I am sorry I was born with ******* and a ****** instead of a ****
As it's all that seems to define me in your sexist eyes...........
Its always the same story
No, I’d rather not have a foursome,
I don’t think you’re onto a winner.
If I wished to disappoint several people at once,
I’d take my family out to dinner.

No, I’d rather not have a foursome,
The thought of it makes me quite ill!
Besides the new season of Bake Off is on -
Give me Netflix but not the chill.

No, I’d rather not have a foursome.
It’s not really my cup of tea,
Like Boy George I kinda prefer that to ***-
I’m mostly asexual you see?

No, I’d rather not have a foursome.
It’s the government’s fault, I’d say,
The Tories have ******* us multiple times;
I’ve been ******* over enough today

No, I’d rather not have a foursome.
Today, mate, you’re just not in luck,
Like spoons I only have so much to give,
And I gave away my last ****.

No, I’d rather not have a foursome,
With you and two other “bi chicks”,
My sexuality isn’t yours to fetishize,
And you [insert name] are a ****!
A rejection poem of sorts based on my life. The last line is changed from "And you (insert name) are a ****" on here but not when I perform it live.

I chose feminism because I believe in equality between genders.
because I’m against gender roles, men who need a woman to get their **** done are not “cute” and are nothing but spoiled little brats.
because my virginity, my body hair and how I dress up are none of your business.
I chose feminism because I’m not a *** machine nor a baby producer I value much much more than that.
because I don’t need a man to validate my self worth, I already know what I’m worth.
because in some countries ***** women are forced to spend the rest of their life under the same roof as their assaulter.
I chose feminism because a woman who speak up and raise her voice is a ***** .
because in my city a woman was beaten by her husband the night of their wedding because she didn’t “bleed” in the *******.
I chose to speak up because an 8 year old Yemeni girl died of internal injuries at the hands of 40 year old husband on their wedding night.
because ****** is not a ***** word and my periods are not disgusting.
because more women need to speak up and speak for their rights
I chose feminism and everyone should do the same .

I do not want to play in your garden of Eden
Pluck the sweet cherry apple from your tree,
Full it with the white christ evil that fills our core.

I do not want to play in your garden
But to walk naked with his creatures of all colours, sizes, identities and terms
And marvel at our beauty.

Princess,
With your pink hair and overgrown beard,
You are Eden’s finest.
Who are they to say what is beautiful?

We are slaves in our garden of Eden,
Swimming in her curves.
We are not to touch her
Though we are evil creatures of moral standards and consciousness.

Ebony came and stole with it our ability of doing things without reward.
Firmly grasped by whats right and wrong yet still,
We want to destroy her gaze with our rotting fruit.

There was ****** in the Garden of Eden,
Slaughtered puppets who steal the night with misheard approval and labels.
Child, you are not a bad person for wanting something that they did not.

The lion is not the devil for killing the deer.
He is not filled with vile for kissing the creature with death.
Though we will say it was evil as we pluck the fur from his mane
and wear it around our shoulders

We are the makers of The Garden of Eden and its slavery.
We full its nucleus with verdict and creed.
Enslaved men with torn backs and sable,
now cover their backs in suits and ties,
Still whipped.

Hang our bones in a science room
and teach the children where it hurts
Do you think greatness dies young
because the earth got jealous of its beauty?

How is it we spend our lives miserable and thoughtful
when the others spend their days chasing bees and lapping up rivers?
How is it we know so much about wrongdoing and yet the doing we do is so wrong?

I have played in your garden of Eden,
And I have let the labels loiter my mind with judgement.
I have felt ashamed of my Fathers illness for that would make him weak
And felt disabled as a woman for no want of children and marriage.

Yes God, I have faced your garden, tasted the sweet nectar from your tree and sinned in the eyes of Eden.

He strides up to my desk, beaming
like I'm the winning lotto
ticket he wants to rub off in his truck--
"Well, aren't you as cute as a button."

Puke creeps up my throat while
his creased eyes clearly try to
conjure the image of my naked
**** I thought I cleverly disguised
by a collared grandma blouse.
"Is there anything else I can help you with, sir?"

Heart racing from the effort to keep
my mouth shut and my cheeks
pale, I see other people
whisper, widen their eyes
at his use of "cutie" and "dearest"
while he winks repeatedly--
apparently a Morse code for
I'd-do-you-baby.

