sober decisions
no proper thought

sweet amber lights
deathly black ash

nicotine rush
the world is spinning

a fleeting high
a wave of dizziness

missed calls
unanswered messages

an innate desire to self destruct
an unconscious want to be appreciated

low blows and insecurities
anger unexpressed

a dangerous game in wet pavements
under orange lights and judging eyes

3 sticks consumed quickly
no regrets; but a thousand sorrows

I don’t smoke
Too many people I know have died due to it
Too many heartbreaks, too many mistakes.

But if I did
I’d light you on fire and breathe you in
Inhaling your smoky scent, like woodburning
Until my lungs were coated with your ashes.

No chance of lung cancer
But maybe a chance of obsession
A dangerous obsession
An unhealthy obsession.

And I’d watch the tips of you slowly burn
Until my fingers were in danger of blistering
And you could feel the heat from my face.

You are a dangerous habit.

I found your brown eyes in the crowd
that was enough for me
I felt you like a cigarette smoke in my fresh lungs
and it was enough
                                                    to **** me.

You said you were the blunt,
smoking others like
                              they smoke,
  But you never inhaled back.

All smoke and now
                                 blunt rhymes.

You all gesture, hanging out with
your boys always behind
                       never up front.

Missing in the pictures, short ****
                              behind the trees.

I'll exhale in your face choking you
out on reality that your lost in the
                                                smoke.

No one will ever be above you,
as your always looked down upon.
     Short **** blunt rhymed hack.

lets be blunt, not the smog,  but the facts.
                       that I'll alway smoke you...

you have been awake for three
three breaths
three puffs of your cigarette
three hours
what difference does it make

exhaustion is all you feel
in every fibre of your worn out body

you keep moving
although your legs are lead
lead that has not yet fully hardened
you stumble

smoke fills your lungs
you inhale as if it were your last breath
and take another step

2k19 month of September
Alarmed an international terror
Climate change, change in weather
Drought across the nation
Turned into fire Strom centre
5 months from now
We can still witness the ember
Smoke, ashes from bushfire
Travelled thousands of acres

This inferno had us surrender
We lost a million of species endangered
And pushed many near extinction
Humans were no exception
32 were lost in this render
People lost their land of ancestors
Houses which were a place of
Laughter, revitalization and relaxation
Now are nothing but melted shelters

Firefighters to social writers
All jumped to help out the situation
From taking control over fire
To spread awareness
Seeking for helpers
Nature finally blessed us
It rained and things got under control
Before fire would swallow everything
And melt us...
People of Australia stay strong we all are with you...

You didn’t like the smoke
So I quit smoking
You didn’t like my writing
So I stopped dreaming
You didn’t like my singing
So I was left with listening

Now you have another fool
To demolish the dreams of

I can breathe again
I smoke
I write
I sing

And I’ve lost you
But I love myself again
Puffing out
some ***** air
to clean
this mindful lair
where I hide
what I don't share.
