Look at us deciphering from scattered bits of simple cadence

Gluing framing gaining prudent palette learning newer flavors

Loosening the meaning proving brighter than you once expected

Catapulting action leaving no depiction undisected.

Incomplete induction building context of compressed impressions

Sifting pieces understanding wanderlust in simple lessons

Pouring into view the words
Assuming form in function destined

Coloring a loose interpretation
Fusing loving heaven.

Seldom do the patrons of this theater construct it perfect

None the less the picture seeds a lust and makes the effort worth it
يمكننا أن نرى غدا
من خلال أحلامنا الصالحة
من خلال إخفاقاتي أتعلم التألق
من خلال الإيمان لقد تغلبت على الألم

we can see tomorrow
through our valid dreams
through my failures i am learning to shine
through faith i have overcome pain

I am like her, you know.
I am like Alice;
but the flowers and the rabbit, they speak a different language.
And when the Cheshire cat
tells me his riddles, I am alone.
My eyes see his moving mouth,
and I am a creature of Death

in my burning solitude.

Changing schools,
       Changing countries,
             Changing jobs...

You start a new...

           You can feel lost...
Or
           You can trust...

That there's a plan...

You can connect to new people, and a new language...

You can fall in love with the new places...

You can trust as it all unfolds...

Everything has been said before a million times
Everyone has thought of the same phrases with countless rhymes
I’m sick of feeling more than I can say, systematically forced to lock pointless words away
With every waking moment I must focus and strain to find a word or two I haven’t used in vain, just to put it here, or maybe there, so you can hear that I’ve been there
My tongue has lost its meaning by the death of my bloodline
Symbols carved on stone had more life than the ones written on mine
I’m sick and tired of trying to weave my way around something so blandly perfect
Something so generic and true
‘I love you’ should be enough
I should not have to tell you how soft the clouds in your eyes are, how sharp that gaze of yours can be
I should not have to ask you to blink every so often, so I am sure you are not a mirage
‘I hate you’ should be enough
I should not have to illuminate the ferocity you unlock in me
I should not have to show you how primal the urge to cave your head in is
I miss the feeling words gave my people before me, even if I’ve never heard it for myself, I can only wish my thoughts came to speech as easily as air comes to my lungs

I see now why God had struck Babylon,
And I wish he’d do it again.
Everything’s been said before a million times. I’m gonna keep trying to find new ways to say them

Maybe there's a point in everyone's life
When the words just stop feeling good enough
When our literary rivers stop flowing
And writing poems, stories, anything, is tough.

Perhaps we must wait for the ice to melt
When the writer's glaciers will start to thaw
At different, unique times for all of us
And we'll find words again, heartfelt and raw.

"hell yeah" changes into...

"heaven yeah"
HEAVEN YEAH!

Each is given their canvas
Open air along the brief respective flashes of time
We whittle gasping attempts at a connection

With only any placeable frames that we’ve collected
Hammer dissonance to Xanadu

Feather in the contrast as a method of description

or discretion.
____

Building a context

heft upon a quickly fading gust
Just a divvied introduction of trust as a reflection.

Left as signal threading the reverence into message

Let me bury symbols in code and seed a weapon.
____
_____

Let me choose a frame and build a picture growing out to the edges
Filling seconds with deference
Knowing breath is the setting, for where the grey areas are

Levy loosening gaze, and form a tinctured impression of the glimpse I’ve incepted, though the lesson I’m guessing won’t fare to carry the cadences very far.

Tarry not for fear of ones inept reflection, bury not thy fierce direction.

Into the void.
Into the depths.
To build the frame.
To will the question.
I’ve been doing more of these on my phone, due to time constraints. I’m hoping it doesn’t affect the formatting negatively.

i am still learning the language of the universe,
yet i am fluent in your presence.
slivers of silver run across my spine to yours –
and oddly, we connect.

our pinky fingers intertwine as whispers float above our heads,
telling of lost love and one that is to come.
and as we suspend in the middle of nowhere,
the words come to me in waves,
you catch them with your hands
and let them rest under your curled fingers.

to others we speak gibberish; not to us.
the language of the universe:
celestial and unnerving
a language we speak as one.
