You broke and dismembered me,
But of course I’ll never let you see.
Disregard that fake smile, I’ve been practicing it for quite a while.
It falters behind my closed doors,
For there is where I fight my wars.
I hate being in here anymore,
I hate everything I used to adore.
All the things I found comfort in, Now wrap me in an abundance of sin.
My morning and late afternoon coffee, it now makes my eyes glossy.
My warm blankets and soft bed,
I’m too afraid to rest my head.
You’ve taken every safe place,     because now they all remind me of your face.

it was us
then it was me
who could have known?
how it would change
the way you
feel
the way we
were
it was a mistake
who could have known?
a punishment so severe
it's a life
taken
but not meant to be
I know i'm to blame
I know that's how you see
but you were there
the same
who could have known?
  not you
not me
this poem is about a tragic experience and how it ruined a relationship of mine, thank you for reading

Searing memories of love gone past,
pillars of sand that buckle
at high tide's first crash.
The castle carefully crafted with ***** firmly
in hand, but the waves destroyed it,
my walls, my structure, my protection
and then ran, leaving trailing footprints
outlined in the sand of its receding wake.

How do you tell someone you like them?
(Not to add more confusion....)
But when you know them, and you see them happy
(I know, I know, don't steal their happiness)
But... You feel like they need to know, because it's not fair
(Polygamy at it's finest, it'd work if you work for it)
But that's not something anyone wants
(But i wish I could experience everything, with all of you)
'Sides... It's not like you can love more than one person like that.
(Especially when-)
Especially when...

One of them is your girlfriend
and
One of them has a girlfriend
Well...
I guess now is as good a time as any to mention that I'm bi-curious... There's this awesome guy I like (I think?) and I just want him to know how I feel...
Anyone got thoughts?
is or was
for
confusion

title from title
bring scented kisses
was her real man
really that
brutal
touch
me
here
she was so tender

to
the
mouth

as
her
skin
let me
sink in

i can only speak for myself
the way she makers me feel
as
if
we
fly away

together

she spirals me at times
but my confidence
shall never be
shaken
she

shakes me here
there is no contradictions in love
my confidence could never be shaken
she has shaken me from my core
you will find me within her
she has always been
in
me

we have stood on shorelines with blotted sands
through storms
in
the
truest
of
dry
desert lands

from here to there we reach
she comes to me as an lady

we glady wash her feet
forget that p word
?

It was about a year ago,
where we said those words
of loneliness,
of blissfulness.

No matter whether you are
single,
or attached,
I want you to know that you can
not feel lonely this Valentine's Day.
You can be "taken" by:
1. your other half
2. your loved ones
3. your friends
4. and of course, why not yourself ?

Make yourself feel blessed this Valentine's Day.
Surround yourself with people who you love and appreciate.
hope this can cheer up those single pringles like me :)

Taken in the Night…by Jessie 8/05

A little town, one football night
A Mother frantic, full of fright
Her child taken in the night…

A shadow embarked upon the town
Its prey lay waiting all around
But it was the little girl the shadow found…

The shadow blended in quite well
Friends and family couldn’t tell
But in his chest, lurked the heart of Hell…

He waited till the time was right
When all the others were out of sight
Then took the girl with out a fight…

She felt quite safe, she knew the man
He held onto her tinny hand
The rest is hard to understand…

The things he did I cannot say
All the lives that changed that day
The people search, the people prayed…

The shadow still walks this restless town
Blending in all around
The little girl never found…

The family hopes, she’ll be home one day
They left a light on, to guide the way
But in her shallow grave she’ll stay…

She is not the first, the shadow took
There are more, once you look
Many family trees have shook…

He’ll strike again I have no doubt
His eyes are peering all about
Is it you, this time, he’ll single out?
This happened in a small town in 2005  while everyone was at the football game

I hate trying not to try
I hate that I can't say "I'm better"
I hate I'm not the reason you're happy
but I love that I fell for you

I love you can't tell I'm trying
I love that you say "he's the best"
I love that you're happy
But I hate that I fell for you
Your typical sappy teenage romance. He fell for her but she was taken and was in a happy relationship.

When a tiny child looks up
he is really
his own father looking back in time---
A fool there was
and he makes his prayer
to his mother's ****
to which he is a witness
(Even as you and I!)
To a rag and a bone
and a hank of hair
A child never wants to see
its mother's ****
once it's gotten a good look at it---
(We called her the woman who did not care)
But the fool, he called her his lady fair
(Even as you and I.)
& spends its life searching
for one that looks just like it---
