I have passion for my people.
Why?
Cause I know we're equal.
I love you all,
The short, the tall;
Never mind what "side" you're on.
We all die at the end,
So let's get along.

They say women can't fight
Can't write good poetry
Can't create good paintings
Can't play sports
Can't work good jobs
Or do what a man does
I think they're afraid
Afraid that women might be better than them or equal in skill
Silly sexists
The world is changing
Changing for the better
I think women can influence history and the world like men can.

Today I finally felt equal to you
When we were standing in front of the class
Talking about History
Side by side
Together
I have never felt like this. Even though I was terribly nervous it was the best moment in my life. It was so amazing...

As horrid as it seems,
society cannot exist without inequality.

The fools' contempt is what we need
When everyday is all filth and greed
And while the heavens sing from above
The hurting children cry out for love
We open our filthy palms
Just to escape this terrible fate
Of lies, and thieves, and worthless things
And only words of hate
The gay men, the starving children, and the drug addicts are bombed
Satanists and alcoholism
The freedoms we had
Now prejudiced and gone
Suicides are left and right
As the animals start singing
The Moon weeps for her children
As the Sun is merely sleeping
Where did they go?
What is wrong
It is time to escape this fate
That we have invoked all along
And as the blood in our veins feels like it's about to burn
The end of the day
And the tears we cry
Is all a lesson learned
Now cry for the last lullaby
All hope is gone
From the voices in our heads
And now we die!
Side by side and hand in hand
On the battlefield
Where our bodies are merely one grain of sand.
We cause pain to our dying brothers
And become ourselves, merely traitors.
The poem, if you do not understand, is pretty much saying, everyday we **** one another and take away all of the precious freedom we have.

The battle on alcoholism and drugs
Civil Wars
Prejudice against religion
Anti-gay rights.

Why do we have to fight over such trivial things. Just let all humans be equal and live as they please.

There is so much out there,
but just as much in here, inside.

Man and woman, though different
Are equal in the eyes of God.
inexplicable though true but still
Unacceptable for some perhaps

Man is the highest of all creations
Woman is the most sublime of all Ideals.
God made for a man a throne,
for a woman an altar.
the throne exalts,
The altar sanctifies.

Man is the brain.
woman is the heart.
The brain fabricates light while
The heart produces love.
light fecunds,
Love resuscitates.

Man is the code.
Woman is the gospel.
The code corrects
As the gospel perfects.

Man is the genius while
Woman is the angel.
The genius is undefinable
And the angel is immeasurable.

Man is strong in reason
but woman is invincible in her tears.
Reason convinces the most stubborn
Just as tears soften the hardest of mortals.

Man is the ocean
And the woman is the lake.
The ocean has it's pearls that adorn;
The lake has its poems that dazzle.

**Man stands where the earth ends;
And woman where heaven begins.
This was made by my mom when she was in college. She asked me to post this. Im so proud. Love you mama! ❤

Age, race, gender, height
Curly, straight, dark, light,
Tall, short, thin, wide,
Nobody's the same outside.

Chinese, Asian, Indian,
Portuguese or American,
We're born into
Our environments.

But if one plus one is two,
Nobody tries to argue,
Because numbers have
unchanging values,
and humans
should
too.

Skin and bones,
Heart and soul,
And that alone,
Makes us valuable.

We are skin and bones,
We are heart and soul,
We are all the same,
And our values don't change.

Age, race, gender, height,
We are one,
And we're all alright.
Skin and bones,
Heart and soul,
We're all the same,
And our values don't change.
