Like Honey in the Rock
I could make out the figure in the twilight
It’s all your lovely face I see,
Unmistakable
And with the moon rising
I see your smile,
Always infectious
The gentle murmur of waves on the beach
is our love music that beats in unison with our hearts
As I hold you in my arms
And kiss your lips with tenderness
while your soft lips
drip honey to my mouth
Like honey in the rock.
Love is beautiful with nature and nature defines the degree of love to humanity. If nature is void, love is void, too.  We are created to give and receive love in a passionate way to feel the importance of our existence. Love is the essence of existence, both nature and humanity.

When the World is Over
When the world is over
I shall see you in another better world
where the cares of the earth exist no more
only the everlasting joy and happiness;
Together we sail away the eternal years.

Love, the Jungle Wild
Love, the jungle wild,
Twines to the right
Up around the body
Gentle and sweet,
Love, the jungle wild,
Wraps around the chest
And caresses the wounds
Of the broken hearts
Love, the jungle wild,
Cares nothing except the wild love it's willing to give freely
In the time of aimless desperation.

Take a Lead
Make me want you
Make me love you
Make me hold you
Make me smile at you
******* with you
Make me lay next to you
and make me yours forever.

All that you need is take a lead
and let my heart follow you
to places you ever want to go,
high in the loft of the mountains
in the clefts of the rock,
down the deep valleys below,
along the wide, long  plains
and the vast oceans
I will be your companion,
Make me all yours.
Simply take the lead.

I miss You In A Heart Beat
All the phrases such as
'Like the desert misses the rain,
Like the flower misses the Sun on winter days
and others are words of loneliness without a heart,
but I have a heart for you, and you alone
in this world,
and when you are not around,
even in a few minutes
I sure miss you
'IN A HEART BEAT',
my beautiful daughter.

Tide of Death
Tide of death rises
to my neck
I'm afraid and worried
the chain around my ankle
is tight against the metallic load
and it's a matter of time before
I take the journey of no return,

I scream, I cry, I try to free myself
still I can't
I pray for hope, comfort and strength
while await the tide of death
rising above my head to erase my existence

I think of you, my beloved,
I plea to the tide of death to subdue
I am lonely
I am a candidate of the tide of death
rising from the oceans of hate.
There are days you feel like drowning in in the tide of hate and problems. The weight is too heavy to carry and almost succumbing to the problems and life's mystifying problems. Hold on and let your head high up to the sky. Rescue is surely on the way!

We Don't Do What We Speak
We speak about love,
yet we can't give it freely
we speak about hope
yet we cultivate doubt into the minds of many,
we speak about generosity
yet so many poor people in the world,
we speak about safety
yet women are still locked behind their home gates
and asylum seekers are flooding the shores
of foreign countries,
and we speak about equality,
yet we still discriminate,
we surely don't do what we speak.

Thinks of home
She looks into the direction of the sunrise
and thinks of her parents in a faraway land
if they could live to see another day
for war has broken out
to every place and corner of their street
and wonders the level of hate
her world has now had
that love is now a thing of the past
gone with the dead
and those that are living
posses hatred in the name of religion.

The last call
I looked away
from hate and greed
and answered love and generosity calls,
the last call, the final call
for fairness of living.

Reality in the Morn
Gone with the wind
is my unsettled mind,
at even tide rests my  tiring thoughts
so I  cast my wishful cry to the sea current of hope
for a surf of faith, however the size,
to ride on its crest to reality in the morn.

Enemy & Forgiveness
One word to eradicate in one's heart is 'Enemy' through the power of 'Forgiveness',
Then there will be no more feeling
'the enemy of my friend is my friend,
the friend of my enemy is my enemy',
we shall all be friends, eternal friends,
a friendship so blissful to belong
for our hearts have no enemy
and there is none to wrong us to forgive them.

Places in my Mind
Places I have never gone
Yet my mind thinks of them
Places I never dream of
Yet my mine knows they exist
Places I never feel I belong
Yet they become my destiny
Places I don’t know if I could see
Yet my mind sees them
Through poetry.

Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Somewhere over the rainbow
I see your name carved by nature
Sparkling, twinkling like stars
Each letter blinks your everlasting love for me,
And leads me to your heart.

Somewhere over the rainbow
I see us together forever
Lighting up the dark sky
When the rainbow disappears into the blissful night,
And together we sail away the years.
Everybody, a moment in their life,
want power,
desire wealth,
envy influence, and
run after fame.

Some found them in the common hours,
others took ages to realise them,
others never had the opportunity,
and most are still working hard towards them.

For those that have them all and are happy,
blessed are they,
those that have them all, but along with them come an emptiness,
it's time to share them with others,
for those that never had the opportunity,
be thankful that you can breathe a sigh of relief,
and those that are still searching for them,
learn from the experiences of the others.
Be thankful for what you have now
big or small
plenty or few
two or one
one or none,
because you are
still powerful,
wealthy,
influential
and famous
in your own rights.

