Yes, you are gorgeous
Makes me love drunk all day
How you are gorgeous you asked?
Words can't even give a brief explanation

Your gorgeousness
Is beyond this world
Something I never seen
Never to be detected in the milky way
Deflecting every radio waves

Your gorgeousness
Is something that cannot be seen
By the naked eye
Reflecting every traces of light
Causing internal reflection
Forming rainbows around the sky

Your gorgeousness
Is poison
Kills me inside and out
Accelerates the drums of my heartbeat
Nearing me to my dear grave

Yes, you are gorgeous
Can it be true?
I'm not sure if it is affecting everyone else
But, I guarantee you
I have fallen head over heels for you

I want to go back, back to my New Orleans
This place that I call New Orleans is actually Louisiana
But still, the gorgeousness of this dirt and grime
The live oaks stretching over the 6-lane wide streets,
Touching leaftips, making a canopy over the passerbys
Crepe myrtles showering streets with lacy pink faerie dresses
Smells of beignets and seafood fill the French Quarter
Intense, consuming, warm, loving sun burning through your shirt
In New Orleans to say horses sweat, men perspire and women glow
is to be ridiculous.
In New Orleans everyone sweats like pigs.
As for the grime I mentioned, this exists mainly in
the sidewalks cracked by live oaks which make an adventure of every walk down the street
And in any semi-deserted street
To have a Mardi Gras or St. Patrick's Day without a parade and citywide party is to toss aside traditions and the New Orleanian way
The New Orleanians are welcoming, hearty and heartwarming, tough and unafraid to talk to a stranger on the streets.
An old black man once greeted me with 'konichiwa' as I walked past
A middle aged white man once struck up a conversation with us as he realised we had shared the same ferry earlier in the day
An old asian woman conversed familiarly with our family at Cafe Du Monde simply because we are Vietnamese as well
A teenaged white boy waved at us as we drove past him jogging
A different old black man stopped and serenaded my siblings, mother and me with his trumpet just because we smiled
Several young mothers and women have stopped my mother to gush  over my siblings and me, usually when we were very small
I, myself, have given directions to a tourist or two, lost near Cafe Du Monde or the levee,
And I hope that the warm smiling spirit of the Big Easy will remain forever immortal.

In the event that you fall in love with him:

He's like an iceberg. There's so much going on in that beautiful mind. You may never see it all, but that's okay. He'll show you what you need to see, nothing more.

He'll argue with you if you tell him he has a beautiful soul. He doesn't believe it. I've spent *eons
trying to show him the gorgeousness he possesses, but he doesn't believe in himself that way. Even so, *never stop trying to convince him that he is a stunning soul.

Actually, he'll argue with you about a lot of things. Don't try to prove him wrong. He won't accept it even if you do; take no offense at this, just understand that he isn't wired that way. Agree to disagree, even if you know you're right, and do what you have to do.

Don't agree with him all the time to keep the peace. He likes someone who is willing to defend what they believe in, even if it opposes his position.

Let him buy you things and do things for you occasionally. He'll really enjoy pampering you. I was just too independent.

If he doesn't come out on top with his horses in the show ring, give him space. He's going to be absolutely boiling. Let him simmer. He'll talk to you when he's cooled down. Don't take his stony silence personally- he's not mad at you, not really. Help where he'll allow you to, and otherwise, just stay away.

He may not compliment you all the time. Don't think this means he doesn't appreciate you, he just doesn't always vocalize it. He'll forget to reassure you sometimes. Sometimes, he'll think, “She looks amazing tonight,” and forget to say it out loud. Again, don't take it personally. He does love you, and I'm sure he thinks you're stunning.

Reassure him that his nose isn't horrible. He won't believe you, but tell him anyway. Don't make fun of it, even as a joke. He takes it personally (even though it isn't a big deal at all). It's always been one of my favorite physical features about him. He hates it, though. So reassure him.

The same goes for his height. He can't stand how tall he is. So don't pick at him about it. Tell him you love him. Tell him you love these things about him. He needs to hear you say it.

