Before I act, I’ll think to ask
Where each simple action leads
By looking ahead (a useful task)
I’ll plant some amazing seeds

Results do not come unaware
Blown in by whim or chance
They come by taking loving care
And by thinking in advance

So look ahead I gladly will
My just rewards I’ll reap
I’ll practice at this helpful skill
Form a habit that I’ll keep

Many mistakes I can prevent
By thinking where this leads
“Looking Ahead” is heaven sent
To help me choose my deeds

Don’t focus on your problems
Or cry “The Sky is Falling”
Like startled Chicken Little
And all your work be stalling

You can focus on your tasks
Like the Little Red Hen chose
For her daily work and effort
Will build her wealth - she knows

Chicken Little authored fear
In those with whom she spoke
Causing all to leave their work
As their confidence she broke

The Red Hen on the other hand
Gave example to her friends
And if they didn’t help this time
She will win them in the end

So choose to be a strong Red Hen
With diligence - and vision too
And do not let “Chicken Littles”
Attempt to put their fears in you

Faith is real substance
Of things not yet seen
Not seen by my eyes
But my mind, clear and keen

Faith requires action
And focus I must
Faith is creation
With God whom I trust

By faith worlds were framed
And this power I choose
To frame my own world
And the wealth I can use

Faith gives me vision
A more excellent way
To discern the right acts
What to do - what to say

I’ll practice this faith
And grow in this skill
For my “Eye of Faith”
All my dreams will fulfill

Open my eyes - the truth to see
The plenty and prosperity
Opportunities at my door
All around me - each day more

Open my heart - success is here
Love and faith will conquer fear
My body fills with greater light
All around me - day and night

Open my mind - ideas expand
Energy flows at my command
Creativity flows and streams
All around me - are my dreams

Open my spirit - set me free
And let me see eternity
Perceive the purpose in all things
All around me - my hope springs

Don’t set your sights on easy marks
Or aim your goals too close at hand
But reach up high, and eagerly
Use every skill that you command

Fear not what others say or do
Pursue your truth and your desire
If others mock, they will not feel
The moving force of reaching higher

What you expect, you will receive
Your fervent hopes are self-fulfilled
So set your course for greater things
With confidence now deep instilled

Achieve by day - by week - by year
Enjoy your dreams, ignite your fire
And show the truth to others now
The fiery power of reaching higher

I can only truly forgive
When I choose to see with love
And I’m only able to love
When I’m open to forgive

When I choose not to forgive
My energy is blocked
And the keys to love remain locked
The path to prosperity
Remains hidden from me
And this changes the way I live

And my love more freely
The prosperous way
Flows with me day by day
And I’m able to share and give

Time flies on wings of lightning
When you love the things you do
So when you give to others

Each day do what is needed
But try to spend more time