Dear Disabled Dad
Dear Dad
I know you have physical disabilities,
but you are the centre of my heart,
the love of my life,
so thankful to be your son.

I  am never ashamed of you,
because you are my perfect dad;
your heart is never disabled,
your love has had no divisions,
your mind is pure,
your words calm a raging foe,
and your smiles are infectious,

I will always be your son,
I love you Dad.

Memory Lane
Down the memory lane
The journey of my identity, my life
unfolded in a broad spectrum of events
Of how I reacted to life’s happenings.
Sometimes proactive, most times reactive.
Other times, I succumbed to the world,
My dreams hung in balance
Almost letting go,
especially my being."

Along that memory lane,
My faith builds on my ego,
Hope regenerates within my being,
Perseverance grows strong,
And self esteem heightens,
I hold on,
the portion of my being,

Beyond the memory lane
a new journey of my life
where the modern life
challenges my tradition beliefs,
no anticipation of overnight change,
but vivid imagination of  good life beyond today
when tradition and modernity blend well
in my being.

Boat People
Oh they pleaded,
women, men
young and old,
'let us pass through that sea'
to a place where we could start all over',
yet their voices fall into deaf ears
of their brothers and sisters
from another mother land,
hopeless they remain drifted
in the treacherous sea
feeling unwanted, unloved
forever rejected,
by the policies of the modern
migration...

the unworthy sea-going boat,
becomes their coffin
and the sea and the seafloor become
their graveyards,
the common fate of boat people - the asylum seekers.

No Power!
Whispers,
I hear in my ears
from the wind
that carries your message

to reach me
in the city of million people
filled with the ecstasy of
modern civilisation of social networking.
Alas! power blackout across the city,
No Facebook, no twitter, no another other social network!
I can't reply your message,
the wind has stopped blowing, too.

Blame Me
Blame me,
oh you sons of the earth,
for the everlasting darkness
across the earth
for knocking
the only brightest star
shinning in the universe,
the star of love and attraction,
with a stone of wedlock
to give her new home
in my heart.

My Dearest Wife
My dearest wife
You are
the solution to my weaknesses,
the spark of light to my darkest moments,
so dark like the void between the stars,
the balm to my weary, torn soul,
the hope of my hopelessness and
the love of my heart.
In you I find
all the reasons to live.

Sacrifice for Love
Love is worth some sacrifice
For you, my love;
I sacrifice interesting careers for you,
I sacrifice resources for your heart
I sacrifice my unbroken heart for you to have it broken
Knowing that all those sacrifices I made are all worthwhile
Just to be with you forever and a day.

Peace
Peace, the perfect total peace in me today
When there is serenity
In my mind, heart and soul
All in harmony with the portion of me,
'The portion of my existence'.
Three months old in my mother’s womb
Whispers I heard outside,
A man persuading mum
To destroy me
Because he doubted I was his.
I heard mum cried,
And felt her tears
Falling to her bulging belly,
My bed room,
A thunderous sound
That struck my universe
Almost tearing it apart.

The man talking to another man,
A professional killer of my kind,
I heard about the price of my life,
To destroy me
Worth only ‘$300’.
Mum’s heart beat faster,
Bringing blood like a mighty rushing wave
To my weak, gentle nerves and veins
Almost rapturing them apart.

Mum whispered
I heard while she cried,
“You are a gift and blessing to me,
My child, my beloved one.”
I will keep you,” She promised.
I tried to comfort mum but couldn't.
I conjured up ominous images
Of my shattered body,
My flesh, blood and bone;
It was too painful to bear.
So I stamped my feet
On my bed,
Her stomach bulged,
And I felt mum embraced me,
With her gentle hands.

From the smallest corner of her heart
Next to her bulging belly,
My bed room,
I heard mama interceded with God
For the forgiveness of the sins
And comfort of thousand women
Who aborted their pregnancies
Due to ****, pregnant while breast feeding,
Incestuous affairs, teenage pregnancies
Or on medical conditions
For the physical and emotional pains
They endured and guilt that may have lingered still.

In her bulging stomach,
My bed room, my home,
I waited for my eviction,
Every day.
Then one day, after a long wait,
It rained cats and dogs
With muds of blood
In my bedroom.
I tried to cling to the roof of my bed room,
But was swept away by the natural disaster
Through the channel of life
Into my mother's gentle arms.
If Foetus were able to have senses, they would have memories of their development and the day of birth.

New Memory
It’s another beautiful evening
Quiet and peaceful
Except for the sound of my footsteps
On the coarse white sandy beach
Of clear turquoise sea
As I retrace our love path
Hoping to find your footsteps fossilised
On the sand.

But the truth hurts the most
That the waves have washed away
All your footsteps I am here to find
And the wind has blown away
All your romantic scent
That used to permeate the air
All have vanished into thin air,

It’s just another beautiful day to start all over;
To start a new memory that will linger forever*.

