If all the light and darkness in each other's hearts were known,
who would stand the brightest
and who would stand alone?

Would those with darkness in their hearts be left to themselves,
or would the brightest of them all,
offer light to someone else?

Would the light fear the dark and attempt to stay away,
or would temptation ****** them,
and lead their light astray?

Would the darkness taint the light, causing it to dim,
or would the infectious light from other's hearts,
illuminate within?

Perfection is a fleeting dream, and you will find no pure heart,
for there can be no brightness
without a little bit of dark.

There's an odd temptation in her eye,
Lord, how I wish to catch it

Disappointment runs across my face
As your life has gone south and left a bitter trace
The future looked immensely bright for you
A golden crown carved with your name looked true
But enticing decisions inspired by the devil
Pressured you to get on his level
Based on recent experiences with a close friend

A dove just flew by
it sat on a fence nearby
she is so beautiful
pure and white

I want to reach the sky
as easy as she does
high above tedious lives
of people chained to ground

So I caught her in my arms
tore her feathers
ripped wings apart
but she was still alive

So I took a stone
and crushed her skull
red my lips with her blood
and put her feathers on my coat

I might not be able to fly
but neither can she now
She is such a cruel beast
to turn beauty into cruelty
You cant blame me for wanting more
I dont Know why or what for
Bit desire is tugging at my side
and forever I wont be able to hide
So help me be Content fair maiden
and help me push away that Satan
Desire causes delusion and unhappiness, only used correctly, can it be used for motivation

... The pills keep swallowing
I swear I walk with God but

Ignore my requests
instead of tempting my heart
with your happiness.

He whispers in your ear
"Just one time.
Just a taste"

And so you do it.
Just a taste

He whispers in your ear
"Just one more time.
Didn't you like it?"

And so you do it.
Just a taste

He whispers in your ear
"Come one. Do it.
Don't you love me?"

And so you do it.
*Just a taste
Because, for him, you'd do anything.
I am hungry for beef and blood
I cannot stop myself or run
I crave for food and violence too
As a human being its what i do
And yet ill wait, for i am my own
And refusing desire is what i’ll show
this poem portrays the evil of man, and the ability of every individual in humanity to refuse desire and temptation
