The burning sand sliding in between your toes.
The breeze making you feel weightless.
The salty-smell filling the air.
Seagulls flying above.
Once touching the refreshing sand in the ocean,
You’ve become it.

I'm a bad guy
I stand up for myself
Even against friends
Because I respect my safety

I'm a bad guy
I'm not perfect
But I try to do the right thing
So other people will stop

I'm a bad guy
I refuse to keep taking shots
I fight back
It's not always smart but I'm not a target

I'm a bad guy
I use my voice during affliction
Other people pay for their crimes
And I'm always the one blamed

I try to make amends
And when they don't accept my apology
I become the bad guy
I wrote this after a conflict with another co-worker at work, who despite going crazy on me, tells people I'm a really bad guy. Not my best but whatever haha
Tonight I'm gonna sleep,
I'm gonna let my mind rest.
There are secrets he chose to keep,
Despite of me, giving my best.

No matter how much I give,
I know I'll  never be enough.
Maybe because I'm not the one he needs,
So he's still craving for other's  love.

I'd like to think this is a game
I have to fight hard to win,
But feeling this much of pain
I think I'll just let her have him.

This time I'm now letting go
Of all the feelings I've invested.
It's time for me to let myself grow
And learn that no one can be trusted.

So now I'm gonna sleep
Probably a little much longer.
He was once my sweet dreams,
But now he's my worst nightmare.

Crack on concrete
Losing his feet,
slipping on sweet
sweaty poison.

Man's head down
blood on the ground.
Phone's background;

a daughter's face
smiling behind
shattered glass.

Red tears
make their smears
on creased cheeks

as he looks back down
to the phone on the ground
unable to make sorrow's
humble sound.

He looks around
Broken down
and stuck to the ground.
Ankles cracked and twisted as
he's lifted by three strangers;

lost souls
who forget their woes
for just a moment

as they sit him back down
on the ground,
and watch him cry
as they call for help.

I looked at a face
no longer there.
A frozen smile,
familiar and warm.
Once young,
now old.
Gone with time and
long forgotten.

Eyes lingering on
pasty ink
paled by rays of sun.

Cradling a frame of a
foregoing time,
fingertips brushing
against a landscape once familiar,
now faded.

Rain

It rained when she left.
I didn't even love her.
So why did it rain?
Haiku of a parting friend.

She was like a blooming flower
That shines every summer.
With the wind
That flows in her hair
And stars that sparkles
In her eyes
And the crescent moon
That curves in her lips
She made everyone
Look to her twice.
No, she is not inlove to anyone
She love that finally,
She learned to love herself
Beauty starts with you. Learn to love yourself first and beauty will show without you even knowing.
