Defying justice, I shout somewhere above me. Wholly empty
I can hear the laughter of the clouds

Deference is evil, Louder now, every breath leaving me shaking
As the heavens forge their thunder to rain down

God of malice, forgetting patience, as the words escape me
I can hear the whispers softly now
For the moment, I am searching, though there's nothing I am missing
Forge the moment's once endowed

I was born in this place, barely justified
And now that I am alive, it was never justified
I once basked in this grace, the wording so maligned
I was born in this way, only death will reconcile

One man alone...emerges
seeking to claim His own

Barely, yes
but still breathing

Desolations disgrace
is what has been shown

Clawing up from where
crushingly abandoned

Sure to escape
the horror the man
He has known

Describe Him
despicable rejected
Quite altogether forlorn
Surely far lower
than hopeless

Still advancing steadily on

There is not one
that He can call out to
Neither friend
nor family or home

Ignoring
the laughter of cynics
Oblivious
to the jeering of scorn

The continuous
critical whispers
only lengthen the sojourn He is upon

But still through
the music of His conscious
His soul cries
a sad quiet groan
The total
incalculable sorrow
of all the man He has borne

Finding
yet always pursuing
Searching for all
His destiny has sworn

One man alone......emerges
Seeking....... and sure
to reclaim His Own.

Frustration;
Something i haven’t found yet that continues to call.
Anxiety;
Walking up endless stairs that only shake when I move and only allow me to fall.
Desperation;
Let’s not sit around and pretend I’m not as sad as you all can’t care to think.
Peace;
The moment I realized there was nothing more I could do but hang halfway off the brink.
Restoration;
Skin tinged with spots and colors carefully healing as normal and new.
Exhaustion;
The sound as the tree finally falls in the forest everyone forgot they knew

Saturday --
My 5.5 hours trip was full of intense prayer,
All the time, I tried to hold my heart.
It was thumping in minutes unknown,
For I have no words to tell you.

We faced each other
After months of changing routes.
And then, we uttered tears to Heaven.
I had a glimpse of you,
So you'll know it's really me
You're talking to.
But deep within,
I hide the tears
Of months of pain
So sweet as vain.

You drove me home,
With clueless words
With cheerful emotions.
You stayed,
For it wasn't a closure
But a second chance.

Sunday --
I know we heard the same preaching
Of forgiveness and pain.
Of experiences that cast out fear,
Of true love, more than earthly's paints.

I tried to search for you in the crowd
Just wondering if you're not gonna hang up.
I went home, without your goodbye.

Monday --
I felt the Spirit's conviction
And so I get my phone
I was praying that you answer
So that words will be bound home.

I found my words too straightforward,
Now we just have to let go.
To stop this crazy feeling,
For love was not yet home.

I passed by with memories
Of the past hurt and the new restoration.
I thank God in my heart.
But I was still hanging,
As I wait for your word.

All the time I've been waiting,
My feelings got confused
And I wanna hold on to us.
I became a beggar of love,
Though I beg Him to take this love.

I thought you were gonna fight for me,
But you let go so easily.
In a moment, I was in tears
And everything was shuttered in me.

I was crying all the time,
Praying that you'll stay.
My heart was a stone
But God held me so tight
And in the end, calmed my soul.

Tuesday --

I cried over and over again
I was in total shock of pain.
Drowning with regrets of letting go.
What was in my mind
That I did set you free?

I cried countless tears
I was torn into something's not me
But I found myself searching for answers...
Searching for Truth to set me free.

Wednesday --

I woke up in Heaven's rest
As if the pain was all gone.
As if it's all done.

The Lord has comforted me
The Lord became my refuge.
He took away the pain
And love me as who I am.

Days of mourning have ended
My soul dance with waves of blessings.
I am blessed to undergo pain
For grace and love have brought me home.

Thursday --

The Lord has granted me peace
He has destroyed every weapon
That I may live by His grace
And live life as He had lived.

I was born again
Again and again
And day by day,
He utters, "Rest, my child."

And so I sing a new song
To laud my Lord
With infinite praise.

Westbound is where my heart has always been.
Every time I turn around I always go back again.
Senses are renewed and my spirit brings forth.
Telling me to head west and the notice is short.
Before I get moving there is something I have to say.
Over and over again you always take my breath away.
Under the canyons and over the hills of my heart.
Now I know what I really need and that is a start.
Deliver me on a westbound train and ignite the spark.
The spark that was always in me waiting to be unfurled.
Red hues of a western sky take me to a different world.
Always looking before I jump not knowing where I go.
I made the right choice and this I do surely know.
Now I go westbound and into a new tomorrow.

I’ve spent too much time  wandering aimlessly stuck here in the sand in this dry and lonely desert land.
Rise up these dry bones and bring me to the streams of living water where I may drink and thirst no more and may my soul be restored.
Lift up these dry bones out of the mire. I pray to be placed somewhere much higher. I will surrender my hand to you so I may finally leave this desert land.   Then I  can be placed  on the mountaintop. Where you will rise me up and breathe life into my dry bones. There I will shout praises, dance, and sing.  The healing and restoration will be complete as I trade in my sickness and brokenness for your joy.  I will rest beside the still waters within your promised land.

Darling verse would you distract me?
Take me away from this wretched place,
And return to me my sense of self?

Restore my mind and all that it holds,
Rekindle a fire within my veins.
And bring me back to the days of old?

To a time when life was young and alive.
To a life that I lived on the other side,
Of this placid coin, would you turn once again?

And restore to me to my place amongst men?
Would you bring me back to this present day,
And then gather my sorrows to whisk them away?

how beautiful the art of
communication
holding power to
heal
what has been broken,
holding power to
restore
what has been lost,
holding power to
reunite
the closest of friends,
how beautiful the art of
forgiveness.

how much more beautiful is
the One
holding greater power to
orchestrate
these melodies
out of deep
love.

Changing
Growing
The world is forever changing
Always growing
Birth and death
Begining and ending
New and old
One day the end will come
Glorious and majestic
Scary but good
There will be loss
but so much gain
