Try to look your best
While you can’t even find a single dress.

Figured an easy task,
But, heck, you haven’t even been asked....

So walk around, don’t sit.
Go in circles to find a cheap lip kit,

And hope for another chance
Because this just may be your last dance.

On a walk in the middle of spring.
All the bees on cali orange blossoms. The birds sing
The difgerent smell of food as i go downtown
Live music somwhere in the distance echoing all around. Through the old neighborhoods i always  roam.
I feel at home.
Passing houses. Cars pass.  Incenese nag champa. ciggs. **** and fresh cut grass.
Seeing familiar people out and about.
Fresh air. Free. No lock down. No care. Even the dogs runnin up on me barkin is all good. Warm night Cool breeze through my neighborhood
A prominent walk that commands attention
Serious look, sometimes intimidating
Not the kind of man you would think spending hours crying over her
I felt the *** stir
The attachment is a blur
It makes sense
How could I be so dense?
I only blame myself
I'm cursed with brute strength and softness
You might not find error in it
But I question it daily

Probably,
Her walk is towards the happiness
My walk is towards the peace

I confessed,
She was my peace
There,
she was always silent,
Lately I realized,
I was not the happiness
She wished for.

I love you because my heart is lighter walking by you.
I love you because no matter the world I could never see you outside the light I see you now.
Not because of the times things seemed good to be true.
Or the *** or the willingness to drop everything and come to me.
I love you because of the effort.
Not because it feels like something your supposed to say.
The times we strayed in complete darkness.
I love you because you could have walked away a million times.
And I know I've pushed you there a  considerable number of times.
I love you a million times more for each millionth time I thought you were gone.
I love you because you bring out the best in me.
You show me the world in a honest way.
Sometimes I may not understand it.
Question after question, my heart telling me to stop second guessing.
This walk becoming longer and longer.
I love you for encouraging me to be better.
I love you because you handle every situation in the weirdest way possible.
In the deepest part of my heart.
I believe you already know that.
Free to walk, free to think.
All without paying attention to where we're walking.
I love walking beside you

This is the shoe where poetry lives
It walks with a tap and the occasional hop and skip
But on Mondays it drags a little on the way to the train station

This is the shoe where poetry lives
Ready to throw a kick but inevitably risking a stubbed toe
Harbouring the memory of a break and the months of limp

This is the shoe where poetry lives
Experimenting with an odd sock, denoting a qwerky outlook
And if you were to examine it's sole you'd find an uneven wear

This is the shoe where poetry lives
Grass stained from ventures along less travelled paths
And carrying scuffs from many climbed boundary walls

This is the shoe where poetry lives
And it sits by the back door ready for the next adventure
Silently jealous of the shoe that was claimed by the dog tonight
Where does your poetry live? And have you visited lately?
Walking in the first snowfall
through a thick familiar wood
listening for winter's call
near where an old house once stood.

A cardinal splashes red nearby
as he flits about among the white.
Before long he'll likely fly
to a cedar tree to spend the night.

Within this world of falling snow
the only sound is snow flakes as they hit
and a desultory single crow.
Somehow the silence seems to fit.

I pause to let knee's ache subside
and inhale a breath of air
here where forest denizens reside.
I'd not want to be nowhere else

That first walk in winter....

Walk
We’re off for a walk tomorrow up the big hill at Dovestones. We said we’d do that walk for eight years. I’ll even wear my Lacuna Coil top that I was going to wear years before. Time stands still and I’m back in 04. Before our silly row and my move to London. Now I’m back north and we’re going to defeat the hills. Even though there’s snow on the ground, I saw it from town today when I met a friend for coffee. Be careful we don’t fall and break our legs or it’s an air ambulance job then and a chance to fly in a state of the art Eurocopter chopper. I’ll take my camera to take some cool photos of the snow and the hills.  Bring it on *****! Yomping up the huge ******* hill in the snow. Are we mad?
