It is simple, and yet sublime;
Incapturable.

You need not go in,
Take away the man, destabilising the economy
That you so love
Letting them die

You need not assassinate and collaborate,
Scheme and puncture
Spheres of influence that stretch and bubble
In Latin America and Southern Asia,

You need not sign secrets away
Safe and deep
In silos and bunkers
Where Armageddon sleeps.

You need not supply, buy and axchange
Implements of violence and rage,
Picking sides in civil war, tribal conlflict
And bigger,
In lands you do not understand
Lands where the mountains resonate with holiness,
Lands of spiritual awakening awaiting for the young;
Concepts you can’t grasp, that don’t sit well

You need leave them be.
Enough has been done,
Not always with bad intention
But rarely for the greater good
Enough has been said and bought and replaced
Captured, shot at, disgraced,
Caricatured into funny cartoons
Taken over, the masters’ role assumed.

For all the radars and sonar
It seems impossible to listen;
Simple, yet sublime.
Incapturable.
Irreplaceable.
I am not there, I am not a master or a slave.
I care, though.

Blood, now boils quick, it's intense, he is in fire,
on her every touch, there is a special anesthetic
a poisonous binge, causes tidal waves go berserk
in his stream of blood, tangible effects of arousal results,

body now is a vast field,  goosebumps sprout like spotted
magic mushrooms after a night long rain and thunderclaps,
the salacious intent of the scent of woman, wafts,
singing pheromones perfectly rhyme with *** center
of the brain, "Ï am addicted to tarantula's love"
his whisper sounds ominous, tarantula casts her net

Serpentine vines tangle on wild trees,in natural history
museum premises, trees fall down and rise, create leaf beds
dark enclosures where lovers escape the detection of radars,
explore, the unbridled ascent of carnal wishes,as if a permit
is ingrained in the scent of exotic orchids wafting in the wind,
allowing the wild run of instincts, a dam burst, here cobras prowl,
tarantulas, at a quick look are exposed ******* with dark *******,
on eight legs the desire stands, waiting for the next ***** lover,

She was watching an insatiable pair of tarantulas in elaborate
mating rituals, they move inside, cracks and burrows, concealed
by the cover of darkness, they come out,to eat the night flowers,
exhaling ****** hunger; their dark, devious fingers, touching, caressing
finding each other's intimate  parts has a dark frenzy...
he saw the blue glimmer of a concealed weapon, smeared on by amour,
as they tumble in bed,she flashes her most venomous smile,
like the quick move of the sharp end of a bodkin,
Tarantula's love affair, when it all are over, her lover's end comes near.

tonight, i am far too weak to become a star
i am a drunken river, all is possible until i reach another life
i am a weeping madman on the creeping sidewalks of solitude
i make secret deals with buddha in the desert
we will find the temples on neptune
with flaming radars and silvery kisses
we will battle with this massive electric dream and
undoubtedly become monsters with nowhere to lay our heads

my feet are washed with death
my breath is tinged in ecstacy
i am naked without identity
i am the black felt tip
of a pen dancing
across white paper
i should be left alone

there is a fold in the universe
surrounded by millions of suns
and diamond gold and mercurial fire
we can dance and sing and live in it
without ourselves
without money
money made of nothing
bellowing over eternity
money made of failure

pure thought
written on paper warheads
being fired off
at the moon

i will ***** and become
the hidden son of whitman
i scream
i starve
i will walk through fire
and be reduced to white powder
i will leave jet plane streaks in the sky
i will be remembered bliss on your lips
you will see the mediterranean rainbow
hear the seagull flying over dolphins screaming
and i will swim through the atlantic sun and
weep for this antiquity

