Tangled, in unfinished thoughts,
Sending energy waves in knots,
Not wanting to go, to that one place,
For fear of falling in disgrace
Scratching the floor under your feet,
Avoiding once more to feel the heat
You sigh and wonder, in disbelief,
How can you miss this little thief
She stole your heart after all,
As she wrote that poem at nightfall.
And when I'm around you
I can dance from sunrise to nightfall
I can dance and proudly stand up tall
I can dance from dusk until dawn
i can dance and never shall I fall
I can dance and forever stand up tall
I can dance from sunrise to nightfall
Just for you
Because of you
When someone is in your life and just makes your heart dance simply by being around them.
Just coldly soul
Walking down the street on the nightfall
you are
an aurora of the night
a beacon of beauty
your body is a castle
and you reign
as queen

you are not a number on a scale. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
you'll never be one. it's ******* if some people think you only deserve to be happy if you weigh a certain amount. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
numbers don't and shouldn't determine your self-worth. numbers don't praise you for being beautiful at a certain weight when you already are and always have been the epitome of beauty. numbers only give you a contradicting affirmation of the true meaning of happiness. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
instead of focusing on numbers on a scale, focus on the things your wonderful body can do. don't take it for granted because someday you won't be able to use it anymore. some people right now don't even have the chance that you do. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
be your body's best friend. nourish your body because you love it. stop blaming your body for bad things that may happen in your life. stop letting a look or a comment from someone else determine how you feel about yourself. keep a self-gratitude journal and document all of the good that flows through your everyday life. stop judging yourself for what you can't do and celebrate what you can do instead. stop thinking that looks are more important than how you feel. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
you are not a number. you are the love of a family. your favorite books and movies. the things you enjoy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
you are unconditionally, wonderfully, you.

Come knot, now, not,
Pass me not away,
For the day make seven bows,
For the hour, a clock.
When the time is timed away,
Away goes our breath;
At the moon rise, the end of day,
Comes our death.

Come knot, now, not,
Pass me not away,
Ope for me the storied door,
By the well-a-day,
And for me the songs of night,
Sing all the fire long,
With the noise of sweet viols,
And the silver horns.

                  Glen Brady
In line three, "bows" is as in "Christmas bows".

When the sun herself hides behind the sky,
And hazy nostalgia stirs fallen leaves
That whisper, as they tumble, a small sigh,
The days that I love are the days like these.

The wind, capturing every sound made,
All the utterances lost in the air,
The ground, yearning for warmth to be strayed,
Before a blanket of snow can fall there.

The trees mature and shed their hardships,
The earth, covered in red leaves to stay warm.
Frosty dawn's turn to numbing fingertips,
All is tranquil and calm before the storm.

But then the cold draws in, as dark comes
Covering autumn's beauty in sorrow,
The lakes glazed over their blue, crashing drums,
The sun ducks away until tomorrow.

Fingers are numb, they're wearing frost,
The moon, shines his snarl, chilling my spine;
Lock your doors, pull the shades, don’t pay the cost,
When the moon comes to fight, the loss is mine.

The ground, frozen solid weeps a sad song,
The dark of night laughs as bitter hearts freeze,
The moon roars his call, forever so strong;
And the nights I hate are the ones like these.

How do I convince you, Rose?
Even with that broken soul of yours, sleepless nights you had on thousands nightfall, heart that had been shorn into pieces, tears that had been dried out on your cheeks, hopes that had been shattered on your nous, you still glisten, far too dazzle. -evenoer-

When your life is covered with many clouds and leaks,
when the frost of the winter causes you cold creeps,
when you pass through the world turning both of your cheeks,
just smile and forgive!

When the brightness of the sun makes you blind,
when the world just laughs at you and they are unkind,
when anything you do, there is always gossip behind,
just smile and forgive!

When you run into the night or the storm with only one shoe,
when you seek for a soul to divide yourself into two,
when you want to feel in the morning the sun and the dew,
just smile and forgive!

When all your life you just wait until the night falls,
when you regret your own life, seeing that nobody calls,
when you want to hit your head to the thick walls,
just smile and forgive!

When you have memories that hurt, that's a bloomer,
when you think they never die, later or sooner,
when you can look at all of them with a kind of humour,
just smile and forgive!

When outside is complete silence and for life you are able,
when the moon rises, almost divine and you feel stable,
when you see the glass is half-full on your table,
just smile and forgive!

I'm simply two dozen spins around the sun
Empty shadow among the crowd
With a broken spirit, wounded heart
Beautiful hesitant head is bowed.

I bring tragedies to comforting nightfall
Stories cling to my chest
Longing to connect, afraid to trust at all
Tired but sleep refuses to give rest.
When you're so tired you can't sleep hahaha
