A light within the dark
Sings a song inside my heart
A sound to fill the silence

The way he glows
You'd think the sun was in his veins

The sound of fear
Running around my ear
Just force me to disappear
Toxic yeti Mar 2019
In a Marilyn Manson concert
There are two bears
Screaming
Trying to
Out do the singer
To the point
That everything reverberates.
Even souls.

I don't know
why I apologize
for everything
even
loving you

you deserve better. I hope you find the love you desire

Do this cry sound like rain?
With those fields of broken grains,
And the clouds with dark stains,
Does the ground feel all this pain?

Wake up to the sun tonight,
Maybe the moon doesn't light up right,
But the ocean will always fight,
For the peace, for the star's sight.

Let winds breathe from the trees,
This is how the flowers plea,
To look this beautiful to see,
And bring our eyes down to its knee.

Every sound
Is nails on a chalkboard
The crunch of chips
The droning of the TV
Barking dogs
Everything
Makes all my muscles tense
So tight
And fills me with anger
At everything
Making me want to scream
At the top of my lungs
Just to get some
Peace and quiet

These turbulent smashes of a hammer
smacking down and cracking
through my hollowed ears
destroy my ability to breathe,
and continue to torment me as I walk;
I hear everything,
the sound of ever-impending weeping, wheezing,
or perhaps the sound of scrapes skidding
down my legs,
but nearly everything makes a sound
and it forever engulfs me;
I can't be in these spaces anymore,
even imaginary sounds puncture through.
oh this is old (January)
and also sensory overload is bad biscuits

You make me smile like a smart chess move
With anticipation no less intriguing
You are the stroke of ivory in the lingering key of whatever tune has been most on my mind

Your heart must be yellow as a sunflower warm
As it melts away and slowly warms
The winter of my mind turned cold

And now, amidst the houring fields
Where this sound once was young
How it is only my wish for the time to grow old
Another sound, another sight
