I get undressed and pat my bed
Until I find the pillow that rests beneath my head.
As I slide beneath the sheets,
I can't help but get excited
As I hear the pitter patter of your feet.
Then the bed creaks,
And as you get closer,
My face gets hotter. I'm sure it's as red as a beet.
Now, I feel something close to my face.
It's not my pillow, but a warm embrace.
As my head lays to rest, I can't help but wonder
if it's cradled in your hands or your *******.
As I lay there, tears stream down my cheek
And then, I feel blessed as I hear you, my angel, speak.
"What's wrong, my love?" you say as you wipe away my tears.
"I just wish I could see you.
To be able to look you in the eyes and "thank you."
You have no idea how much it means to have you here."
You just smile, kiss my head,  and stroke my hair until we fall asleep here in my bed.

Geese scrambling on the roof
scratching uncertainly.
Seeking balance.
Steady purchase on a ceiling peak: perched.
Finding home,
flocks frayed by the Four winds
and Fate.
Honking hellos and goodbyes.

Give me the sky
And I will soar
Among the mighty clouds

Grant me the wind
And I will fly
Beneath the radiant sun

Dare me to dance
And I will learn
Upon a golden lit stage

Lend me an ocean
And I will sail
Farther than the tides

Make me a promise
And I will trust
Grasping to it forever

Bring me a melody
And I will write
Stringing lyrics by starlight

Join me in life
And we will laugh
Finding joy side by side

Tell me we'll be
sitting on the sand, again.

Tell me we'll see
thousands of stars, again.

Tell me we'll look
at the shape of the clouds, again.

Tell me we'll meet -
Meet one more time,
Again.

I want to eat pies, be full and be fine
spray sand, barefoot drawing a squiggly line

pull kite ribbons, on top of the dune
eat cherries with the birds, in the afternoon

pick mushrooms in the forest, together
just sing and take a nap on the heather

race on a horse, my hair loose and proud
dream heavenly, not afraid of any cloud

stand in the surf like a buccaneer
lovingly beat the demons you fear

*** stars on the moon, further and further
in the fen and ever, ever go on together

ever go on together

This is the age.

The age of standing up for yourself no matter what knocks you down.

The age of being a warrior through and through but also knowing it's okay to break down some times.

The age of knowing your worth and accepting nothing less.

The age of power among women, lifting each other up instead of ruthlessly tearing each other down.

There is no sense in stepping on your fellow woman as she is up against the same enemy you are. You know that saying, "the enemy of my enemy is my friend"? Well, let's put that into practice. Let's stand hand in hand with the women beside us because we cannot and will not be trampled. We have strength, worth, intellect, and kindness - the most lethal combination. Don't prove to others that you are powerful, you don't need their validation. Instead constantly show it to yourself. Emulate that bravery and despite what others believe, you will topple even the tallest mountains.

This is the age.

The age of women.

it's up here I can see
just how small we all are
and yet together
we can make for
quite a beautiful view

Love rain when flows
Flows down your my memories
Memories floods with longing
Longing heart flows like rain
Rain drops soak me with your love
Love that you don't remember
Remember me do you in your dream?
Dream that we adorn together
Together hearing sound of rain
Rain will bring back our love.

"you must be lonely"

                                                                                                "unbearably so"
the feeling of isolation never becomes any more familiar
