Boredom digs itself a hole,
its friends?
manages its soul.
A snare of despair
into the straits
of Hades,
Beware!!!
Idle hands (friends?) demons substance abuse suicidal thoughts snares death hades

When I breathe
You breathe
And when you look past the greening summer trees
I see
Like Julia Stone
That same essence of the world unknown
And still unknown to me
Past Nature

I sang a wish to the angel in my room
She blew back cosmos from the moon
And sprinkled stars atop my head
Daring my dreams to dance outside my head

We were strong,
Indestructible.
Our wings protected us,
Resistant.
Each of our feathers different,
Inimitable.
We stood a shield forever,
Imperishable.
But,
We faltered, our trust shattered,
Shatterproof,
once.
And we broke, millions of our
Divine plumage littered
Our battle ground.
Our backs featherless,
Bare.
Tears of our own, a rusty blue
Verdigris.
We rebel, and we fall.
But, we will rise again.

dance with the Angels,
they will wait for your beauty.
Aphrodite shows,
she falls in love with your soul.
the Angels feel jealous now.

sing with the Devils
they won't wait for your beauty.
Persephone shows,
she falls like Aphrodite.
the Devils could not care less.

Monsters dance
in my shadow,
step by calculated step
as I stumble like a
              half-spent top
                              and wobble in the
                                          splintered grain
of aging wood beneath

I've been spinning for too long and I'm about to topple, but
I don't quite fall
don't quite fall,
don't quite
                fall.

But still behind me, trailing like
the shadows that I drag behind me in the sun,
there's a hounding pack
of demon's spinning with me
on the floor.

Oh deliver from these wretched
sons of hell and God's
great curse.

Come and save.

We’re all in the same Hell now...
The swindlers, the believers,
The cowards, and the leaders.
We’re all in the same Hell now...
Welcome to reality,
Welcome to reality.

It’s nothing personal
You were born mortal.
Heaven watches from the skies
But Hell waits beneath the lies.
What are you going to do?
When you stand and face
The life you chose.
What excuse will you impose?

The devils are laughing
as they welcome you.
They once believed that
they were special too.

(But)
We’re all in the same Hell now...
The ******, the healers,
The judges, and the killers.
We’re all in the same Hell now....
Welcome to reality,
Welcome to reality.

What are you doing with your life?
What are you doing with your life?
Flash back to Sixteen years
Did you relish in their tears?
What’s waiting for you when you die?
What’s waiting for you when you die?
Rich or poor, we don’t care,
The weight on sin will find you here.

Did you really think that
Doing some good things
Would hide all the stains
On your grubby little hands?

(Ha!)
We’re all in the same Hell now...
The victims, the abusers,
The winners, and the losers.
We’re all in the same Hell now...
Welcome to reality,
Welcome to reality.

Wake up! Your not dead.
Get up from your bed.
We’re still waiting,
We’re still laughing,
We’re still watching you.

What the hell is wrong with me???
Poetic T Mar 2019
The Devil never
          killed anyone,

              he let gods children

do that in his name...
Help me. I’m trapped here.
Locked in a cell that would hold me for all eternity.
Forced to eat food that’s vile.
Made to consume capsules that make me confused.
The white devils strap me down and hold me tight.
I thought angels wore white. I am wrong.
Help me. I need something, someone.
To save my wrecked, worried, wearied body.
To take me away from this nightmare that never ends.
A voice that repeats itself ad infintium.
“Never.”
Restrained, tortured and kept alive.
Who’s there?
Help me.
HELP ME.
HELP ME!!
HELP ME!!!
From this ****** up place.
It was an unknowing spot
In the fight between good and evil
As many such places are
The walls won’t keep you safe
Or protect you
There are no talismans at work
The humours
Swirl

One night upon descending the stairs
My heel
Caught my hem
My hands both full
A cigarette in one and wine in the other
I began to fall
It would have been a tumble
I was leaning severely to the left
No balance likely
one foot in the air
Going nowhere good

At the foot of the stairs
Yes
There was a dreadful man
His arms opening wide
His legs spread
Ready to catch my calamity
I tried to prepare
An impossibility about to occur
And how would it end?
Me on the floor, wine stained and puddled
In the arms of

And yet
I felt a push on my side
Straightening me out
Pushing me over
Up and down
Tip top
I lowered my foot, set free by my dress
And with both hands still fully occupied
Stepped down the stairs in quiet saucy triumph
He was awful
That night I knew that there were indeed angels.

As for evil and
Stairs
Years later the winds began to change
I sat above on the second floor with
a wine glass and a full bladder
I decided it’s time
Watch your step
I was slow
Cautious
Looking straight into the darkness
And despite just two steps down
total
I fell

The arc of red wine
Flew across the gallery hitting the north wall
Already hung
Yes wine on the wall
Between the paintings
Me on the floor
But the glass still in hand

I began to think
That there is something here.
Unseen.
Something’s around.
