I regret that it sometimes takes a life
To learn how to live;
To live on the edge of a knife,
To learn to wholeheartedly give.

It's not yet late my friend, you still have a chance:
Follow your intuition,let your heart decide.
Let your feet happily tap to dance;
Have self-confidence, but not pride.

Life is too short to think about what others say -
Hold your head high and sing in mirth.
In your path, come what may,
Let everyday seem like it's your rebirth.

It's time to leave behind the past,
What is done cannot be undone.
Live as if each day is your last;
Decide your own path herein,just remember to have fun.

He is the person I look up to:
The one to whom I can fearlessly be true.

He shows me the correct way to choose-
A hero who can fix things when all hell breaks loose!

He is my source of motivation; a Superman
Who is better than any other helping hand.

Under his blessings, I seek shelter.
With each passing day, he turns better and better.

The one who will trust my word over the world,
For he knows me best- his little girl.

He is the man who couldn't afford to see me in distress;
He makes me proud to say that I'm my Daddy's Princess!
Dedicated to Dad❤

My friend , everyone started this journey alone,
Which is the greatest gift of Lord-
Use it to the fullest,not to make moan;
But rather: to write on the book of hearts, your own chord!

It all started with the dream world,
Where existed no word called lazy;
Where life hadn't its true colours unfurled.
We were nothing but crazy!

Those were the beautiful moments of childhood,
When we knew how to live without being taught.
Please take me back in time if you could,
Before the clutches of the cruel world have me bought!

It could still be the same, you know;
We were the ones to get this complicate-
This soul is the same, we just physically grow.
Don't let the gray world fade your glory too, mate!

Forget what people say, you have the power to dream,
It's time to break the mental bars;
Don't stop your heart, let it scream-
It states the desire to shine out like stars!

Maybe I never find a place
For this heart so misfit.
So, I fill pages after pages with my grace-
To learn to live again,bit by bit!

To my life, she adds a million times more lustre;
Through thick and thin, and shine and dust-
Her advice has guided me through each dead end.
And I call her my best friend.

With blindfolded eyes,I place in her endless trust,
For I know, in every adversity, she'll protect me as my crust.
My each impaired emotion,she can easily mend;
And I call her my best friend.

Her presence, for my subsistence, is a must:
For she brings out my best, in ways most just.
She supported me,even when life changed its blend,
And I call her my best friend.

When I was challenged in life's most stormy gusts,
She stood by me, as tough as a bust.
She shows me the correct path, away from the fiend;
And I call her my best friend.

I want to thank you- for all that you've done,
Your worth is appreciated in the highest tons!
I shall always be here, should you need a shoulders' lend;
As I have called you my best friend.
