting childhood,
And beside me is the muddy patch of your adulthood.
I may look euphoric at a glance
Yet you need to rethink before stepping in my trance.
Sit on the bank and by my waves be cajoled,
Once you let me swallow you, there's a lot that will unfold.

once in a while, the worlds in sync
the battles are forgotten and everything’s pink
experiencing this wonder will take you by surprise
don't be confused, as it flashes by your eyes
the sun and clouds, will not get in your way
the wind and the rain will dance and dance all-day
the rivers and the oceans will be swimming with life
the forests and the deserts will be blooming without strife
once in a while, the world is in sync
can't wait to see this come to pass, and then, what will we think...?

My mom used to tell me that even
before it was my first birthday
I had asthma.
I barely know how to live
yet instantly
life selfishly narrowed my airways.
I wonder why God chose air
to be the most essential element for humans
to live.
You need to breathe to live.
As to what they said, sixty percent of the body is water.
When a human is in pain, it sheds water.
When a human is in pain, its heart sinks.
When a human is in pain, it drowns.
Why not water be our air?
Why are we made up of weak bodies
that even plain words would make us cry
an ocean.
I wish that we would just live in oceans.
Tears then would never be salient.

I see the rain

pour from your eyes

And wish only to hide

behind your scented leaves

your rocky plane

Under the water

under the rocks

under the tons and tons

of air.

I will stay right there

between your thumb

between your hair

So let it be known

I am not gone

I am only in hiding

waiting

craving

for my oceans to reach your toes

once again.

we long for oceans
just to drown ourselves from these
waves of emotion

Fallow;
ice scarred and sun scorched,
untilled and untillable,
thrush, worn, and wasted

Bones of the land,
grow inward from the shore

White coral sand blossoms
and burns at the edges;
dry, blasted

our broken lands
From a short collection I'm working on.

may your oceans of faith drown your doubts

suddenly, and with incredible momentum, times changed
evidence of the past was soon to be forgotten
oceans evolved into landmass
rivers flowed uphill creating waterupfalls
mountains eroded in reverse gaining magnitude and significance
Toilet paper turned into sand
what is the reason
will this paradox ever be solved
it happened, can it reverse back
oh wait, that's what a paradox is
