I'm pretty sure it'd take forever, to tell you all the places that I've been
I swear to god, I'd live forever, if my soul could last until then

A hollow guess
Sinking fast
Never more than a misstep
I never really thought that we'd last

A stupid joke
Badly told
Whatever helps
Best find something to hold

Something to stand on

I'm pretty sure it'd take forever, to tell you all the places that I've been
But I swear to god, I'd live forever, if my soul could last until then

A hollow frame
Hung by a silver chord
Slowly played
Over the last open door

My final day
To make a change
Emotions fade
Even as I feel them more

I seldom speak

Anymore

I've found out that I'm too ******* bored

It would take me forever, to tell you all the places that I've been
You know I'd live forever, if my soul could last until then

If you did see me
Its on me
A mistake
To say the least

Please don't stop to question
If anyone
Really loves me
Enliven a straw
and stride in jeans
that herd afore
this clothing mall
while hoofs grill today
will encrust visceral might
with orient of fascination now
amuse its preponderance
with only water engulf
her captivating lore again.

We use ETBR in the laboratory,
Ethidium Bromide is a poisonous dye,
And it is to be used carefully,
RedSafe is an even deadlier alternative.

Give special attention to its use,
Low - very low amount will do,
Or it can cause health problems,
Victory over nature can be constructive,
Exposure to it can cause cancer,
Should our efforts help in medicine.

Also used is an alternative marker dye,
Lacuna not entertained in it either,
Wear gloves always in the laboratory,
Always in this field of proteomics,
Youth may be affected otherwise,
S**hall be always keeping myself protected.
Another one of my secondary acrostic poems - this time about my work.

I’m like a rubber band.

I’m forced to bounce back from many things.
I am painfully stretched to my limits,
And recoil back into myself daily.

I’m like a rubber band.

But stretch me out for too long,
Or wear me down for too long,

And in the wrong hands,
I’ll break every time.

Beneath the suede feel and nappa leather
Beneath the Jordan that sells for some many dollars
Rests a weary foot covered in torn silk
A little hole here
A little patch there

Beneath the Italian suit and that da Vinci scarf
Beneath the bear fur coat and the cashmere wool
Rest a broken soul covered with a broken body
A little wear here
Some many tear there
Don't be deceived by material things, some people are broken and damaged much more than you'd ever know. They just cover up pretty well.
My sweetheart wants to wear me like her dress
But on every weekend you change it i do guess
I know,  you do know which button is to press
For good players love is a game but like chess

I have a keen eye on you knowing fully well
I consider in your heart I definitely do dwell
For lunatic lovers for me do remain under spell
I am in love and in real love I do love to excel

Please do wear me as many times as you  desire
Make me stable and do throw some water on fire
Sell me as many times as you think and as aspire
If you change your attire I may in love do expire

I wish I could turn back time and see if I wasn't loved
every time I see something I have this urge to put it in words
draw across the canvas of nonsense, I know there's little time
I'm painted so ugly that I don't walk in sunshine

I have no idea what to do with
all this pain
so I paint another face and give it
a new name
and the smoke chokes all as I wait
for the rain
I turn my back to the wall and the
canvas is blank again

I'm here, I'm screaming, I swear it was there
I don't think I'll be leaving, I'm still breathing what I wear

sometimes my voice gets lost
in the silence I make
I wonder how many more lie's
my conscience can take
I know I'll change into a monster
before I ever escape
My mind feels so strange
after the lights fade

I'm wearing my heart on my sleeve
i'm wearing a smile on my face
It is so hard to live and breathe
when you're suffering
from your own mind and space

it gets so lonely after a while
that I can only feel my own face
my heart is still young and vile
searching for an unknown place
I'm so far from home
I think I've forgotten where I'm from
as I count my steps so I can go black
when the sun's in shade

*I'm here, I'm screaming, I swear it was there
I don't think I'll be leaving, I'm still breathing what I wear

I'm here, I'm screaming, I swear it was there
I don't think I'll be leaving, I'm still breathing what I wear

He falls to despair.
In his mind, his foremost thought:
"Today... what to wear?"
First world problems are the best kind.

is her abdomen showing? her shoulders are visible? her shorts just a little higher than her fingertips when her hands are by her side? is her back showing?
lets try this out. why not instead of demanding girls to change their outfits because they're a "distraction" for boys why don't we instead teach boys to keep their eyes to themselves instead of making girls think they should be ashamed of themselves for wearing what they want and being confident. don't perpetuate the idea that you shouldn't wear what you want and be comfortable and confident with your body.
i am a fourteen-year-old girl and i will wear whatever the hell i want.
