Mama warned me countless of times
Never walk alone along the alley at night, "Call me or papa to pick you up"
I took it lightly, thinking it was just another preach-teach
If only I'd listened to her
If only I was stronger

I still walked lightly drunken down that alley that
horrible night,
a pure, broken white lamb limping down the street
just waiting for a black fox of the night to
come enrapture me,
take me away from everything,
as I stood, cold and uncomforted from the night's drunken stupor,
and crying.

As I keep on walking
His voice was still there
In my head screaming,
"You deserved this, shut up!
Wearing like a desperate ****!
Just let me taste you stupid ****!!!"
No matter how i screamed, his immense hands shrouding my mouth tightly.
The more i screamed, the more pain he puts me in.

A couple shoves,
a few bruises,
a yank,
and my silenced whimpers
as he ferociously goes in,
once, twice, too many times.
I'm trapped, heaving...
I should have listened to Mama...

Flashbacks ran through my head
How defiant I am towards my parents
How I always skipped anything physical, always judging girls on how they look.
It's happening to me now
I can do nothing but cry and give in
When he was done, he told me he'll **** my whole family if I tell the police.
I continue walking as my worth fading slowly.

And my fire burned out,
as I stopped struggling,
stopped making any noises,
and just lay still,
as he licked me and caressed me,
he's new found toy,
only to be tossed away later.

As I finally reached my nest,
I couldn't find the words to tell mama.
Not one person, not my boyfriend, not a soul. His face still haunts me every now and then.
He became this demon in my head
That will never go away.
It's been months now,
But this demon got my soul caged
And my lips zipped.
Not a single soul will ever know

This time we bring in the topic of ****.
How they suffered, how they try their best not to tell anyone. It's because of one animal.
You can say, "She deserved that for dressing up like that."
"She asked for it."
"Things happen."
You never really know till it happens to you. It's really simple. If you use force, It's ****.
**** is ****.
There's no other way to it.

You stamp on the abattoir,

you eat clean vegetables,

and drink clear spring water,

they filter out the wildness in you,

and comfort your life,

let you embrace,

the harvest of the earth,

the clouds in the sky,

like a St. Bernard,

wagging its tail at you,

plants on the ground,

dance for you,

like elves and fairies,

deer and hares,

they put a forest and a hill,

into your dream,

there lives a docile sheep,

in your personality,

your great heart,

has no place for a butcher knife,

you keep watch over,

that patch of garden,

of fun, joy and hope,

the dream of your life,

embroidered with colors,

red, blue, violet and green,

and your life,

blossomed with,

grass, flowers and trees.

I can see beating a dead horse
Is still in fashion
How vacant
How vapid
How sick

The Races, aka horse racing, is an exploitative form of entertainment that continues to thrive so people can relive the glamourous, vacant lives of past bourgeoisie generations.

So we descend onto the bed
like dust onto the still and sombre poppy
like fragments of pollen lapped up by the lizards tongue
white flash smiles and small night-animal noises.

Wasted seed. ****! Gone, into the folds and crevices of dark
thick smell of rubber like the hot factory floor
I'm tired now, Beatrice. I'm worn, weary,
world-weary, wasted.
I shall sleep now
and unfurl like an impossible caterpillar, unfinished
from its cocoon.

how many times will you cry wolf
before you realize you’re the animal
howl at the moon, child

we’re not coming for you
The Terry Tree Oct 2014
Twenty million years you have existed
Ancient are your ways, carried out for days
Even in birth sixteen to eighteen months consisted

You stand alone in bravery of age
Predators won't cross, footing would be lost
Your power is of one to be amazed

Teaching us that solitary timing
Benefits us too, reminding how you
Spend your days so patiently on dining

The earth is your bed and has been always
Suiting you well, this your story to tell
Free from what man has made building hallways

We learn from you to push through and go on
Leading us through, what is infinite truth
Your soul abounding to bestow upon

Grunting and bellowing your presence known
Boundary protected, patrolled, directed
No one will be found threatening your home

Stand up in for what you truly believe
Too many to fight, find rest day and night
Pull those close to you who will not deceive

We are timeworn and primal like fossils
Daring to care and completely aware
Protection of our love is colossal

Be with us when we must move in a way
That makes us feel scared, feelings should be spared
No panic, no anxiety dismay

Wisdom to move past life's ever obstacles
Our size matters not, for with you we've brought
A strength that to beat is impossible

Remind us to pray to all good things endowed
Spirit gives blessing, heart is confessing
Creating what our free will has allowed

Be with us mighty one when mistaking
May we never forget, we too have yet
A legacy like yours in the making

Though we may not understand why we're here
Holy Spirit's hand, reaches and expands
Guidance walks us on the path to adhere

Brilliant light shines, helping us to get past
The hurt and the pain, learning we sustain
Achieving a great wing span long at last

Spirit Rabbit

Untold and infinite stories of love
Brief moments will arise for us to grasp
Rays of moon and sun light gleam down above

We are humbled by our need to unclasp
Unpredictable life heeds no warning
Often we are left all alone to gasp

Day and night, evening and in the morning
We purr forward persistently beyond
While painting life a picture that's adorning

Still understanding sadness will be dawned
Gravitating up and down we manage
Cultivating the pool of heavens pond

Healing bits within that have been damaged
Carried deeply within for far too long
Awakened to this powerful advantage

We hop, we bounce into what we belong
Untold and infinite stories of love
Written in the stars our journey's song
Rays of moon and sun light gleam down above

The power to face our fears lies within us
We greet ourselves by accepting new ground
There is no limit, new growth is endless

Moving through life with stillness in our sound
Balance becomes an act that we perfect
In every moment courage will be found

There is no rhyme or reason to direct
Life plans now lay before our destiny
As we open up our hearts to connect

Spirit receives us with faith willingly
Every aspect of the universe lives
Awoken to our nature instantly

No longer terrified protection gives
An inner light to walk the path with springs
Now we are free from being held captive

Our souls uncaged can feel our bodies sing
The power to face our fears lies within us
Our arms open to receive what God brings
There is no limit, new growth is endless

Its time to rest,
My favorite stuff animal on my chest.
No matter how old I grow.
My favorite stuff animal will help me defeat every foe.
I cuddle with its old fabric,
No longer new but still seems to be magic.
Its stitches now loose,
And is stained from some old juice.
But I love my stuff animal,
Even if he is flammable.
He is always there,
Waiting to declare,
That I shouldn't be scared.
Because he in there to protect,
To keep me in check,
So I wont have a freight,
About meeting my worst fears yet.
As I know I will be safe,
As I lay down and wait.
Good dreams will come,
With my favorite stuff animal and then some.
I love my stuff animals
