they repeated
that your story didn’t matter -
a mantra
they couldn’t calculate
the value of the sun.

The tension between do or not
Is the cranial puzzle knot
A reason to write
A passion to speak
A need to replicate
A dream in your sleep
A scattered resolve
Is the hum of my kind
Yet some fly through
This excuse all the time
I have recently diagnosed adult ADHD and some of my poetry is in response
A lot of people are quick to give up on me
Feeling trapped in a world of darkness
It’s hard to see it’s hard to speak
I feel like I’m talking but things go silent
If I’m gone by tomorrow who would really care
I’m there for everyone else
No one is there for me
Sometimes I wonder is my life meant to be
Why do the good ones go through so much pain
Weather the storms push through the rain
I could sit here and let everything get to me
I choose not to and turn my hurt into poetry
Hoping to inspire anyone and everyone
This is only the begging I’m far from done
This is about going through depression and “friends” giving up on me. At the end of the day I am able to better myself and hopefully I can help others to better themselves as well

Brilliant beams sent by the moon to me
Always understanding my perfect remedy
Whenever the world is too chaotic I can always come to you for peace
And serenity
Guaranteed that I will feel better and at ease
The orange flower birthed in my subconscious
The bud was never a tracked process
Like a rose that grew from concrete, we grew from doom
From trauma and drama, it conceived me anew
Get me my broom, let me taste the sky
Get me my love, let us dance all night
Put me underneath your tongue, show you a joyride
Love being in love with you, so different than what we knew

but
so am I.

What if it all turned out fine?
What if you let yourself feel alive?
This hiding and
these walls
aren't helping you keep together
as much as
they have been tearing you apart.

What if it all turned out fine?
What if the next time you open your eyes
you ignite?
After all,
you only get to have one life.
Keep believing,
you have the power to move on from your strife.

Just like
fractured hearts,
light must be fractured
to make a
rainbow.

Delirium taints the every
                     effort to motivate

All was elation, before it faded to
                a collection of false

                                               effigies...

My ecstasy is an overdose,
          and I'm flatlining with

every smile...

Once we sat under a tree
Having a good time sharing our love
Now you want to become free
For the time has come for us to leave

You told me to start a new life
With a good supporting wife
But I don't know what to do
Living my life without you

I don't know where to start
But I must start anew
Life is not playing fair
But I pretend not to care

Now I'm left alone thinking
Of you as my good old friend
For every new beginning
Does come from and end.
For every new beginning does come from and end.

Clouds cry when they can't bear the rain;
People cry when they can't bear the pain,
For pain is a heart-ache;
An emotional heartbreak.
It's so hard to hold on;
After all your hopes are gone,
Even with so much of stain;
Still can't eliminate this pain.
Crying a lot day to day;
Wandering lost by the way;
Stopping a minute to say;
"This too will recede away".
Overcoming all sorts of sorrow;
Is the best way to face tomorrow,
Surely all sort of pain;
Is also a way to gain.
Pain will always make you a believer. No pain. No gain
