              myself  to
               be able      to
                walk

I
spread my
wings  to  fly
alone    and     yet
free

Sweet
lantern
I   ask   you

up
So

Some sweet words from me to you.
If anyone's in need of some words of self-love, I hope these help.
I too am on that journey of self-growth, love and respect when I was feeling like I was going to self-destruct. I'm starting to make peace with myself, slowly but steadily.
I'm a young girl with an old soul who loves and treasures cheap thrills.
Like going to the parks, sitting by the pond, lay under the trees...
Things that people take for granted.
You need to FLY - First, love YOU!
Much love, guys.
Be back soon!

I
    will
            not
       accept
     anyone's
definition
on
my
life
            but
           my
   own
You are the only one who can define your own life, not anyone else.
Don't let anyone tell you or make you feel otherwise.
You're an individual, you have that right, you are unique.
Say it loud, say it proud!

I'm still working on my self esteem, but I've learned that if I continue living to make others happy, I'll never be happy myself. So now I'll do what I want to do and grow. No matter what.
For those with self-esteem issues, you're never alone.
Just know that big and small, there is a difference in this world that on YOU can make.
I wish you joy and happiness!

Be back soon!
Much love!

People are like flowers.

We begin as sprouts,
so susceptible to harm
that even a vague breeze
may blow us out.
The only way to grow
is through the careful nurturing
of another.
Under proper care,
and in the right environment,
we bloom,
each of us a little differently.
We exude beauty
and absorb pain.
We feed off of both the sunlight
and the rain.

Like flowers,
we are so very alive -
creatures of the Earth,
and so exquisitely designed to be just so.

Why do my eyes waver in salt water?
It's just a concept I don't really understand when
The ocean in my mind is dry but
My eyes? So wet.
And yet, fire roars through an ***** named Passion - and the sand beneath my feet burns their soles and tries to
Penetrate my soul
But I have buckets,
Tucked under two lids,
That can spill with or without my will.
They can put out a flame, both good and bad. A blessing and a curse.
I'm told that fish can't climb trees but I have neither arms nor gills you see
I have been immobilised,
And it's down to a monochrome smear on a canvas with so much potential;
A plethora of 'dos' and 'don'ts';
The slaughter of a lamb.
I would like to stand in solidarity with each martyr of idiosyncrasy.
I wonder if anything we ever do will be enough.

Keep me up at night with your
praises and your melodies of sweet
  tidings, but let me sleep
to the sound of your screams and
    angry sentiments.

Give me that of my own choice.
give me the availability to choose that of
which slumber I'd prefer from you.

You, my darling, are the most exceptional jewel of them all. So why is it that you mirage your gleam with the dirt of the common stones?

Your life is a diary.
Each day is a page.
Memory is the pen.
So write your
own story.
I've been surfing the nostalgic wave lately.
I forgot how beautiful 'Diary' is by Alicia Keys.
That was my jam, and it still is!
When music still had beauty and meaning, man.
The feels are real!
Be back soon!