Lost;
Between dark thoughts like jackets worn back in the days,
With white ropes dangling from shoulders,
And zippers that close upon secrets
Hidden under napkins that wipe nothing but tears;
But terrible memories wrapped around
The round bounds we set a circle,
To circulate upon our hearts heroically you stop it.
Sensing my not so suitable mind set
You destroyed what was left of my heart
And realized my fear;
Forgave me of my sins by giving me away.
The trophies we collect,
The lives we detect-
On radars of truth,
The calm realities of personalities
Beyond images you created
In square shaped frames framing a ******
Forming victims of dichotomy,
Dictating souls with duality,
Dealing with the princess of dirt
And the devil with disturbing diligence;
Detecting my flaws in display
To deduce dismay.
Too many d's in one poem
But believe me death is not a D-lettered word.
Death is not the blocking of blood
It’s the back bones of one beautiful lady when turned to you;
Death is not the submission of bodies
It is the bodies that decide not to take part
In a life that starts now;
In a life that I decide to
Start now,
Along with rage the age presents
Not the years spent,
Yet the years I am to spend
Spectacular speculations upon my soul
Saying :" why does this kid bother at all?"
Why does he work for a fallen kingdom
Ruled by a misguided princess;
Sesame opened for certain people but I decided to create a new cave;
To carve my name on walls I haven’t seen
To clean the scene where a lost child of destiny lies
On grounds prepared before persecution;
Wounded and defeated,
Devalued and mistreated,
Hands on broken ribs,
Ribs ripped before a stomped heart;
Hearts under a jaded mind.
But I don’t mind,
I don’t mind;
No I don’t mind because I chose to start now
And if you are reading this I chose to start now
And if you are hearing this I chose to start now
And if you read between the lines
Passing through words , jumping over similes and rhymes,
Climbing the lyrical ladders
Following the beat in twine with time.
While you dive in illusions of fake happiness;
The tardy laughs you gave me before you stroked my heart with a battle axe made out of unfulfilled promises,
But I promised and I fully filled the gaps
You caused with applause
On my beyond and being;
I'm seeing, the new figure I figured out last night
Without you and it's gonna be okay.
Lost between dark thoughts like jackets worn back in the days
With magazines stuck on belts
That make walking heavy,
Talking impossible,
But killing each other an occupation
For the blind and deaf.
Defining us
Defying our purposes
Defining us
Defying our morals
Defining us
Defying our so called personal obligations for the strands of chemistry stratifying from CO2to H2O become but heavy air on our lungs when we belonged together I couldn’t breathe
Defining us…
I will write 100 poems to make people feel at ease
Like Clancy of the overflow
Mulga bill and buttons and bows
Those 100 poems will be
The best I ever wrote
You see working class man
And blue sky mine and waltzing Matilda and buttons and bows
I want to support my footy team
And cheer very loud
Saying go Sydney go Green Bay
Go Barcelona nothing better than buttons and bows
I want to be rich you see
Make a lot of cash
I will have a party with alcohol
And bob hope singing buttons and bows
Making us happy with buttons and bows
I want to watch a tv show like a great soap opera
Like home and away packed to the radars 800 words and buttons and bows
Days of our lives and neighbours and young and the restless and buttons and bows
Bold and the beautiful and buttons and bows

Box Off
The black box that tells of approaching enemy missiles is turned off
The black box that jams enemy missiles it turned off
The black box that dispenses radar jamming chaff is turned off
The black box that launches infra-red flares is turned off
The black box that gives out false position locations is turned off
The black box that plots enemy defence locations is turned off
The black box that steers a course round enemy radars is turned off
The black box that sees enemy anti-aircraft guns is turned off
The black box that should save our jet and our lives is turned off
We are now dead and our warplane is now destroyed
The black box should’ve been turned on

(Dear Friends, reacting to the latest TV Report about China’s claim
of the Himalayan Range this verse got composed. Hope you like it.)

CHINA’S  VAULTING  HIMALAYAN  AMBITION !
                           By Raj Nandy
From Shakespeare’s ‘Macbeth’: “vaulting ambition,
which o'erleaps itself and falls on the other.”
……………………………………………………………………….
China, having infected the entire world by unleashing
the deadly Corona virus,
Have now started to measure the height of the mighty
Himalayas!
Having begun a dispute with Nepal, her peaceful
southern neighbor,
By trying to claim that entire Himalayan range as
part of China!
Ignorant about Macbeth’s ‘vaulting ambition’, -
which led to his downfall and destruction!
In the Tibetan portion of this mountain range,
An unmanned radar device was earlier set up by
China for air surveillance.
Now under the pretext of monitoring air traffic
over Tibet,
Two more radars devices are being set up on the
Himalayas once again,
Which will also act as snooping devices upon her
peaceful southern neighbors!
China already has her jaundiced eye upon India’s
Arunachal Pradesh,
Not forgetting her earlier illegal occupation of India’s
Aksai-Chin region.
She also has full co-operation from her ‘boot-licking
friend’ present across India’s western borders.
Unfortunately, only Historians remember the rise
and fall of ambitious Empires.
China too shall one day realize her Himalayan
Blunder!

Her house appeared ethical with walls steel and cold.
My head now sound.
My mind fled from the clear and ticked now like gears on a timely clock.
***** fixations grew non stop.

She calls without words.
She is now composed with radars that replace her heart.
I am Mother Mary's man machine.
Filthy dreams now spark.
Disturbed and distressed I scan what I've become.
I'm now hard to the touch!
I'm Mother Mary's man machine.
What vile things she has done!
Even with confusion it is the style I want.
A holy deal indeed.
Control ,***** *** ,and then delete.
She does not tease.
She just takes!
She plays well with her role.
And we both function without love.
Machines have no soul...

From one end of a sea, I waved to you
And carried it with me out to purlieu.
Over desertous thirst. It sank me through
A mermaid's con: rehearsed to drown on cue.

