Alright.
So you wanna know how to write
a poem.
Well, before we do anything else
I want you to take your pencil,
and break it against your desk.
You’re not gonna need it.
Go to your kitchen
grab a glass mixing bowl, and
pour as many prompts into that bowl
as you see fit.
Maybe crack open a rhyme or two,
cause trust me,
you’ve got time
to watch this poem come to life
inside your mind.
Next, add two cups
of melted controversy
cause hey, you gotta keep people talkin’
and talkin’ and talkin’
cause if you don’t, they’ll be walkin’ away
from that scoop of insane sifted
alliterations you were stocking up on.
Maybe to give it a little zest,
even if it doesn’t make sense
to anyone but you,
throw some “quotes” around
a song lyric or two,
cause you are in charge of this.
So, carry on my wayward son,
my angel with  shotgun,
mix it up
and let it bake on the tip of your tongue
and then
spit it out.

Like electricity through a power line
Creative juices are flowing, full speed
& of course that's fine
It's all I really need
....Without it I'd probably be ruthless & mean
That I can't even imagine
Since it's never been seen
Compassion is just my normal routine
Hmmm what to make, what to make
Ideas are just an endless list
Choose one...HAHAHA you know how long that will take!?!
All too great too resist
Here's to another inspiring day
& all the many, many, many more
You're STUCK with me this way
The sky ISN'T the limit but in it I will soar!!

Sometimes you want what you can't have & resisting the urge is a lost battle from the start...
The tempted are quickly torn apart,
time & time again the white flag is waved.
Another has given up & caved.
Temptation has won once more
adding to their undefeated score...
rules broken & adrenaline is to blame
...it's just the beginning of the curiosity game....

Symbolize no lies and the flip side of white like Anubis
From noobin' to getting a new *****
No birth on earth, not lucid
Off my knees with no assist
**** a trip never lit and still lifted
Used to quit for a bit, but the G too loud I listened
**** boys out my vision
Questioned exsistence, doubts had no limit
2 to run a business
1 of those disposed the closed
Honor roll for being on the role, never missed like a ***
Wished to be what I seemed to be on the screen; so vivid
Regretting lies in this life all the time now I'm fine being just David
Universe seems different
BS all around got me bent
Dead bird, you no fly
Old *****, no reply
Childish, you still whine
You full of it, like a cyst
Cat killa, ask yo sis
Smooth talk, **** that swiss
Made my way without an *** kiss
Money off my wishlist
Summer coming like my ****
Trill kicks, gold wrists, yeah all thrift
Never trust those slick lips
Better off a pugilist
Swollen fist, not a pacifist
No front, my diction real ****
Get you ****** with no diss
Limp **** still leave her lispin'......I'm not even playing

I've been so numb,
and nothing ever seems real.
My sister said it's the alcohol,
but I drink to feel.
I've been so numb,
and I'm ******* sick of it.
My sister said it's the drugs,
but I don't want to quit.

As broken hearts transform their sorrow into verses and rhymes
I'll just be reading
because I have no more sorrow to be transformed

Yet
Lately, I've been forcing myself to write
about a girl whose name I cannot tell.
Her smile has always been a beautiful sight
but loving her feels more like hell.

The reason is that every day & every night,
she's on my mind like some kind of spell
but I cannot stop since it does not feel right
for I am afraid to be the one to bid farewell.

I'm standing outside, looking at the moonlight,
a sudden realization arises.
There's something on you I cannot repel.
It was you who started & ignite,
a fire that so strong it burned the skies.

And now with all of my might,
I will finally reveal and tell
without fear & a single trace of any regret.
Writing this poem for you has been a delight,
my voice is shaking but I will proudly yell
that I am finally convinced that loving you was kismet.

Poems every night,
to avoid these silly fights.
Rather be typing rhymes,
then feeling guilt for these crimes..
Saves me from something Bad,
so My parents wont be sad.
which ever stars they are,
hope they aren't really far.
I want them to Be proud,
because I left my crime makin crowd
