Ran the world's belt to step outside
And breathe crisp air so fine,
To mount the seas of emerald green
And kiss soils poured with wine.

Stepped upon a thousand grains of sand
Buried deep within the crystal snow,
To find some clarity in a looking glass
But where it lies I'll never know.

Treaded on rocks to touch the sun
And stroke the moon's white face,
To pray for time and not for sin
And bask in silence's grace.

Past the icy peaks and tumbling rocks
Where avalanches bring news today,
It's hard to keep spinning with the world
When there's no path to walk the way.

Too much has come and passed before,
Yet too little has been seen
On riverbeds and meadows of green
And mountaintops with lustrous sheen.

In canyon creeks I'll lay my head
To rest through this quiet night.
Though the wild is dark to open eyes,
The songs it sings will bathe me in light;

It whispers,
Carry me up these stairs
Hold me against your arms
Let me down on the ground made of clouds
In the way marked up above.

My heartbeat, is beating out of time
I can’t sleep, or get you off my mind
And I’ve been here before, far too many times
I need your heartbeat, to get me realigned

So tell me is this love?
Is it a vital spark?
Or another question mark?

Palpitations, pound in my chest
I’m out of control, out of control
Hands keep shaking, never at rest
I’m out of control, out of control

You caught my attention like the lights
In the still night with flitting fireflies
Will you call me yours?
I hope in this lifetime
I need your heartbeat its life to humankind

If sail through the blue
To lands I never knew
For someone worthy of pursuit
It could only be you
Could only be you

Palpitations, pound in my chest
I’m out of control, out of control
Hands keep shaking, never at rest
I’m out of control, out of control
This is dedicated to that special someone that you've encountered or that you will encounter and will spark your life

A thousand years across the sea,
With you is where i want to be;
A thousand voices from outer space,
But only your words matter to me;

A million things i've earned in life,
Only your love i can't repay;
A million wrongs i've done to you,
I wonder why i'm loved this way;

A billion choices that i have made,
None of them's right like choosing you;
A billion friends i still can make,
None of them's worth more than you;

A trillion tears can roll down my face,
From hurting you to my disgrace;
A trillion pieces has my heart been split,
A trillion more you stayed to put it in place;

A zillion things i'll do for you,
Now its time to start anew;
A zillion worth of purest gold,
Nothing ever compares to you.
I love this poem. As i composed it, it droped like honey from my soul.

Eternal seas of tears cried by mothers singing lullabies,
The sun sets in the sky, never revealing  the secrets it hides.
A river flows down a mountain,
Into the everlasting fountain of lies,
No one will ever be righteous in the eyes of the misplaced child,
Who's mother sang her  a lullaby.
This poem is about a close friend of mine who's Father died when she was very very young, when she was growing up her mother would sing a song to her  that her father loved, she grew up never to trust anyone because of what happened to her father, and once told me that not even her mother was righteous of her trust.
I lay upon the tranquility
beneath the stars
Wondering at the wonder
that made us who we are
The water's are black
but warm around me
I float like the ripples
of the surrounding sea .
There is a silence
that I long to know well
Somehow it's alluded me
All I can say is oh well
Eventually I wash up
onto the shore
I crawl up
like my ancestors before
I sit on the dunes
the sands of my time
That once were great moutains
made out of granite and lime
But before all of this was
Before even the wetness of sea
Even before there were
the great mountains that be
Farther back than
than any memories
I wonder where is the point
from where did I depart
to make my journey's home
to find a new start
thoughts while cutting up red oak planks

You're eyes are so beautiful
Like a window to the soul
I try to look in
But the walls are too high
Too many have hurt you
Too many have lied
I'll weather your storm
I'll master your seas
I'd do almost anything
To be in your dreams

can you see what you have done to me?
can't you see you got my head in a whirl?
my heart in a twist and
my tongue in wish,
a wish of being with you always,
you can travel afar,
but travel with me,
over the oceans
and over the seas
I'll hold on to you
if you hold on to me
can't you see what you've done to me?
to my Mr.Sailor..love you always...

There is a divine light in thine -
Under a Lover’s seas;
Where the oceans sing this rhyme,
To burden a Threshold.

Spill me the symphonies
Of the forgotten man’s wake -
For a lone man’s Threshold,
Is home to Sorrow’s stake.

She calls to me while I'm sleeping
She cries to me for help
And yet for the many souls in her keeping
Who was there to help?
I look on her with wary eyes
Her form of curving blue
Her hair like billowing clouds of sky
And wish that if only I knew
What dark and dreadful deeds she Keeps hidden in her depths
And wonder where her heart could be
And how she justifies so many deaths
And yet it is her song of sorrows that lulls my mind to sleep
And so I leave in her care all my secrets to keep
And now and then I hear in her waves The softest sounds of happiness
And wonder if the children gave
Their laughter to her sadness
