I didn't want to be the one who left because she couldn't handle the change -- couldn't adapt.
But the truth is, I can't.
I hate writing this even now, knowing how it'll look when it comes out.
My aesthetics are dead.
I really don't want this to be the last, because where else can I find a black and white poetry site?

Know how to adapt to change or...
To success become a stranger.
Reaching new peaks,
The mind will resolve to revolve around thoughts for leagues.

Reaching new depths,
The mind will absolve to evolve for becoming a new creature.

Success is sweet to taste while failure bitter
Everything is not what everything is,
as it seems,
as it does,
as it initially used to be in the very first place.

In the fast changing world past becomes a thing of past,
over a period of time thing of remote past.
Again after a while present becomes a thing of past and future takes it’s place to become present,
however, even then in the present moment with regards to future life seems and remains uncertain.

Adapt to a change to adopt to the situation so as to make a difference in the future with regards to the present.

Even when thinking the other way round, if everything is what as it seems
Everything is according to what was thought prior,
everything is in it’s place with regards to what was desired,
still if there is a hesitation in taking the next step forward,
definitely somewhere the cause seems to be lost somewhere.

Time now to think again with regards to what was thought prior
Time now to revise before taking the next step forward.
Dilemma is a state of mind that needs change of time, place, person and situation, however, this is something that rarely happens. Right information is need of hour, however that must also be complete. Hence it's always said:
“Information can be such a double-edged sword.”

They call me fickle.
But what can you change if you
can't change your own mind?

There's an innocence to her
A purity I'd rather not taint
But enjoy for the moment
There is no lying in her
She is free of sin
Flowing with the wind and the waves of the ocean
She changes form but never loses substance
I witness her becoming and unraveling
In a never ending cycle
Of creation and chaos
I suspend, hypnotized
In awe of all that it is
To be free

I'm a fish that's trying to fly
There's so much air out here, I feel like i'm drowning
I thought I knew my way around
But the water is just not the place to be
It's so hard to adapt in this hydrophobic sea
The water's boiling so there's no turing back
I just wish I had these wings which I lack
I wish I knew my way around
And that it weren't the sea to which I was bound

Who accepts change may just survive,
Though who adapts will surely thrive.

A gift confers no rights.
Is it not to be given freely?
How does one love anything
without seeing it clearly?
Those rosey lenses you wear
while looking my way,
will break when the morning comes
and I have nothing left to say.
It isn't the lenses' fault
or the the changing view.
The fault of displeasure
lies solely on you.
Better revisit that script.
