You are not alone.
I am alone.
But are we together
When we're alone?
Do you know who I am?
Are my intentions still unknown?
I thought our love was forever binding.
I guess I was wrong.
I remember our hearts intertwining,
Thought our trust grip was strong.
But now I see; I hear my heart's melody-
Such a sad song.
Away from you is where I belong.

I'm gone.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One broken heart
One loss of self image
One fear to trust and falling apart
Few unexplained rejections
Few cut off connections
Few betrayals and deceptions
Some jealous eyes
Some bitter truths and sweet lies
Some broken bonds and called of ties
Many true colors
Many just funlovers
Many gossips and shallow talks
Daily stare at the skies
Daily read with burning eyes
Daily writing the soul's cries
A truth to discover
A lonely stroller
And this way,
A "heart of the party" turnes "loner"
****** noses in bathroom stalls
Barefoot running frantically under street lights
Best friends becoming lovers
Boyfriends becoming worst nightmares
Belonging to something but not somebody
Barely lit and claustrophobic
Bodies in a smoke filled room
Breathing in but not exhaling
Back row of the auditorium
Bad
No such beauty
           longer dwells
         under the guise
      of flesh and bones,
           in the garden
      of a sullied heart
           fallow heart
     barren and longing                                                  .
        time built walls
      an unfillable void
           burdens tall,
      beggared of light
        befallen within
  a devolving moment
so many flowers wither
       left in a broken
         heart of gold
    a gardener knows
        sweetest soils
     of love and light,
     without sunshine
              sour
    as unripened fruit
     memories fading
          as if florae
    never blossomed
        perpetuating
     wholly starving,
    unweedable roots
            too deep,
  rupture when pulled
        a **** let be
            beauty
   unfertile seeds sown
       where nothing
        longer grows
    in an uninhabited
             silence
raging unseen within
  the fires of the ages
still smoldering inside,
   mingled with hope
        left for dead
hidden in the shadows
an engulfing stone cold,
handwriting on the wall
of silence growing taller
I hate nice girls. Just exchanging hello makes me nervous. Texting just even makes it worse. If i get a call then for the rest of the day i keep checking my phone history with a wide grin on my face. I know the truth, they're just being kind. Anyone kind to me is also kind to others. I resent everyone for getting that. If reality is cruel then lie is kindness, and so kindness itself is a lie. I'd always hold expectations that i'd always misunderstand and at some point i just stopped hoping. An experienced loner doesn't fall for the same trick twice. As a veteran on this battlefield of life, i'm an expert at loosing. That's why i'll always hate nice girls.
Miles and minutes
Trading time for a timeline
I'd rather not finish
Stick it out and ill be fine
Passing space
Metal matter flowing far below me
It must be the high tide I love to race
Encroaching, live for the second
Adrenaline dripline
Barely alive but still doing fine
Seperate my body and mind
Laughing as everyone else, doing their best to undermine
As i stick my wheels to the curb
***** four wheel drive
One more dead end suburb
I lost any reason i had left to strive
But im still right here
I havent moved in so **** long
In the seat of my car
Still hearing the same **** songs
Still partaking in life as it may come
Still drinking gas station pop
I was told the world would pass me by
But turns out my world follows me
And I dont mind
Passing their world by
Space seems so far away
And im still worried about words
Ideas die when action is taken
Stones are broken as we discern
Rebuilding feels so akin
To leaving no stone unturned
And as my temepered glass view finder
Drifts father through the rubble
I can see promise
And i can see the death of each and every one of them
Just a feeling
U left me
As well as forgot my innocence
I hold the pain
Memories
As well pen!
They say we’re crazy
When we care too much
When we don’t care enough.
They say we are too emotional
When their little lies and broken words
Find a way to creep inside our guarded hearts.
They find a reason to tear apart
Every beating unbroken heart.
They whisper and they talk down from behind
When we give up, when we decide to be alone
When we must travel far, far from home,
It won’t matter how you act, what you say or who you know
Because they’ll find a way to call you crazy
To attack without any pomp or show.
The loner will always be crazy,
Failing to conform,
Acting different than the norm.
If you guard yourself and don’t let anyone in
They’ll find a way to make you pay.
No one wants to be alone (although we rarely admit it)
But there's a distinct difference in alone vs. lonely
Alone is when there is space to relax, unwind, and be yourself
Lonely is when there is no one to vent, care, or feel
When you're alone you feel a sense of relief - to break free from the demands of the day
When lonely, you feel only dread and pain - the added weights and sorrows only to follow tomorrow
Alone and lonely; two truths but distinct paths to tread
We've all been at that level at certain points in our lives
Alone vs. Lonely