Don't constantly bash yourself around him. Even done jokingly, it can make him angry. He knows that you know you aren't a humongous whale, so why on Earth would you even say something like that?

His hands. My God, his hands. I could write about them forever- it would never do them justice. Tell him you love his hands. Make sure he knows that you think they're a masterpiece- he'll laugh at you, tell you you're ridiculous. But there have never been hands that could be so devastatingly strong, and yet so deeply kind and gentle. Make sure that he knows that.

If you have the privilege to maintain eye contact with him, memorize every detail. His irises are the deepest, wildest, truest things you'll ever see, I promise. Nothing will ever feel as good as his eyes do locked onto yours.

Except, maybe his lips on your skin. Soft, hot, intoxicating. You'll always want more. You'll always wish you had just a few more moments alone. And when he pulls away, you'll be left feeling so scalded. I have yet to wash away the burns from his lips on my skin. There isn't enough cold water in the world.

When you walk with him, walk on his right side. He's funny about that for some reason... He just prefers to have you on the right.

He's deeply connected to nature. He loves to be outside, watching snakes, climbing trees, hiking... He just loves to be surrounded by life and natural beauty. Never ridicule him for this. It deepens his roots, fills his soul.

He feels safest at home. He'll travel for you, and he loves visiting new places, but for him, home is definitely where the heart is. He is most comfortable there.

If he trusts you with a piece of himself, don't you dare betray that trust. Guard his secrets with your life. Never threaten him with them, never use them against him. Treat him with deep respect. He'll return the favor.

Mostly, please, just love him. Love him with everything that you have. Love him completely and unconditionally. Forgive him and love him. I don't expect you to ever love him the same way I do. It isn't easy. And in all honesty, it may not be enough. It hasn't been for me. But **** it, love him. God knows I do.

If he leaves you..... Just pray that he never does. The pain is acute and unreal. Nothing will ever hurt quite like him leaving. There are no words to describe the way you will ache if he walks away.

I genuinely wish you the best. I hope you can give him all the things I never could. I hope you're exactly what he wants and needs. I hope you're all the things he loved about me, and all the things he wished I was. I pray for his happiness, and if you are that, then my prayer is answered, and I owe you thanks. Please just make him happy and love him.

Love him.
Love him.

*Love him.

Two images of flowers suddenly appeared up the sky
One with beyond compare beauty
While the other could be the ugliest ever seen
People studied them, but they seem a mirage
They just appeared out of the blue
Can’t be touched, an unexplained phenomenon
Until it became part of the daily life scenery

One day, the public smells a lovely scent
The most pleasant fragrance they’ve ever inhaled
They’ve looked at the beautiful flower
They’ve adored its gorgeousness
Noticeably the pretty flower seems to grow more

The next day, humanity smells some disgusting odor
The most unpleasant stench they’ve ever breath in
They’ve looked at the ugly flower
They’ve hated and cursed it
Visibly the unattractive flower shrunk

The next morning, human race smells another lovely aroma
Much more amusing than before
They’ve glanced at the sky
And there’s only one flower left
The most beautiful one
So they've dance and sang praises
Not knowing, that’ll be the last beautiful scent
They’ll ever inhale during their entire lives

If, one day,  a fairy went to my room and grant me a wish, I would ask her to give a one day tour at fairy tale land.

First, I will seek Cinderella and introduce her the new released washing machine.  I will give her an elegant Primadonna shoes and create an escalator in Prince Charming's castle for her convenience.

Next, I will wake up Aurora from her nightmare with my full blast metallic rock music. I will give her the gift of gorgeousness and she will be called "The Sleeping Gorgeous".

I  will look for Rapunzel's hidden castle and give her a new pixie cut hair. I will suggest her to have an elevator in her elevated castle. I can endorse her Prince the microphone, so it would be effortless for him to shout  "Rapunzel! Let down your hair".

I will also go to Snow White and add bananas, mangoes and cream to her apple and give her the recipe of fruit salad. To maintain her white skin, I will give her BB cream and cherry red lipstick from Mac, for her kissable lips.

