Nothing made me angrier than when
You expected the best from me and I
Felt like it was unfair, and I couldn’t do
What everyone else could, that I didn’t
Have the tools, that this was a race but
I was positioned behind the
Starting line.

I thought you didn’t understand.

And you didn’t.

But you pushed me farther than I thought
I could go, you told me that I could do it—
That I had to.
You held me to that same gold standard,
On the bad days and the good days and
The days in between, you never wavered
And you never gave me the option to
Quit.

So I ran that race, and I ran it fast
I sprinted and leaped and speeded past
Everyone else, despite where I started,
And all I could feel was the rush in the air,
The breath in my veins and the wind in my hair,
The power of my stride, the power of my will,
The strength of my wholeness, this strength I could feel,
And every time, I thought I could not do it.

You did not know my pain—
Yet you pushed me right through it.

Ringing in the background.
It follows me around to announce itself
Uninvited, to fill the gaps of my distraction.
It reminds me of what I have yet to achieve
Yet I argue back my lack of energy
We settle on coffee.
Once a week or twice
I seek to bring about a daily change
That laughs in the face of painful reality.
So until it happens, I'll watch the grass
The wind the moon the goddess
Her welcoming my change.

When I was a youth
I complained
“Why won’t the world
make me happy?
The world makes me unhappy!”

Now that I’m wiser
I take full responsibility
for achieving
my own joy and happiness
and the world’s joy and happiness.

Like a flower in the dawn of winter

I will blossom.

Defiant

       Tall

                 Proud.

Tomorrow spring dew will caress the stem that holds me upright

But tonight

  I rise.                .

You scale the mountain,
weighed down with reluctant chains.
Though you gain confidence,
each rock, each failure, a reminder of pain.
You could end it, leave the trail and go home,
the thoughts of base camp haunt your brain.
Others on that journey assist,
give emotional shift,
and you'll know it was never worth staying.
Fear of failure is as natural as the wild trail itself, no?

If I don't attain you after 6 years,
I'll turn a hermit for sure, so sure.

A hermit entire life I'll despise it,
I'll bunk society for sure, so sure.

The society will bear the blame,
Apart from me it is responsible.

For your scary future decision,
I will lead the life of an ascetic.

Turning a patient seems better,
Leading a loner's life is awful.

Would be calling me life-long,
A traumatized stalemate state.

This is no blackmail but truth,
Bitter it may seem but it's better to turn a hermit if I don't get you.

Because achieving is love for me,
Silent love is not my thing dear.

Always be obsessive to your own work. Create your own moves; be passionate about yourself and those who are really dedicated (committed) to you. Understand the facts when it all makes sense Do it in your own way if necessary, risk it when you can if you have to achieve something. Forgive and forget, Give to get, Say yes but No at times. Life is hard for Everyone, people go pass several things to reach a better life, so if you thinking about achieving or becoming someone in life, you better start thinking, being positive. Expect the worst along the way, people letting you down, not believing you. But always put your head up high. Because nothing worth having comes easy. So you gotta work hard and play harder. Love yourself, take care of yourself. Make your happiness a priority, its necessary. You only live once. So make it count. Work for today so you can rest tomorrow. Make your passion, your paycheck. Remember , life is too short , make it happen now . Let's go get it !!!
Just thoughts on achieving.