I practically feel the slime
slipping down my outsides,
but I give him a smile.
-because I have to-

As we change ourselves,we waste time.
Never realizing,we are perfect by what we may become.
We are saturated with society's perspective.
Propaganda tells young girls to cover themselves,to become someone else.
It tells young boys to stop imagining about their visions.
Children are persuaded to be content.
They cannot be free until they can be themselves.
Propaganda by a running chauvinist monarchy.
Eve was reluctant to taking the fruit, but she did what was right.
In the end,willfulness,saved us all.
Doing what we want and loving who we please.
Forced to hide everything.
A tiny brown box with latches, inside,we are stored.

"Stand up for what is right even if you are standing alone."
Adriaan Harms Aug 2015
Okay fine.

Okay fine,
Now you are racist,
If you don't want to date someone other than your own race,
Just because someone else won't approve?

You are homophobic,
If you're not nice to gay or lesbian people,
Just because you were raised that way?

You are sexist,
If you don't like the other gender,
Because you have learned that your own gender are more supportive, reliable, compassionate, understanding or trustworthy than the other?

Okay fine,
There may be political problems,
But why care,
If your own country are too deep in the ****,
To get out?
- and no, helping won't solve it if racism, sexism or homophobia is still such a big deal!

Deal with gay or lesbian people,
They have excepted the fact that they may be wrong to love their own gender,
Why can't you?

Deal with people of the other ***,
You live in a world where you have to talk to both,
Talking to a gender you don't like,
Does NOT make you any more lovable or understanding,
It makes you human,
So get over the fact that the other *** may be worse than your own.

Racism,
Have you seen a white person tear up?
Have you seen a black person tear up?
Have you seen an asian tear up?
Have you seen a brown person tear up?
Have you seen a colored person tear up?
Have you seen an indian person tear up?
To either one of those, you must have said yes,
Have you seen any of those, who have cut themselves?
Do you know of any one of those, whom might have had smelled, tasted, heard or even die and decompose,
In any other way, than your own race?

We all have red blood,
We all decompose in the same way(taken the different ways of decomposing of a HUMAN),
We all have the same struggles;
Financial,
Love,
Peace,
Statuses,
Popularity,
Even more personal like illnesses.
How can you believe in the belief you do,
If you hate?
In a way, all of our beliefs are the same,
They are all linked,
Because it goes about peace and love!

Okay fine,
We are not all the same,
But we are.
We are all different,
But we aren't.
We all want to achive stuff in our lives.
Get over the fact that some people are darker or lighter than you,
This is the 21st century,
Get over yourself and the need to be better than anybody else or the need that you want to lable someone!
My point of view!!
Abigail Shaw Aug 2015
You say you’re a ‘boss’, does that mean that I’m God, next,
Time you mess with me you’ll see I have a God complex,
Whatever, I mean this rap’s getting complex,
My effects, they perplex, my ego’s getting convex,
I could say that I’m strawberries but I’m much more like lime,
Acrid, like acid, I rhyme, I’ll keep my clothes on that’s fine,
Your sexisms pasts it’s prime, Gatsby’s acts aren’t fine,
Calling me out is a crime since you’re completely irrelevant,
The orders are mine, YOU strip but you best make it elegant,
I can take off my clothes for fun and still be ******* intelligent,
Dodging your blows, fo’ sho, street talk but still make it eloquent,
I might be teeth, ****, toes but lets make one thing clear,
The only head you’ll be getting is off the top of your beer.

your witty remarks
and hearty jokes
aren't very funny

i thought i'd tell you
before things got
out of hand

i don't appreciate you
calling me
"sweetheart"
"baby"

or
"darling"
you are no one to me
and those
nicknames are
reserved
for those who
actually know
how to treat me
as a human
not a plaything

just because
i was born a certain gender
does not
give you the right
to feel like
you have the right
to call me
what you want
and treat me
as you please

my ******
(yes, i spoke the forbidden, sue me)
does not
make me
better
or more
than any
other human
with
any other
*** organs

so next time
you're about to
open that
big mouth of yours
or
put your
arm around my shoulders
or
wink at me
you'd better
think
twice

i'm using
my words
nicely
but
i'm not
always going to be
so nice

unlike what you said earlier
i'm not overreacting
this is a natural response
to everyday sexism
and just because
society has become used to it
adapted to it
accepted it
does not mean
i will give in
or give up
or ever conform
to these
downright disgusting norms

i am a woman
that does not make me
inferior
to those of other genders
nor
am i superior
to anyone
well...
except, maybe,
**you
// thank you, doctor, for showing me that no amount of education can take the filth out of a sexist barbarian //
