Dear Superman,
It seems this world has no room for me and you
That's why they dont understand what me and you went through
We sacrificed our time and our lives to save the day,
To save them from themselves
But they slunder and say they dont need our help

Superman, you are the man of steel
And I am the man of Wood,
But that has taught me that even the strongest man in the world cant stay good

   yours sincerely

Baby, I am no Superman, please dont expect me to be everything
I am no Batman, I make mistakes more often
I am no Flash, I wont save you in time
I am no Villain, even if Loving you is a crime

I am a Superhero, give me a chance to prove it
I am still figuring out my Super power
And baby, the only Super Power I have is Loving you!!

Superheroes inspire us all,
superheroes make us marvel.
Superheroes are adored
from Beijing to Washington D.C.

But superheroes don't wear capes,
they wear a '96 Olympic shirt
and loose-fitting pants
you would never catch me in.

They don't have x-ray vision,
they've worn glasses
for as long as you remember.
They cannot fly,
and yet they seem larger than life.

They never seem to lie,
and they still say "I love you"
in the exact same way
almost sixty years after they bound it to eternity.

They don't have super-strength,
but they are your super strength
and they lift you up
until you can do it on your own.

They seem invincible,
but life has a way of reminding you
that even Superman has Kryptonite.

They are stubbornly steady
even when the bill of health
isn't clean.
Just as they are your strength,
you feel your aching mortality
when you find out
even superheroes get cancer.

Yet somehow,
after their greatest battle is fought,
there they are in all that remains
spreading an unyielding light
upon whoever sees them soaring by.

We wear an "S", a bat,
or even a spider
to pretend that we are our heroes
and emulate their image;
but I won't wear that old shirt,
or those terrible, worn-in jeans.
Instead,
I'll harness that unbreakable spirit,
and maybe one day
I'll be a superhero too.
I love you Papa.

She was the girl that wanted to be
loved so badly and risk it all.

She was the girl that lost herself
to lust as her fragile heart falls.

She was the girl, that was trapped inside
the darkness and couldn't see the light.

She was that girl, who saw herself as a villain:
isolated, depressed,possessed, and pure hatred.

Something wasn't right...

She was also the girl, who caused the storm
to look after her when nobody was around.

She was the girl, who was such a fool
to invite temptation into this town.

Boom
The hurricane is coming...

She was then struct by lightning
and the darkness began moving.

She then found her inner peace
and she's finally set free.

She first started out as Ella;
bounded, afflicted, and loss.

Her name is now...
*Electricia.
Another superhero that I came up with.
I think this might be better than the "Pather" poem.
Let me know what you guys think. ;)
They say there's  a superhero for everyone.
Cool!
Except
im still waiting for mine
I have no superman
No spiderman
SURE AS HELL not Batman
so i wait.
Because  situations occur when
...
I sure need one.
When my  dad is beating my face  in,
I wish the justice league would pop in
Rip him off
And send him to space.
Wishful thinking...
Or is there a chance
One might come along....

I was a nobody before a miracle. A different spec from humanity. I am a stranger in my own world; couldn't care more about anything.

Then I met this boy, this boy was you. You once told me that you are Flash, the superhero of this world that in a glimpse you will be there when someone needs you.

I was shy, scared and afraid to tell you about a world that I am into. But you had saved me from the cruel phases of time, the hideous stares from the crowd and the uncertainty of tomorrows. I want to tell you you are the hero, my hero.

"You're really different." You told me on a summer night that we talked.

"I think so. You were a yellow rose, I was the white one. People are like roses, we are in the same kind but different colors." I told you nervously, too scared for a response from you.

"Yes." You told me as you turned your head down.

My heart was beating so fast from disappointment with your short response.

Silence.

Too silent.

It was too silent for me to hear your heartbeat.

"We are a rose, yes. We could be any flower too but you... You are the most beautiful flower that I've ever seen. The most different than anyone."

**After that night. The stars caught me as I fall into the universe of you.

Be my Clark Kent,
My superhero,
The one who saves me from myself

Be my Joker,
My Partner in crime,
The one who loves my crazy side
There was my hero who,
Save the world from,
The bad ones trying,
To steal money and alot more,
But my hero was about to stop them.

As heroes we must save the world,
Don't matter what happened,
There is always a hero to save the day,
If heroes could fly as using his powers.

When will heroes be my hero?
What will heroes really do?
How will they able to help us?
The only things heroes are to do:
Save the people
Help each other
Learn how to beat the bad ones.
My hero always save peoples and the world.

not all superheroes wear capes*
then not all villains wear masks;
see through more than what meets the eye

He is the person I look up to:
The one to whom I can fearlessly be true.

He shows me the correct way to choose-
A hero who can fix things when all hell breaks loose!

He is my source of motivation; a Superman
Who is better than any other helping hand.

Under his blessings, I seek shelter.
With each passing day, he turns better and better.

The one who will trust my word over the world,
For he knows me best- his little girl.

He is the man who couldn't afford to see me in distress;
He makes me proud to say that I'm my Daddy's Princess!
Dedicated to Dad❤

I was a clueless human,
with no sense of direction.
scientists say they cure me,
so they can get rid of my infection;
They were wrong.

Once they injected me,
I was about to have a different sight.
There just something about me
that doesn't feel right.

Suddenly, I became black as the knight
The scientists are after me, so
either I'll run, or fight.

By the time I grow out my fangs,
you better run, or hide.
Because I get furious
when you look at me in the eye.

As I smell upon their fear,
evil scientist beware,
to my brown eyes
and my razor sharp claws,
I must save human society
before things go wrong.

Even though this transformation,
seems to be a mystery,
my goal is to interact with panthers
In order to save humanity.

I'm faster,
I'm stronger,
I'm wiser,
*I am the Panther.
I wrote this poem when I was a middle schooler. I was watching Batman and then I thought to myself what kind of superhero I can be, so I thought why not be a panther. Haha!
Anyway, wrote the poem while watching my show.
If you were superhero what would you be?