Lastly, I will take a photo with the fairy tale characters and post it on Instagram, with a caption "TOUCH DOWN! FAIRY TALE LAND"
My wild fantasy :p

Magnetic electricity courses through my lungs
Vibrating my heart in its path
How can written words enact this much damage
Yet heal my wounds nearly as fast?

Your heart lies broken from years of abuse
At the hands of others and yourself
And all I want is to hold you
While you fit the pieces together again

My mind clouds with panic
As I don't know what you think or feel
But I crave your approval uncontrollably
As I let my feelings out of their protective cages

Is it lust or love
That keeps returning us to each other
Or are we simply comfortable
in the company of a familiar flame

Do you feel what I feel?
A connection beyond our chemistry
That makes me care more for you
Than I do about myself

While I'm not available to you
All I want is for you to want me
But you deserve so much more
Than this broken life you've been handed

I want to write you a poem
That embraces your beauty in every line
But words will always fail to describe
The depth of your humanity

Incomparable strength has kept you breathing
And your gorgeousness takes my breath away
You are an amazing friend
And I think I may still love you

I'm sorry I can't love you the way you think you want me to.

You who have never known the loveliness of love,
Gather your heads on the torn pillow’s edge of mud,
Under the wood-tar shadows of camphor-aided sleep,
Where your low-flung groans are starvations of sound,
And the amputated clouds, insinuated with gangrene
And blood-stained woods, are still bound to the shooting
Stars that fell beside you and flung up hissing rays of grass.

Parents of the midnight sky, the stolen stars of your children
Open their broken mouths to the battlefield heart of trespass.
To their soldiers’ eyes, the floor of heaven is uncut grass,
Wet with rain and mold and the unlifted wings of Pegasus,
Whose unearthly hoof to unearthly earth scuffs the clod
Of the lunette for the cannons to divulge the great, stuttering
Coda of everything old, malformed of breath and bone.

Some grass somewhere will now seem the hair of a sweetheart,
And those dead eyes will aways stare, too fond of love unknown.
So the dead soldier and grass and sky conspire to hold a woman,
So the soldier makes the truce between earth and sky,
Between man and the divine, though the chestnut trees
In red human tongues, pay their deep-forested encomium to distance,
In misspilled gorgeousness like Apollo surveying his own tomb.
This is a Civil War poem that doesn’t pretend to examine causes or the sides, just the aspect of war and its toll.

“Lunette” is simply a crescent-shaped, earthen fortification that was used for cannon in the Civil War, with several well-preserved examples on the Chancellorsville battlefield.

now you can see me
being wasted most time drowning into nothing
cut off the world
i become a queen
A pioneer

almost forbidden to the Old Age
where the summer days collapse
into the sounds of New Illuminati
The sparkles

no one listens
and everything is
pulling me out to see the mercy of the death
hidden by a gentle gorgeousness on this autumn

i started sobbing in agony
it has been robbed of my nature

outside
on the centre of a great shadow
lit me up before i come undone

from written on first page
bloodless,
brain gone,
shadow walked in,
scars on my wrist
down in the middle
a rainbow is
sizzling on the wave

i will be on the empty page and trying not to
cry no more 'cause,
all broken homes
is evacuating from the rainbow.

falling pieces in the sky,
that's what i've left behind
i see you now.
Can be extremely triggering to those who experience self-destructive thoughts at the moment so view at your risk, thanks.

A dramatic pause.
Some dramatic irony.
A dramatic tone, a dramatic dress;
A dramatic thought process.
Set the dramatic setting!

Picture a place...
A place where the mountains are too tall,
The oceans are too deep,
The rivers are too long; a place
Where only dramatic blood will seep.

I am an artist, therefore I am dramatic.
I paint with vibrant colors to
Catch the eye in a most surprising way,
I clench my fist with such severity
When I preach that the knuckles
Not only turn white, but are
Purely translucent.

