Let there be only
loving words spoken
so another harsh cycle
be beautifully broken
To free a generation
from a circle of pain
that it may soon wash off
in a cool cleansing rain
of tears so long sought after
Inspired by the book “Generations Deep”

i can feel myself forgetting your voice
it’s the one thing i didn’t want to happen
the voice that could calm me down instantly
but now it’s just a faint echo in my head
slowly creeping away
what i would give to hear you tell me
you love me one more time
i know you won’t see these but i wish you would

Let this be my last
Just forget the past
Erase every piece
Let this give you peace
But if you can keep
My name at least
Maybe you'll find me
Names are not poisonous, only memories...
A lot of places in this world,
is patiently waiting for U.
Always keep your sails unfurled,
to sail when the Skies are Blue.
U will find a lot of friends,
supporting U thru your Strife.
But your success will finally depend,
On what U have achieved in Life.
Take what Life is offering U,
even if they are Handful or Few.
Inherit all the happiness, on Earth
and the World, will Smile at U.
If U keep a grudge in Mind,
U will lose a Million Hearts.
Hate is a Word that's never Kind,
It will aim your Name with Darts.
I.
In the beginning
God was,
And the blackbird
Was not.

II.
And Adam called it a blackbird;
And that was the name thereof.

this sunwarmed apple is still pungent
but starting to rot.
it means the summer is almost over -
my birthday
my little grazing eye
summer distraction
  the people passing by
    simmering

On canvas sky blue
Grey clouds blocking late sun
from coming through.
Like
a bright fluorescent lamp glow
hiding behind opaque white snow.
Leaving a
sharp silver lining aura
staying on my retina.
Underneath a citrus colored glow
on
clear blue with cotton white puffs,
inviting the sun to set.
Not ready yet.
I’m so impressed
Can’t stop looking
Can’t take my eyes away
on my way home.

When driving home from work I look at the sky and realize my Creator loves me.

Saturn Jupiter Mars,
three blind mice running
up the clock to find freedom.

starlight stairs in abyss,
cities of the interior ring
carry a dangerous cargo: citizens.

t-minus one/this is fear

I am no astronaut,
I'm a refugee, bleeding hands pressed
tight to the barbed-wired fence.

we play charades from the window,
lunar phases keening
in the tender light of these infant wars.

t-minus one/this is fear

farewell threshold on laudanum,
the grifted gift of the Joe Blakes
painted from memory.

the far off observation
telescoping my fear, leading me
to believe I'm hiding in plain view.

I think it's hard for others to see
But it's not

Things remind me daily
Of the pain I've been through

I don't want to be here
But I do

Sometimes I just want to be far away
From the pain I still see

That pain that goes through me

I thought others can't see it
But they do
