darling they've found the body
curled up among the leaves
echoing the quiet decay
savoring the dying day

darling they've found the body
crying under the porch
choking on the insects
still she swallows more

pull out the nails
unwrap the barbed wire
cut the noose
pull out the nails
unwrap the barbed wire
cut the noose

darling they've found the body
on you're side on the bed
shes wearing white sheets
there are no eyes in her head

darling they've found the body
sitting in your place
talking with your voice
wearing half your face

pull out the nails
unwrap the barbed wire
cut the noose
pull out the nails
unwrap the barbed wire
cut the noose

darling they've found the body
her hands are around your throat
settling into indents
she put there long ago

darling they've found the body
they dig her up
wherever we go

Hang your head in darkest shame.
Allow your hair to blow gently in the wind.
Tighten the binds holding you together.
Step up to the rope.
Look at your sins, they finally pulled up.
Feel the unsteady plank beneath your feet.
***** and bare, your exposed.
Helpless, the rope is around your neck.
Consumed by guilt and shame.
Gasp as everything beneath you falls.
Silence.
Your lifeless body sways peacfully in the wind.
It was comimg, you saw it, this brutal end
No longer can you play this bitter game of pretend.

I keep having this dream over and over again where I am drowning. I'm at the surface, paddling at the choppy waves, screaming, water crashing against me. And you are standing on the dock, holding a rope, and you look out at me like you're about to throw it to me and save me but you turn away and throw it to her instead I keep having this dream.

I picture my funeral,
people dressed in black,
which cut loose the rope,
tightening my neck.

I have questions i can't answear
while i am still alive,
like would she shread a tear
if i really die?

i have things that hunt me
while i sleep,
i have one enourmus problem,
my life is hard to keep.

tonight i'll picture my funeral,
and people dressed in black,
as i tighten the rope,
and put it around my neck.

All memories are filled with pain
Making cloudy eyes dark with rain
The happy times are missed dearly
Sadness remembered oh so clearly...

Hanging six feet off the ground
Hanging but without a sound
This is more than just a rope
It's my time machine of hope

Tonight,
Like lambs to the slaughter,
You're drowning in water,
Because you're mine.

Consuming,
I'm filling the spaces,
And all the safe places,
Of your mind.

Tonight,
Crawl on back to your circus,
Yeah you've lost your purpose,
Now you're mine.

Infected,
Stealing your body,
Possession and blackness fill the corners,
Of your mind.

My words,
They wrap around your throat,
Your fractures they denote,
That you're mine.

You're blind,
Lost in the darkness,
You're stolen, you're heartless,
So give me your hand,
And your mind.

Broken,
You'll sleep in the lion's den,
And all of your amen's,
Are maligned.

Tonight,
You'll ask me to love you,
To please take hold of you,

Because you're mine.

Neither standing on any pillar;
Nor fastened with any rope;
But this world is hanging;
On delicate strings of hope.

I just need to take the last step
And I won't fall
I'll be suspended
As my soul
Stops being so confined
By this body
And I'm

For our anniversary
you gave me a rope necklace
Then got angry when i started
chocking on
my
words.
