in 1 bed
there lay 2 inked bodies
she was filled with pictures
and all of them seemed to mingle perfectly
the eagle on her neck, the hourglass on her waist
He continued looking at her
her soft features,
how every tattoo was a piece by a different artist
but they all were perfect

He was filled with words
and oh, how beautiful he looked in them
the ink flowed in his skin to form various words
Many of them said he might come back stronger than ever
Some were a gentle reminder of loved ones
"Not a single cover up in all these years"
he would flaunt them to her.
She would giggle in response

in 1 bed
lay 2 inked bodies
with 1 heart beating
I got this idea immediately after a nap.
Please comment your thoughts,  I would love to hear them. xo

I somehow enjoy the pain
Of countless needle ******
Like I love to watch the rain
As it falls on my window and sticks
The outcome worth the process
So much more than I can express
Tattoos and rain somehow went together in my brain when I sat down to write one day. Funny how the mind works.
My body is a canvas;
And whether I decorate it with
Tattoos or cuts
Shouldn't be your problem.

I’ve been told
that my touch
is like knives,
and I tend to
leave scars
when I get to
know people.

You claimed
to be scared
of commitment,
yet I can see the
tattoos that cover
your skin.

I guess the pain
of me wasn’t
worth it because
I can feel myself
fading from your
skin and I hope
everything is dull
compared to me.

From the ***** of a saint ,
And the womb of a sinner
Comes a natural born winner .
Full of unrelenting hate
For these pawns that surround her
Drown her
Leaning her to ask is it
Abnormality or insanity ?
That plagues her mind
Cyanide dripped vanity
Trying to hide her hate for humanity
Ink screaming ,
"DONT TALK TO ME !"
Blood singing for like minded beings ,
Loneliness doesn't even have a meaning . ™

I scream through my teeth
With ink spilling out
From all those times I
Licked you while you slept
Tasting your nightmares
Tasting your wet dreams
Tasting the tiger
Sprawled across your back
That always claws me
When I embrace you
My tongue is blackened
By decomposing
Biblical verses
On fleshy pages
On a spineless book
And my tongue is raw
Raw and bleeding ink
From licking away
At your stigmata
At your malignant skin
At your one tattoo
Of His name, not mine
You can get tattoos removed
And that in itself is proof
That things that you thought would last forever
May not be so.

My skin lacks comfort.
Terrified of my true form,
I hide behind ink.
I may not have any tattoos myself but I love body art and what it signifies.
