she plays soccer
it’s ok? her coach is flamboyant and loud and nice and she feels so so very small even though she is goalie and has big feet and spidery hands she faces a lot of doubt in goal at home on the court where she practices is she valued? is she liked? do people think she’s ok? does it matter?
Boy so young,
Had his life in his hands With the plans of playing soccer in college Just one accident took that all away His friends stayed by his bedside Getting ready to say their final goodbyes. They stay, So he won’t be lonely They sit and start desperately praying That he will pull through And this life won’t end so shortly. They’re men. “Tough guys.” So they refuse to show their tears Behind their shocked. Broken. Hearts. Their minds are left Racing with thoughts, Boy so young, Had his whole life in his hands With plans for his future, Just one accident took that all away. Life is truly only a temporary state. All we can do now is pray.
My sister won her soccer game
Now the whole school will know her name Tomorrow she plays Sherwood This should be good I hope she wins Cause I want to see her grin
Don't live your life
Like a soccer match Running endlessly Back and forth With little or no goals

in limbo when Jumbotron in Bogata has sports and impair action that any stampede rot with their indecision on Farc 12 and the art of shaving in locker room on field hoy
the field today
It's not just a game,
it's a lifestyle, it's a way of putting things behind you, forgetting about the past, and focusing on loving the game.
Always have loved the game, and always will. Played for 8 years
I go through a lot.
When I listen, I can hear myself being kicked. I can hear screaming, of delight or of anger. I can hear The amazing sound, of the ball hitting the net. Everyday, I watch kids, dribble me up the field, Aiming for a goal, to lead their team to victory.
Eyes on the ball
Sweat falls to the ground Be ready to move In my own little world, there is no sound But all around are people screaming screeching cheering The adrenaline spikes through my blood Stronger than it ever does All of this fuels me energizes me readies me for the game This is why I play This is why I play Meanwhile, all eyes are on the ball…
