I wanted you to be like me.

You wanted me to be you.

It worked for awhile.

But we found our way back..

To the ones we actually are.

That's when it crashed.

Our worlds collided.

It didn't match.

We grew apart again.

But for a brief moment, we were something.

We were glorious.

And in that moment it was as if she was in another land,
Where  she can have her desires,
Speak the feelings aloud,
Without fearing that it might backfires.

But she didn't feel like doing anything,
Those three or four minutes were of those times that only happen once.
They're so beautiful you wish time could freeze forever,
Feeling so tranquil as if in some sort of a trance.

And in that moment you could only close your eyes,
As tears start pouring and a smile creeps over the lips
The thought of being so close to someone and it feeling so true,
Makes one numb for moments and it all slips,
The bad thoughts and horrible images escape for a moment or two,
Till the melody fades and your eyes  can see
That such a reality can never be
mismatched wood
tape on ceiling
sauces on table
genuine laughter
dessert board with pie
silverware noises
talk about oil
khaki pants
pouring drinks in the morning
appreciate your environment

A single moment
Spent in Your remembrance
Is more precious than
Those spent in whole life
O' my Lord!
As the remembrance can not be donated

I've imagined our farewell so many times,
hugs and sweet words of an impossible love.

I really thought I knew when I was going to see you for the last time,
I even planned it.

How I would walk out that door to never look back.
With my head held high, the feeling of relief, freedom.

Little did I know that it already happened, and I missed my que.

Instead of my moment of glory I walked out in anger, with my last words still saved.

The big moment I've been waiting for..

Gone.

It was nothing like I imagined.

No doves flied off the ground, no cheering crowd, the skies didn't clear for me.
Nothing.

It was a night drowning in alcohol and emptiness, it was our song.
It was grief.

That's what it was.

But i was the one writing the final chapter about us. I gave us closure.

Now it's time to close the book, to put it on the shelf of memories.

sighing through the evening,
i can't help but feel that sigh.
i'm pausing for a moment,
but the moment passes by

Shining stars have got light from You
and started twinkling
You have bestowed night with stars,
Morning with heavenly dawn,
Flowers with a sweet smell,
Birds with alluring tweets
But when I saw my inner sight
I felt a **** and attained a divine light
And felt a bliss
So after that
I am unable to see
anything except You
O! my Lord!
There is nothing
outside of Your circumference
in the universe.

A poem is a capsule
Of a moment.
It's how I felt
At the time.
Right now, for instance,
I feel okay,
But I expect
I'll change my mind.

"Come clean before coming undone" - said the mirror, then melted in the room.
It flowed down from the wall, billowed the room,
and moved across the hallway.
Broken skin like a mildewy smell, disgraced by this voiced-out message,
the iron hill became too twisted and our moments in time,
like debris in the pure water on their way to float to nowhere.

Blood is thicker than water
When it pulls through your heart
Take me down to the water with you
We’ll soon tell them apart

In one single moment you will
Watch me as I’m washed away

Those currents that flow
Deep within your soul
Each and every way
They happen to make us
Believe in ourselves
No matter what they say

That blood is thicker than water
As it was at the start
When the spirits that brought
Her to you
Then they pulled you apart

In one single moment you will
Watch me as I'm washed away

By currents that flow
Deep within your soul
Each and every day
They happen to make us
Believe in ourselves
No matter what they say

Until the time comes
To shine
We find what we’re meant to see
It  will drown all your fears
It will drive you to tears

In one single moment you will
Bring on that heavenly thrill
It will make you realise
It will open your eyes

Blood is thicker than water
Thicker than water
Harder than stone
You're never alone

In one single moment you will
