There once was a martian from Mars
Named Alfț'drônþopo'gorgg'glìån'nars:
     He constructed a spaceship
     And went on a spacetrip
To the farthest, most alien stars.
I want to rise with the morning sun,
To fly in its glowing graces,
Well beyond the borders of this earth.

I wish to glide in the deep of space,
To run wild and free amongst these galaxies,
Way up to HD1 where I'll find home.
HD1 is the farthest and earliest known galaxy.
Space is – vast
Space is – the un-ending,
the entire universe,
the great expanse,
the entirety of creation… which is bigger than a person can even wrap their head around. Not only that, but…
Space is – expanding. It’s getting bigger? We’re getting further away from the aliens we haven’t even met yet. BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO FAR AWAY. Or maybe we have met, but WE don’t know. Not the entire royal WE, just the WE that in the illuminati.
SO –
Space is – eternally far away, yet eternity is getting farther awayer.
Space is – the final frontier

Space is – genuinely terrifying. We’re stuck on this giant rock that is ABSOLUTELY rotating INCREDIBLY FAST, and – DID YOU KNOW – we don’t just go around the sun in a nice circle… the sun is orbiting a giant black hole… and WE just kind of follow that in a spiral.
Space is – distressing, at the very least.
Space is – vast
Space is – beautiful… isn’t it? I mean when you get past the fear, you can see those dust clouds. Nebulas they’re called. Where stars are created. A star that has such gravity that it slams all the little rocks nearby into each other until they become planets.
Space is – the birthplace of life
Space is – the site of creation
Space is - where you look at the stars and God smiles back at you. Boasting, but not arrogance, just pride. A father proud of his creations. Where pieces fit together in a perfectly precise vastness.
Space is – breathtaking

In the moonlight's gentle glow,
We met for reasons we may not know.
A blessing wrapped in silver light,
Or a lesson learned in the quiet night.

Each moment shared, a guiding star,
Illuminating who we truly are.
In shadows deep or bright embrace,
Our paths entwined, a sacred space.

She hangs above, not upside down.
Waiting for her turn, never wearing a frown.
She is a patient woman, wearing a man’s face.
She cannot run, she walks at her own pace.
Who is she? This dark, hidden lady?
She is so bright, when she isn’t shady.
The Moon, oh, the Moon!
Who’s lover comes soon.
Her lover, the sun, sits so high in the sky.
On opposite sides from her sweetheart at night.
But every once in a while, they meet up to kiss,
Covering the world in a gloomy, dark eclipse.

You spoke about constellations.
But you’re just a black hole.
You ripped me to pieces,
And swallowed me whole.
You were all-consuming,
And I was the starless night.
In the end, we now know,
Two voids don’t make a light.
When He was born,
He cried into the void of space,
Searching for the comforting voice of calm.

But only silence returns His call,
His tears echoing of the dark edges of the dark.

But He taught Himself to walk,
How to shape something with His own hands,
Then He made a world to answer back.
Fill this in with whatever person or pronoun you need to really feel it.

Mountains around me,

silence, the space, and the wind --

that I can be here.