I will pound my fist in the air,
A mighty pound against the air molecules
That have done nothing to me
But give me life,
And I will add insult to injury
As I raise my fist higher and higher,
I will TAKE a breath,
Inhaling deeply and I will say with a jump:
"What, dad? It's called a fist bump.
   It's all the rage.
   You should try it sometime...
   Might diminish your old age."

Like the game of chess,
I am best known for the way I may test
The cold, human mind
And the way it rests
Glory upon the heads of the best of the best.
If you're only the best of the best,

Are you better than all the rest?

You're submerged into only a handful
Of contestants at that point in time,
I am having a hard time seeing where
You could say you have skills above mine.

Because I did not try out to be a "best".
Oh, no.
I simply tried out to be a P O E T:
A person of words and of worldly flow.
Yes, I am clean!
But I have soap in my eyes,
And I can hardly see.

I cannot see the gorgeousness of the greens,
The beauty of the blues,
The raucousness of the reds...
Oh, I forgot to mention.
I'm merely color-blind,
I thought that went without being said?

Don't!

Look at me in that tone of voice.
I am not to be looked at!
Unless, of course, I'm lookin'
Pretty fly today. Then you can
Look all you want because I am not afraid
To show off every once in awhile,
To boast,
To be audacious! ...

I often wonder why I never got to a
"Ready, set, action!"
Or a
"People! places, places!"
But then I remember why;
The persons on stage?
They are only acting.
They are actors.
In that moment, they do not really feel!
They are acting, don't you see?
Simply put, artists just the same.
Only, their art is also simply feigned.

People always ask me,
"Why are you so excited?"
"Why are you so loud?"
"Why do you say things of that might?"
"Why would you ever act so proud?"

And of course the reoccurring question of,
"Who are you again?"
But that's irrelevant.
I don't know why you brought that up.

And I always answer these questions
The same way.
I am an artist. Therefore,
I am dramatic.

People rush through life without
Paying respects to the little things.
Artists are humans too,
They are no exception to this rule.
We have faults, we have flaws,
We all have things
That need to be improved.

However, an artist can rush
Through life with such grace,
That it is no longer rushing.
Somehow through the blinding speeds,

they can see.

They can see what you can't.
Rushing, rushing, rushing.

I was hurrying out of class
And down the stairs the other day.
I rounded that corner
And began to descend only to knock
A poor female down unto her
Gluteus Maximus.

The situation was intense,
But I walked right past it.
I kept going, down those stairs,
To enter the bottom hallway...
And from up above I heard a soft, sarcastic voice,

"Um, excuse you?"

I couldn't help myself.
I had to turn around.
I told her,

*"Now you're just overreacting."

Pretty colors,
making no sense at all,
wind flowing through your hair,
Its already bad enough to even fall,

::::Lexi::::
it disappoints me how such ugly words, can taint the beauty standing before me,
such gorgeousness caused butterflies to flutter at the bellows of my stomach...
but to my surprise,w poison butterflies fall from your lips as gold stares into my eyes
why does your tongue allow such ugly words to fall from it..
your beauty tends to blind other people from processing what you just said, but i hear everything,

Just be sure you don't take anything,
Before you go,
Although parting is such sweet sorrow,
It can't be enough i its bitter,
Worms through the apples,
Your sinister look,
And falling clouds,
Have no effect on me,
I've written enough just know,
You'd mind control me,
Or at least try to,
Crumby attitudes,
O I hate to see a smile turn evil,
Like Connors boot,
Mud filled,
I underestimated you,

::::AB::::
Pretty colors,
making no sense at all,
wind flowing through your hair,
Its already bad enough to even fall,

:::Lexi:::
Underestimated how your lips could give a heart such warmth, yet your words always seem to send a chill through my bones
The way you'd wipe discrete tears from my face and make me laugh
Sometimes made me forget
You're the one that caused them,
How dare you part your lips and ****** such spiteful words against my heart with such pressure?
Youd always seem to manipulate my thoughts, rearrange my mindset or tilt my perspective, and with such tainted I love yous and eyes so full of gold,
