My brain pleads to my heart to meet a girl 'named' serotonin
And I plead for some **** sleep.
I can't though because some people just don't know how to close a door after they open it or even put a bookmark in the part of the book they stopped reading.
Maybe they can't read, I guess it's not worth the daydream.
She sleeps in the photographs.
She sleeps in the music.
She sleeps in my heart,
but she sleeps...
I must decide which words to shout
Which words to whisper
Which words to scream
Which words to silence
Which words to say in monotone
And where my voice cracks
Now we're back
To the beginning of the same sentence
I must decide where to look
Where to look for you
Where to look for piece of mind
And it's the confines in which you restrain your mind that dictate how you define
"Are you okay?"
Eleanor Rigby Sep 2014
You never remember the small
things like the way you sighed against
my neck and the hole in my shirt
and the hole in my heart
and the hole you left behind you.

F.Z.N
Too much in my head
Voices, songs, condemnation
There's no room for you.
I feel so powerless as the news relays its latest story
Of a vicious storm revolving the area you're in
I wish you'd appear on the television,
So I could reach out my arm and drag you to where I am

The storm's been flooding streets and delaying travel
And soon might be wrecking homes and crushing lives
I'm so afraid of you being taken away
It'd **** me to see my beacon lose its light
I just want you to be safe out there. This is also a follow-up to 'Namesake'.
