You were so captivating,
so beautiful and smart,
your eyes hypnotized me,
so I let my guard down.

I let you see the side of me,
that nobody has ever seen,
I let you mend my heart,
and pepper kisses all around.

You're the funny type,
and like to joke around,
but you took it too far this time,
and stabbed my heart with your laugh.

I still love you after all,
and I hope one day you'll regain my trust,
but I can't risk it,
I won't say a word,
I'll act like nothing's wrong,
because I can't bear with the thought of losing someone,
who once repaired me from head to toe.
Chum floats the pool
encircled by sharks and piranha
a pity, nature's fool
as fearful teeth do their work.
Could they be as bad as I?
Apex predator, Invasive species
where it means to die
as a means to live.
Growth from a spineless cherub
to a spiteful formless entity
possessing a cunning golden scarab
controlling wheels of fortune.
Slaves to our own demands
aren't we antagonists to someone else?
With machinations of wicked plans
to justify righteous intentions.
Hypocrites line the tank
tapping their fingers in rumination
Abandoning morals, faces left blank.

I am not your foil, I am a mirror.

Such a hypocrite am I.
For I promised to stop loving.
I promised to continue the journey.
But such a hypocrite am I,
Because I cannot bring myself,
To move on.
Such a hypocrite am I.
For I still love,
Even though,
I should be,
letting go**.
Something to express in this short one. Perspective is a powerful thing you know.

I care so much for others,
so I donated five dollars,
to stop the child neglect,
because it is my duty to protect.
In my country we do not have child labor,
for we have pure souls,
only heathens would allow such things,
so I let others pull the strings.

I'm not a hypocrite,
I'm just paradoxical

faintly sinister smiles
twitch their way across her acrobat face
and as her rolling and tumbling expressions
make their way through all manner of devious delight
your hearts hungry eye fixes on her
come hither and lets make whoopee nasty girl dress
her favors are optional
and she will tease but never share
the ever present dangling carrot
like a perfume
fills the air with delights but its just air
shes a happiness monger
so its best if you don't displease
its always a bitter mote neath the plastic vibe
might as well be a rocky mountain monument
little miss twisted in a little patchwork dress

In this day & age
It's almost better to be locked in a cage
The economy got drunk & is acting strange
Sometimes it is NOT "time for a change"
Now you're lucky if you work above minimum wage
It's seriously a ******* outrage
I don't even want to read onto the next page
I'm sure it'll just create more rage
The curtains need to finally close on this stage
& be thrown in the dump with the garbage

Eventually the rich & famous will fall
Hitting that good old wall
No more shopping visits to the mall
Don't expect anymore girls night call
No one will be able to "ball"
NO ONE AT ALL!!
No mor bragging about money, no reasons to brawl
& Kayne how does it feel to ball & end with a crawl
Haha isn't that some **** ya'll

It's nothing but a bunch of *******
People whining & complaining in a huge fit
About every little tiny bit
Although no one is doing anything about it
Therefore the worse it'll continue to get
Going nowhere like a batter who can't hit
A benchwarmer he'll forever sit
Never trying to improve anything, just choosing to simply quit
Throwing in the mit
There's a lot of talking, no actions yet
******* ***** when everyone's a hypocrite!
