This brokenness inside would be kindling for fire,
that tiny spark that lit it all would come from our chains;
True companionship was something I strongly desired,
But vulnerability I thought it needed to be contained;

I learned to be uncomfortable, to truly perspire,
To share in what I thought was vain;

If I had known what I would've acquired,
My secrets I would've never retained;

Now I’d found a place to retire,
A feeling I can’t explain,
I'd found a place where love was the occupier,
somewhere I could remain.
Sometimes through the silence
the loudest voice can be heard
speaking directly to your heart
just take the time to listen close
gently knocking on your door
kindly asking would you let me in ?

No farewell hurts more
Than one never truly said
When the moment came.

Clearly
You didn't get my message
And I trusted the trees
So earnestly
To deliver it to you
With speed
I'm afraid
No such service exists
Makes me laugh lolol

Artists live as prisms
Captivated and thus torn
By the light through them
"If he wants presence, he must consult with nature. He must be captivated by the light. Always the light."

We love the night
Because she holds no secret stars
Or fears no moonlit falling out

Dark clouds cover cold
Golden hay shines like the Sun
And colors become
One with the grey eternal
A flood of song into one
Storm Colored

Broken is the heart
That beats not harder in ache
When another stops.

Silence, well placed, tells
Deeper truths than furious
Words uttered with zeal.

Here I present to you
A single deck of cards.

I cannot tell you
which card is on top
nor the second, nor third.

But if we flip one over,
One by one,
And stack them into a new deck,
soon we will know the face
of every single card.

So let's take some time to wander
through these dark, dreary places
And we'll sift through these cards,
Jacks, Queens, Kings, Aces.
