Dear diary,
I'm forever lopsided.
It's as if one side of me has gone to market,
And the other side went all the way home
And the rest of me is all caught in the middle
Torn, divided, uncertain
And somehow this is all set to the smell of roast beaf.

night stroll through downtown

soft breezes interrupt thoughts

as the wind tries its best to sound

its own story of why it's caught

A ragged self
Detached from meaning
Confused
Unable to connect
Trying to make sense
But failing
And starting again

Replaying memories
Renaming realities
Reframing experiences
Cut-off
Not allowed an ending
But not allowed to continue either
Stuck

This choice leads backward
This choice loops back around
Caught in circles

Not
Victim or
Culprit,
Hero or
Villain

Detached self
Trying to understand
Caught in the quiet
Lost in the noise

Waiting to move
Clearing the path
A ragged self
Caught

Lord, please show me the way

You who have taken my breath away
My life, my everything , my one and only
To you whom I gave my all
I love you with all my heart and soul

You  caught my eye
And become the apple of my eye
I would rather die
Than to cut our ties

The first time I saw you , I was smitten
In heaven , our story is already written
I know, we are match made in heaven
Because we are deeply inlove with each other  , 24/7
Adv. Happy Valentines :))
The wall,
cold on my back,
but a trap all the same.
These chains are holding me,
from staying sane.
I need to get out.
I need to get free.
If only you
could understand me.

the last i ever closed my eyes i saw too many things
it seemed as though my tendencies were turning into rings
and as i spun on each of them i thought i disappeared
but what i wasn't grasping was i gave into my fears
there's nothing like a wand'ring mind to keep you half unsure
to take you into places you may never know you were
so if it looks familiar - a face, a scene, a sound
forget what you remember get your head to turn around
remember or forget it

The stars are caught in his eyes tonight,
lets capture them in glass jars
and hang them on our peeling wall
as reminder and a promise
of the taste of your laughter and mine.
It hums in our mouths
as we travel the world together
within our thoughts and words
spreading the warmth that lingers at
the latest of hours of the darkest night.
So pick a jar, my love, and open it,
plant the seed of our hopes and dreams,
water it within your deepest soils,
an exposed soul to a harsh reality.
Lets watch it survive the elements
within its protective crown of thorns
and grow into something
truly extraordinary.

I remember he caught me and suddenly I heard my pulse.

The problem, I realize,
Is that the way
I protect myself
From the innermost pain
Is the same way
I protect myself
From the innermost pleasure.
Falling.
Falling.
Fallen.
Rejected by his own mind,
Cast down to a lower plane,
All ties severed with hope,
All memories wiped of love,
All knowledge removed of freedom,
All hints unsaid of safety,
He falls, further, faster,
Wings broken,
Lungs crushed,
Heart stopped,
Eyes closed,
But just caught,
As he bursts through empty skies into her arms.