It reverbed off radars who threw it off course,
Who clash out; Who say our sound invokes force.
Who translate our call to a crime; (perforce);
Who trained us to fall, then harbor remorse.

I wait still in oceans for your wave back.
I wave me free from fear of dinful attack.
I got it all up here, should they lose track.
But I'm anchored still, -- slow, should you wave back.
A frustrating poem.

A poor boy on the sidewalk
watches through the window
as the angry speakers gesture
on the T.V. in the store.

He knows that they are angry
by their scrinched-up ugly faces
and their heavy pointing fingers
and their hands out
always hands out
wanting more.

He knows that they are speaking
of the world and all its problems
and of little people like him
stealing T.V. from the street.

He leaves the silent speaker
screaming anger through the window
and he radars out the sidewalk
always looking
just a little
bite to eat.

out there
where they wait to stare good eyes blind,

crocodile style he scans
the surface,
hidden
from the eyes
of his persecutors,

out there
where they wait to stare good eyes blind,

beneath the ripples he stays
below radars
and the mad world tested and tried,

out there
where they wait to stare good eyes blind,

in his world of water
he glides
unnoticed by the unaware,
camouflaged,

out there
where they wait to stare good eyes blind.

these gaps are good
a separation within a continuum
falling off some radars
but never falling off completely
gaps are good
a space to travel while going nowhere
and anywhere is possible
so this is a postcard
yes the gaps are good
filled with adventure mystery tours

why do we resist?
when all the prudently weaved complications
that float stubbornly between us
creating a dense and seemingly impenetrable wall
amid the radars of our aspirations
can be avoided with the mere uplifting
of chapped lips?

why do we hold back?
when all that it takes is a simple
slip of tongue, rushed and hasty
for that lilting glance
to transform
into a
  radiant
tête-à-tête
resembling a story that could
possess countless endings of every kind
and still have the power to effortlessly thrill?

why won’t you let go?
when all that you’ve got to lose
is the fear, relentless but futile
whose departure will leave blank space
for all the caged expressions to duly escape
and soar in the sky that had always longed
and cherished their presence?

Fall in the Ocean, don't fall in love
you may forget how drowning felt like
but you simply can't ignore the ache of
a cracked heart or its shards decorating the floor
sharp pieces that you'll step on and wounds reopen
pieces which will clatter from deep within
to echo the despair especially when you're beyond repair
jump off a cliff and fracture, broken bones heal
fractured Hearts seldom truly find healing,it's chilling
when you place support about it but nothing changes
and the more you organise your splintered heart
the further apart it crumbles and breaks apart
fall in Hell, the devils and monsters can be exorcised
but the monsters of a dead romance never leave
they taunt and haunt with voices whispering in your head
and drug you through a living Hell that's eternal
fall in acid, not a single piece of you'll be left behind
love'll rip and have your pieces wandering blind
fall in an abyss or the darkest deepest pit
someone might find you, you'll wash off the ****
but Love'll rob your sanity for it's mind impairing
it'll take away your radars, disorient your bearing
fall from the sky, your entire existence will splatter
falling in love will deny you your esteem and have you stutter
fall off a bicycle, you'll get up,dust yourself and ride
in love you'll live your life like you've died
climb one and jump, there's less pain falling off a tree
unlike the fantasy of love that chains and never sets you free
fall in the Sea, the sharks'll leave nothing for the world to see
love will bewilder you through an endless cyclonic ecstasy
it's worse compared to being once and for all torn by jaws
which takes you to oblivion where lives no feeling of loss
fall for anything else, fall for drugs and addiction
love is a blade that'll never cease making its incision
fall for wines and whiskeys,or any adulterated concoction
my broken heart thinks all but falling in love a far better decision
when you're out there searching for whatever you deserve
embrace all else your heart desires, all else but love

Laying on the ground
Watching the sky
Mind picks the surround
While glimpsing up high

Another earth, another universe
Similar beings, like on earth
A galaxy full of planetary diverse
Is there another place of my birth?

Weird thoughts rush in my brain
As I close my eyes and float away
Catch a shuttle as my train
And out to look for another way

In the space, its darkness around
None familiar like our own
So many asteroids aggressively surround
My shuttle suddenly ****** and thrown

Another world, another place
No earth but all looks same
My radars down, shuttle at race
I soon realise why I came

The emptiness of this new find
Parallel planets, yes I survived
If only I could go back and unwind
With many tries I thrived

Eyes open, watching the sky
Shuttle ****** out from my mind
I left the other place without a bye
It's not my home, not my kind

Where I am now, is better already
I would live here than to find another
Life is well fine pacing steady
This universe is good living than the other...

