i know i‘m not perfect,
i know i say the wrong things sometimes,
and i know i’m not always good at listening,
but could you tell me
what’s wrong?

i can try to be perfect,
i can continue trying to say the right things,
and i can be a good listener,
just please
what’s wrong?

that pain in your eyes cuts at me,
like the blade on the kitchen counter.
please talk to me.
i’m here for you.
what’s wrong?

i care about you,
i can’t see you in this state and not worry.
please,
talk to me,
i will listen.

we can go through this together,
you and i.
you can finally take off that mask that you wear.
i won’t laugh at your weakness,
and i would never hurt you.
please,
just please tell me...
                                WHAT’S WRONG?
a little less complex than the usual wording but jut felt like i needed to rant it all out

Jamaica
An island; who are we?
We can see exactly what we want to be.

We work, we thrive, we sing, we dance
Though we may never get a fair a chance

Jamaica
An island; who are we?
We live on a small land in the vast blue sea
Where we catch crab and fish for you and me,
And rock happily for this is exactly what we want to be.

tell me what it's like to fall in love...
is it messy, scary, all you ever imagined it to be?
or does it make your heart flutter and fill you with glee?
tell me what it's like to fall in love...
having never felt it before, let me see your point of view,
just in case i can never experience those same feelings that ensue within you.

Why don’t we have show and tell for scars?
They are more important than materials we show
They show the memories we can’t explain
Scars last forever, but memories will eventually fade
This world only looks at materials
Some things you can’t hold but love more than the things you can
Scars show how strong we are
Scars show the hardships you lived through
Scars show all the mistakes we did
Scars show that you got back up again
Scars are beautiful so embrace them as you do to your items
I need feedback so please don't hold back I am entering a poetry contest for school and need help

Tell it to the mountains
tell it out loud that the world might hear
Wax up the steep and rugged hills, journey the valleys and fountains
tell them! oh tell them now that they are near

‘that there lived the casted stones
Let the world hear of their silent voices
‘though may come as echoes
Yet, in peasantry they live and make such loud noises

The worthless pearls have found their worth
they sought for noesis and were answered without delay
Tell it out loud for
the son and daughters of lay men are now of great names

Tell their success story
Tell them it’s not all irony.

The casted away may someday become great.
i think i will not write
but when you send your sight
the pen wrote as it is in a fight

it does not tell a compliment

it rights only and only the right
i found my heart could stand
to only your sight

at my heart and it could also write
love controls all things in human and make the world beautiful

I wanted to tell you
   in words
I wanted to speak to you
   in letters
I wanted to voice out to you
   in songs
I who just wanted to
   be with you

Forever
If only i could say it

People tell me to live my life without any expectations,
But,
Well, is that even a life?
Should you kindly tell your tales,
I may blindly slash and flail,

Send the ink to paper and scribe the thoughts in immortal time.