I light my cigar
I light my cigar, from whence comes the nicotine
That blackens my lungs and poisons my blood
But the taste of it becomes a sensational feeling,
A satisfaction to my nicotine enslaved wind-pipe
A huge urge to take it again and again
One after another
An addiction that enslaves me.

I light my cigar, from whence comes the nicotine
That keeps me company all day and night long
An enemy   I cherish and revere
That shortens my days and nights in disguise
One after another
An addiction that takes away my own life.

Hello Stranger
Hello stranger
I'm a stranger to you , too
Could we be no more strangers?
Could you please sit beside me for a chat?
I will tell you all things about myself
and hope to hear all the things about you
so we could find all the common things about us
and all the different things between us
Then we can be no more strangers
But, hey, when we meet next again and again
I hope to hear "Hello Mate!" from you.

Under an Oak Tree
He slept under an oath tree
And dreamt of his girlfriend,
She came running towards him
With hands open wide,
While he mumbled her name,
“Jessica!” “Jessica, my love!”
And stretched his hands
While tears of joy filled his tired eyes.

He was woken up
By the fierce sound of mortar
Just a few yards from where he lay
And struggled to open his heavy eyelids
Hoping to see Jessica, she alone
But could only see silhouettes of bare trees
Against the flames of destruction

The night turned to day
And days to nights
As injured lone soldier
John continued whispering
His beloved Jessica’s name
Under that oak tree
I write without much editing, therefore, kindly correct for grammar, coherence and suggest ways I could improve my thoughts.

Eye Colors
Beautiful emerald green eyes,
I love to behold them forever
They are the fairest
That light up my gloomy heart

Those beautiful hazel eyes
I love to be neigh
They are my rarest fortune
That I find in you

Beautiful brown eyes
I love to treasure them
They give me comfort and hope
Every time I look into them

Beautiful amber eyes
I love to see forever
They are the golden hue jewels
That beautify the heart

Beautiful blue eyes
I love to gaze upon
They are the oceans of love
That flow to broken hearted souls

Beautiful grey eyes
I love to own them
They are the droplets of hope
That water the desert of despair

Beautiful red and violet eyes
I love to increase in numbers
They contain love in abundance
In many multiple coloured ways

A Sound louder than nature
The mountains growl
The valleys hum
The caves echo
The trees whistle
The rivers whisper
The seas roar
The clouds thunder
But what sound does my wild heart make for my lover?
It spells out my lover’s name,
The loudest of any natural sound.
Two strange hearts, they are,
Have just met in the busy street of love
With so much love noises around them
Yet they could hear themselves
Beating audibly in unison
Like two lost pieces connected together again,
Perfectly fitted.

But they have to fight hard
Against lips and tongue,
The interrupters and destroyers of love
Because from them come thousand questions
Of another heart’s existence;
‘How old are you, heart?’
‘What’s your annual earning?’
‘Where are you from?’
And the questions go on forever.

The hearts come pleading to the lips and tongue
‘Sometime, for love’s sake,
Be silent, oh lips and tongue! And leave us alone!
Let us beat heartily at our present found moment
Of love and happiness;
The body needs the most.

A Willowy
A Willowy brown
Down the aisle you go
And in your wake are the eyes
That seem to be fixed on you
Without blinking

A willowy black
In the forest you spread your bed
And you got secret companions watching you
That seem to fight for clear spot
Without looking their path

A willowy blonde
Your secret place is a secret pub
And your dining place is a hidden hall
That seems to attract many to find you
Without thinking of their life.

A willowy Yellow
You live in bright shining lights
And create a majestic hallow ring
That is the beauty of your life
Without a doubt you are gracious.

Huh Willowy
Oh can’t you just see
The danger you have brought
Into someone’s life?
The fragments and pieces
Are uncollectable;
What broken hearted soul!

A Haven of Rest
Tanned bodies
Scorched faces
In the Pacific Sun
In search of a palm shade
A balm for our bodies

On a tandem
At 60-miles-an-hour
Against the Tropical cyclone
Whipping our faces
In search of a palm haven
A balm for our weary soul

Here we found
A shelter
In the times of El Nino and cyclone
A haven of rest
Safe and secure
Warm and filled
From the meat and juice
Of the coconut palm trees

Among the Nature
We are together
Under the canopy of the Pacific forest
Among the wild blue berries
Painting our mouths with their colours
While singing with bluebirds
In the rhythm of bluegrass
Coz our love is wild

I am the blue-jay
You are the blue-***
Our children are mixed- bluebirds
From sweet, wild love.

We are together
Under the Blue Pacific Ocean
Among the ocean creatures
Glittering under the bright Pacific Sun
While beholding their numerous colours
Dancing in the rhythm of  the waves
Coz our love is wild.

You are the blue sting-ray
I am the blue manta-ray
Our children are mixed -rays
From sweet wild love.
