i see darkness prevailing,

darkness veiling happiness,
darkness hiding every lamp of light,
but that's not all i see,
i see a small beam,
beam of light,
coming through the window of heaven,
i see it reaching out to me,
i will not give up,

i will run after the beam of light,
for i know,
