Life is like Wikipedia.
You start your life on your own,
An idea established.
Then strangers,
People you never encountered before,
Come in,
And shape your life.
Some things are true,
While others, false.
The truth varies,
You are either true to yourself and others,
Either true to yourself but not others,
Not true yourself but true to others,
Or not true to yourself or others.
You choose who to fool.
You can believe that you're being truthful when you're not,
Or not when you're truthful.
Life is like Wikipedia.

Life is like Wikipedia.
Society shapes you,
Your choices,
Your thoughts,
What you like or
What you don't like.
Life is like Wikipedia.

Life is like Wikipedia.
When you believe something,
But you look deeper,
And realize it isn't true,
Or that you thought you believed something,
but had the wrong idea since the beginning.
Or you didn't believe something,
But you realize you do.
Life is life Wikipedia.

Life is like Wikipedia.
If you realize this.
This, and many more.

You add the story. Give me suggestions on what to add to this endless poem. :)

The Sun is in love.
The Moon is in love.
But what they have is a forbidden love.
The Sun chases the Moon.
The Moon chases the Sun.
But a force greater than that forbids their love.
They will never reach each other,
No matter how hard they try.
A Romeo and Juliet story, once again.
They know their bond won't last very long
Because the Sun and the Moon have a forbidden love.

I'm crying because I have no clue where you are or how you're doing, yet I know for a fact your laying in a hospital bed right now. Then I remember how we met, in the hospital. My trail of thoughts wonder off and lead me to think that you've met another girl just like you met me.

I'm crying because I don't know where you are or how you're doing, yet I feel like right now you're thinking about someone else instead of me. Then I remember, how pretty all the other girls were. My trail of thoughts lead me to think that you don't like me anymore, and I'm here writing this about you... When you're in a hospital bed... Thinking about her.

Afraid.

I admit it, I'm afraid.

Darkness is coming, the pain is delayed.

I never thought my life would end like this.

A handful of pills and cuts on my wrist.

So sing me to sleep and ease me into my enternal rest.

I know there is nothing, but nothing must be better than being so depressed.

A ringing fills my ears and over takes the heart wrenching silence.

I admit it, I am afraid.

But I still don't wish that I had stayed.

And then I awake, moments later in my bed.

My breath is heavy and there's a pounding in my head.

I dreamt of what I wanted most, freedom.

A death without martyrdom.

But now I get up and start my day.

Yet I know, The nothing would be different if I faded away.

I just want to take a moment to address a very real problem.

Racism.

I find that the most racist people are usually southern Christians.
And this I don't understand at all..

Christians read the Bible and live by what it says.
At least, they claim to.

The Bible teaches love of all men.
Everyone is made in the image of God, the Creator, the Almighty.

Since all men are made in the image of God,
Are all men not equal?

Every man is equal to every other man.
No person is superior or inferior.

Thus, racism goes against what the Bible is supposed to teach.
So a Christian's racism is against their religion and should be frowned upon.

Also, Southerners are typically the most religious.
Why then is racism such an issue in the south?

It makes no sense for Christians to be racist.
Those who are racist Christians are ignorant and obviously not true Christians.

And to anyone who chooses to use their childhood upbringings as an excuse:
That makes you even more ignorant.

You should be able to think for yourself and realize that your prejudice is idiotic.
And because you claim to have been raised into racism, you are simply blaming your parents for your idiocy and they are just as ignorant as you are.
My thoughts on the matter.

Before you let sleep take you
tonight, I have to ask one thing
of you;

Please Love, would you
lull me to sleep
tonight, Love.
Lull me somewhere deep
tonight, Love.

Hold me safe and close
tonight, Love.
Tell me we have purpose
tonight, Love.

Lull me to sleep
tonight, Love.
Give me hopes to keep
tonight, Love.

And if you cannot do that,
would you please;

Soothe me of that
which goes unseen,
soothe me of that
we hear each scene.
Soothe me of the pain
drowning me in sorrow,
soothe me of the thoughts
keeping me from tomorrow.

Please my Love,
soothe me of that
which keeps me from sleep
tonight in any way you can.

Because I miss you so
much not even these
tears make me weak enough
to sleep alone tonight in
this unkind bed.

A Sickening Love
11:11
 Nov 2014 Leo
A Sickening Love
Waiting for 11:11 in the morning
and staying up at night.
Watching for the first star
to come out at night
looking for shooting stars.
Just to make that 1 wish,
the same thing every time.
With just a small hope
it can come true someday.

Shut Up
 Nov 2014 Leo

I say hello
My nametag dangles from my lanyard
"Hello, my name is Liz
Pronouns are kye/kyr"
it says

They see the lanyard
and they laugh.
"Those aren't pronouns!"
they say
"She is messed up."

Shut up.

A 300lb woman
looks into the mirror
she sighs
remembering her peers' words
"You should lose weight."
"You're very overweight."
"Your obeseity is your fault."

A 75lb woman
looks into the mirror
Her anorexia laughs
remembering the 300lb woman she used to be
her peers then tell her
"You need to gain weight."

Shut up. Shut up.

The boy hides his face
Not giving the teacher eye contact
The teacher calls his name
His stomach flips upside-down
She called on him on purpose
he just knows it

In front of the class
expectant, judgemental eyes glaring
Instinct tells him to run
He looks at his notecards
All he sees is chickenscratch
The teacher hangs her head in disappointment
and growls
"Just sit down if you have nothing to say."

Shut up. Shut up. Shut up.

A girl drags hersef through the day
Everything is black and white
Coming home to wild parents
Who hit her constanty
and then claim
"I love you."

Excuses, excuses.
For every welt, mark and bruise
But when she gets one on her face-
She had given one, too.
In fact, she had given many
How generous she was!
The police came and arrest the girl.
All she heard was
"Her mother is dead."

Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. Shut up.

Take a breath
the girl tells herself
She goes to her parents
They stare, wide-eyed
at her dress, eyeliner and nails
they just stare.

She tells them
her new identity
They tell her
"Chris. You aren't a girl.
You're a boy."

Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. Shut up.

You read a poem
titled "Shut Up"
About the hardships
The unfair, the despair
of living life.

Please know
Opinions don't matter
If you are happy,
who cares what they think?
If they criticize you
Just smile
and say

Shut up.
You are valid.
Please do not let anyone tell you otherwise.

You'll be okay.

Unfortunate Smile
He looked at me with eyes
that stabbed my chest.
                                                       "Sometimes it's not the guns,
                                                                                                           that **** you."
He said,
and then those eyes,
the ones that stabbed my chest,
filled with tears
                                                                "Sometimes it's the goodbyes."
