The courtroom was buzzing,
Deals were struck,
Before Her Worship
Heard from the docket.

Will Luke be saved.

A line of roguish consorts
All on Legal Aid,
Paraded before Her,
In judical chains.

And the lawyers are asking
About The Game of Thrones.

There are too many cops,
All creased and shiny,
Carrying file folders,
Outling the crimes.

I was a spectator,
Small in my corner,
As Luke went to stand
Before his maker,
Before his deal breaker.

All charges dropped,
As if a matter of course;
Except for the charges
From the laswyer and court.
Simple possession charges in Canada will soon be expunged when *** becomes decriminalized and legal.

The tryant rises over the city
The crowd's minds in wiped obedience
The free-people's prince flees swiftly
His savior anonymously leads him in silence

The elder, masked and cloaked, leads,
Thorns following around him,
the child Prince through the weeds
To hiding on the cliff's rim

Twelve years in the mountain
A youthful wolf looks over the river
Thinking he surely would've been slain
Had the king of thorns been any less swifter
I'm making a poem series, so if you enjoyed this, make sure you read the rest of the story!

Tic-Toc, Tic-Toc,
The clock plays it's infernal tune,
No care whatsoever,
I wish the clock will stop.

Tic-Toc, Tic-Toc,
My stomach turned,
My heart dropped,
My eyes began to water.

I stare at the man before me,
The man who did wrong,
The man that caused me grief,
I look away, not wanting to look at him.

Tic-Toc,
I closed my eyes,
Listening to the ticking,
Wishing for it to be over
I wrote this while I was at court.

I was caught off guard by you, for the love in your heart
did not match the pain in your eyes. You've been through it,
More than too many times, and you still stand strong and steady.
Now, again, you stand in front of the room,  waiting for the man
to come to a decision. I'm a nervous wreck, picturing you,
clad in that suit that you love because you know you look good.
In class, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how
to focus on writing that paper, thoughts swallowed by worry.
But you walk free, with guardian angels over your shoulder,
And that night you kissed me slowly, reassuring me,
taking the pain from my eyes, adding love to my heart.

Hinawan niya ang sarili
Buhat sa duguang mga kamay.
Ang amang pinipitaga’y
N-a-p-a-t-i-r-a-p-a!
Humahalik sa balkonaheng may agiw.

Siya’y nangingilak ng barya sa lansangan
May retasong kasuotan
At latang kumakalansing pagka nagkalaman.
Siya’y may mapungaw na mata,
Musmos na kaawa-awa.

Ang relikyang isinusumpong sa salamin,
Panghilamos niya sa umaga’t
Pampunas sa sugat
Na hindi mahilum-hilom sa selda.

Kinitil niya ang pagtutungyayaw
At ang laso’y sinipat sa pagkatao.
May ilaw na nakabubulag –
Yapak ay sa entablado,
Naroon ang susunod na paghuhukom.

I am inspired.
In the court room; waiting,
Feeling Well Groomed.
I am in a state of psychological superiority. Everybody look at me.
separation from all avenues,
Or at least the current case.
I match the formal dress criteria almost well enough to blend in
with the wolves.
No.
I am the wolf,
They are the pigs.
There are drawings all over my three piece suit.
I am the Zen master in the waiting room.
I play fruit ninja. My slices are precise and direct. I go for combos, and
I let my posture decide its own careless angle.
I remain a casual-clay reduction of societal judgement. Am I it innately? Am I somehow powerful?
One girl is so nervous that her knees buckle in front of the blonde judge, who looks as if she used to be beautiful.
When she makes her plea, her voice trembles. If she were in front of a firing squad, I think,
Not even that could make her seem more fragile.
When I step up I smile.
I don't think I was supposed to smile.
Littering charge, minimum fine: $20
She charged me $70
I left feeling totally enlightened.
And just a little *******.

I watched them
they were awkward at first
but finally they connected
for a time
and neither of them
seemed to notice the climb
nor did they seem to be aware
of falling into a rapid decline--
perhaps the idea was simply to be;
he was who he was
and she was just simply She.
I saw it happen
and will attest in court
that these two were indeed meant to be--
if they need a witness--
I hope they'll call on me.
idk, just people watching of late...

There is a Judge, and there is Justice. Our time in this world is very much finite. When the time comes, and our name is called, some will be very much surprised to find out that there WILL BE full accountability for their past actions below. Only, the plan is that our last days in this world MUST remain hidden from us. Our thoughts, speech, and actions will be our witnesses. For better or for worse, this is our Destiny.
