Who are you?
HE asked

I'm work in progress
Still
I am knowing me
A little bit more
At a time

I was not me
When you asked me
I will not be the same
Tomorrow

Don't just ask
Who I'm
Ask me, who I will
Turn out to be

Close your eyes and breathe
Just do this for me
No
Do this for you

Feel the contours of your body
The unique curvatures
You own this fingerprinted body
Tell yourself that you are yours
Do this for you

Feel the beating of your heart
That sound is so gentle
So tempting to break down
But you've survived your pains
Pounding on the walls of your chest
Do this for you

Feel your mind
Pulling you through doors
Terrifying at every turn
Who you are comes from those doors
Do this for you

Feel yourself
Because you are all that matter
Because your body is yours
Because your heart is yours
Because your mind is yours
Because you are yours

Crave yourself.
Likely a draft.

That Singular Lego Piece,
When I was younger and
life was just walls...
That where just falling down
around me,
                 I found something.

A single piece of Lego.

       And on it scratched into
it where three words...

Always build higher.

Where my life had been
even at such a young age.
                            I thought
             the only thing walls were,
where ones that crumbled.

But after that moment,
when all I fell upon
                  where pebbles of lost moments.
                  That could have built
higher but crumbled, like so many.

That one brick,  built me higher
            than any singular instant.

And to this day,
                  I have never looked
at another lower,
                     or higher than myself.

For ever brick is built on the strength
            of another taking the weight
of the one below it.

And without that strength below,
           we couldn't build ourselves
to the height we are today.

Everyday I wear that brick around my neck.

Not to weigh me down, but to realise,
       that below every brick
       is another holding us up
with there strength, and without them
                                                    we would crumble.

I'm aware that we construct our realities
I guess I just stopped building when you left.
Sand, sand and dust, dust
These stones you thought
You built unbreakable, no
These in turn will turn into
Sand, sand and dust, dust
And all towers and castles
With time, become ruins so -
The cycle is a cycle for ages
What stops the destruction
Or what delays it, resets it,
Though futile, so to extend it,
Is love; palaces and hovels
fragile letters and trinkets -
Statues young, statues old,
They all stay preserved with
They all last longer long with
A little bit, or a lot, of love -
I'm no one to judge, give it
All or little of the love you can
to watch it stick, to watch it stand
Or slowly crumble in the end,
Dust, dust and sand, sand.

Colours have faded
off the walls
but the walls remain.
Spontaneous.

Don't know ,
Who will leave,
Who will stay,
So i push them all away..
Build around a wall,
To keep fr-enemies away.
Oh my angels!
They too loose their way.
Now i learnt pushing away is not the solution. Just going with the flow and doing your karma is. Because at least work never ditch.

Love is like seasons
You are winter and I am the fall

My love for you is like a mountain, all along

It was a slow and steady build and often felt drawn

But it began in my heart and spanned miles, strong

And it will still be here even after you're gone

A poem is a woven
Spell; which can
Mend a broken heart,
Build up crumbled
Hopes.