WEATHER IT OUT

Wishing for a subtle change, fine with something simple well within radars range

Layers of rays enlighten us,sometimes  becoming too overheated, cool down with blankets of snow

Storms blowing through the mind often unkind ,taking sanctuary until the climate has changed

Icey hearts frozen in place start to surrender if warm winds can enter the soul

Thunderheads in the distance, soon seem to roll down my body, again left assailed

Unforeseen forecast can be worse than the storm, left exposed when seeking shelter should have been the goal

Survival has no rival spend it all and still face an end, great whirlpools still seem to fade

Experience provides umbrellas ,exercises against an upwelling  providing protection from a gall

Starting was easy, rolling along constantly renewed by the rain, caught in a drift ,waters becoming colder harder to escape

Once so bright accepting all light, now often foggy, groggy  taking longer to restore

Life is a whirlwind cascading around us,feelings on the forefront  with unknown forecasts, at Peace through our constant updates. R.C.
Bit of fun. Wished I was better at editing stuff, I liked  the original thought to connect feelings, life etc. to weather terms, there are a lot of them so could be more profound I suppose,   Thanks for reading your thoughts are appreciated.Have a "Balmy" day :)  Rick

The Mayfly may die, but then what is truly living
Do they wonder why god wasn’t more forgiving?

I imagine them full of wit, the epitome of brevity
Keep it light, game to spit, the essence of Levity

They started from the bottom of a river bed floor
Greendrake been here since the ancient dinosaur

Shedding skin 20 times in just the last two years
Gazing at the great above, ignoring all the fears

Dreaming of the way somehow my wings spawn
Awakened and that day is now, my fateful dawn

Crawling about, Just can’t be breakfast for a trout
Swimming devout, holding my breath almost out

Aghast birds pout after hunting through the night
Alast my wings sprout and I'm ready to take flight

Majestic fluttering about, wondrous afternoon delight
Not one single doubt, as we fly higher toward the light

Love is literally in the air with our Prehistoric Dance
As Weather radars blare, noticing nature's Romance

Time is spent, not a care in the world, a passionate Trance
What it meant, to fly freely, giving life yet another Chance

No need to feed, we lived fast and our destiny died young
Life goal to breed, song's been sung, spring's finally sprung

The MayFly may die but it's story reminds us how to truly Live.
Wondering why, as it searches then finds the purpose is to Give.

Unseen specters, they'll attack.
Rusted hooks and dull razors as hands, their hunger bleeds through time and space to gnaw at me on this skyscraper's jagged crown.

Instinct prevails, lioness intercedes.
Eyelashes grow older, making way for past to recede.
Huntress will shoot, ambiguous leniency grips harder than flesh.
Wardrobe beckons with open arms, and through esoteric self-combustions, my human suit morphs into hardened armor.

Forgotten vaults open once more, as ghouls roam the crowded intersections of the infinite as neurotransmisions.
****** hatchet made of nails in hand, uniquely hideous. Main mechanism of defense and potent display of skill.

Unmatched. Pieces of half-eaten livers steal the traction off my legs.
Damp, anchored shoes pick away at my frail and wilting compass.
Blank faces embelish the night's tapestry as pupils widen their radars for tutelage.

Now I'm lost.
But the frenzy-filled cleansing continues nonetheless.

💜💎 Gypsy, a kind and courageous soul
Gives so much out, it must take its toll
Empathy, carrying her own weight
And then the weight of the world, too
Wearing many hats as mom, friend, and counselor
Patience that no degree can spur
An unique soul, you can’t hold down
No matter how some try to make her drown
Colorful and hiding many talents
She won’t show you everything, she keeps her balance
Free spirit and magic in the making
She gives much while life is taking
Caring for each individual, no matter how seemingly small
She is there to answer your call
Just a spec on others radars, but she knows
You matter, we are all equal with our own woes
A sensitive soul, nothing but beyond cool
Gypsy, a kind and courageous jewel 💎💜

One fine day as I walked to my car,
I saw him exiting that bar,
His gaze was set afar,
But mine were drawn to his scar.
He felt my stare's power,
So questioned-"Who you are?
I felt my mouth open ajar,
So I saved the hour,
Walked I to him like some avatar,
"You pull my strings as good as you play your guitar,
Its been years since you've been on my radar"
Gaped he and became ready to spar,
So I kissed him and and tasted some cigar,
He eyed me like a jaguar,
So I smiled at my rockstar,
He might find all this bizarre,
But for me it was at par,
Showed him I my very own scar,
Recognised me and remembered the day of our mar,
The story of 'our'
Shall always remain on the jar
For lovers we were crossed-stars!

We read the same, just in opposite directions,
For I had my memories and he had some reflections.
Our flaws were our identities, thence, we were always on each-other's radars;
But the black boxes failed us and turned our;
Sweet-innocent love sour!

— The End —
