I feel dead inside, as if someone put their hands inside my soul and

ripped it from me whole. You took everything and left nothing in
return. I want my life back, I want to breathe again, I want to feel

alive again. I've been dead since you left. Now tell me beautiful

tragedy, if I look to the sky, and the bare moon does not cry your
absence inside these four walls, then who will mourn your loss.

Who will break down inside and write your name in the still of

the night, with nightmares made of stars, if not me, then who.

Dream, little bird/ flap your wings/ feel the world/ don't look back/ I'm feeling rough/ dream your world/ 'till you fall/ keep on dreaming/ until you fall/ you're a bird/ born to fly/ keep on flying/ destined to die/ live your purpose/ dream my peace/ keep on dreaming/ beats will cease/ hearts born weak/ no harm dreaming/ a beautiful world/ my dream little bird
If I was found lying,
Would you kiss me?
Would your rough ****** hairs brush my lips after skipping shaves?
Would you mourn my still body,
Lying in the glass casket?
Would your eyes speak of pain,
And your lips whisper that you still loved me?
Would you hold my hand in one of yours, and in your other hand would you touch my chilled face?
Would you lean down to kiss me again,
But this time…
Will I wake?
This is inspired by an indie boy and the classic fairy-tales, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White.

There's a cross on the corner of the highway
Standing tall in front of the rest station lot
There's a man that comes and visits and he stays all day
His hands wiping desperately at his tears distraught
This cross was not here yesterday
Oh look what the cold weather has brought
A few years ago, actually, I saw this happen, and it brought me to tears, and I was not able to forget about it. It's crazy. How one day they're there, and the next they're not.

If I should disappear from life
Don't mourn for me, don't grieve.
Please know that while I'll be at peace,
I'd never choose to leave.

Each one of you has shaped my life
But all in different ways,
So many opportunities
So many things to say!

I love you more that words could say
Far more that I express
And know, no matter where I am
By loving you, I'm blessed!

So don't be sad but smile instead
At all the fun we had,
No tears to shed, no wearing black
No hint of being sad

We'll meet again, I know we will
And when we do, be sure
That like old times, we'll be just fine
Life as it was before.
“I will bury you,”
Should only be said
By the Earth below us,
And the Sky above;
“I shall outlast you,”
Should be spoken only
By the birds and the bees,
And perhaps the leaves on the trees,
For all that remains of a man
When he is long-gone
Is the whisper of his memory
Along the cosmic wings of time,
And, of course, the planet
That became his tomb,
Busy growing and changing,
Too vast and ancient
To see his life as greatness,
Yet too resilient
To mourn him.

In our youths
Sundays were dreaded
We mourned the death
of weekends
Now, on Sundays
we reflect, quiet
on the continual
struggle
Quick thought.

When you grow up knowing someone since you could remember
Even if you're not close all those years
It feels so strange to remind yourself, their gone.

Gone in the wind, swept up in the flow
Life and death is common but now I know
That it takes whomever at will, regardless.

Today, a family comes together to mourn
The loss of a child is brutal, leaving them torn
This is for your soul, may it guide you home.

I'm so sorry you went out the way you did, much too young.

Should be crying but I want to laugh
And dance in glee
Where are my tears?
The rivers are dry and the sun beats down
